This paper offers a critical review of narrative approaches to therapy, in terms of theory, practice and research. It proposes that narrative approaches currently lack a theory that explains adequately how the reworking of narratives brings about changes and how a client's various narratives are integrated. Research approaches to the study of narrative in therapy are at an early stage. Little is known about the magnitude and duration of mood responses to daily negative events as a function of gender, history
of mood disorder, and current substance use. Using computerized ambulatory monitoring techniques, perceived negativity of
minor daily events and state affect were prospectively examined every 3 h on average for a 7-day period. Event negativity
was associated with depressed mood for 6–9 h following event occurrence, and was associated with happy mood for 3–6 h. Gender
and substance use moderated the relationship between event negativity and mood states concurrently, and remained influential
for approximately 3 h following the event. History of mood disorder did not moderate any within- or across-day relationships
between event negativity and mood. No evidence was found for mood uplifts following daily events in either within- or across-day
analyses. The findings are discussed relative to assessment timing in investigations of vulnerability-stress theories. 相似文献

The understanding of theological statements requires an appreciation of the questions behind them. In addition, questions are not merely instruments for getting to the answers. Good questions themselves generate insight. Questioning works best in an atmosphere of trust and freedom. 本研究开发了一种基于DINA模型的认知诊断测验Q矩阵修正方法—— g 法, 为侦查并修正Q矩阵中的错误提供方法学支持, 从而为保证Q矩阵的合理性提供基础, 并为进一步提高认知诊断的准确率服务。本文采用Monte Carlo模拟及与国外同类研究相比较的方法进行, 研究发现:(1)不论在何种作答失误概率(5%, 10%, 15%)情况下, 当s,g临界值为0.2, 0.25或0.3时, 本研究提出的g 法均能有效地修正错误Q矩阵; 同时, 当Q矩阵无错误时, g 法对该Q矩阵未做任何修改。表明g 法对Q矩阵是否存在错误具有较强的识别能力及修正能力。(2)与国外同类研究相比, 本研究提出的g 法具有较理想的修正率, 且与de la Torre (2008)提出d法的修正效果相当。但相比较而言, g 法较d 法更为简单。(3) g 法不仅能有效地修正错误的Q矩阵, 而且还可以进一步提高认知诊断的正确率, 尤其是对模式判准率(PMR), 诊断正确率的最高增幅高达40%, 大大改善了认知诊断的准确率。 相似文献

The present study has explored the experiences of distress among Indian migrant labourers with the help of qualitative method. The data were collected using a semi-structured interview schedule where 40 unskilled migrant labourers, 20 males and 20 females participated in the study. The obtained data were analysed using constructivist grounded theory. Findings have given an insight of the dialects (idioms of distress) used by migrants to express their distress. Further, findings divulged that the essence of the migrant labourers’ distress is largely rooted in their culturally defined roles, prevailing socio-cultural norms, apathy of legal and structural system to address their needs and to protect their rights in the host culture (place of migration). The findings draw our attention to design health intervention programmes for migrant and immigrant communities, in India as well as across the world, that amalgamate the elements of collectivistic culture in order to ensure the complete social, psychological, and physical wellbeing of above said communities. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop a job-seeking competency model for North Korean defectors (NKDs) who are college students in South Korea. This study adopted the Delphi method with a panel of 17 experts, comprising of NKDs who secured their jobs successfully and South Korean field experts who have hired NKDs or assisted them with their employment. Through three Delphi rounds, 18 job-seeking competencies were identified with the definition, behavioural indicators, and competency significance. In addition, the preliminary utility of the competency model was examined. Implications of the study results and future directions for enhancing the validity and utility of the competency model are discussed. 相似文献
