认知神经科学视角的催眠研究述评

催眠被广泛的应用在临床心理治疗中, 但是, 关于催眠方面的研究却相当匮乏, 而且相当模糊。近年来, 随着fMRI, ERP和PET等技术的引入, 我们对催眠引导和催眠暗示有了更加深入的理解。对于疼痛和幻觉的研究表明, 至少对于高暗示性被试而言, 催眠暗示可以引起与真实刺激同样的大脑皮层的激活; 而催眠后暗示对于注意策略的调控, 可以使原有的认知过程发生改变, 其中之一是使用催眠后暗示来抑制“Stroop效应”语义加工过程; 催眠后遗忘更是实现了内隐记忆和外显记忆遗忘的分离。未来研究者将继续从探讨催眠本身的神经属性和催眠暗示所引起的认知过程的改变两个角度去认识催眠, 揭开催眠的实质。     

台湾地区“代孕”立法最新进展及其启示

2007年3月21日,台湾地区在广泛调研、民主决策的基础上,终于颁布实施了《人工生殖法》,使争论已久的代孕人工生殖问题与《人工生殖法》正式脱钩,另行规制;此前,《代孕人工生殖法》草案也已经出笼,拟有条件开放代孕人工生殖。相关草案对代孕者、受术夫妻、代孕中介、代孕契约、亲子关系等问题都进行了具体规定。台湾地区的立法经验对祖国大陆完善包括代孕在内的人工生殖法具有一定的借鉴意义。     

Gender Schemas: A Cognitive Explanation of Discrimination of Women in Technology

Despite the need for qualified personnel in the field of information technology (IT), women are under represented. Recruiting has been difficult and those women entering the profession often leave. Gender schema theory adds to the explanation of behaviors and attitudes in the workplace that may adversely impact women in technology. We surveyed members of Systers, an online forum for women in technology, to examine gender schemas of IT women to see if there is a significant difference between them and the general public. Our findings suggest that there is a significant difference in the gender-schemas of women in technology and the gender-schemas of the general population. A subsequent sample of male IT students and men in the general public also indicated a significant difference in gender schemas of these two groups. Implications of these differences and future research in this area are discussed.     

我国食管癌进一步研究的思路

为进一步探讨食管癌的发病机制和寻求食管癌的防治新策略,本文回顾了现代科学技术革命和食管癌研究的发展史,借鉴现代科学技术革命的成功经验,提出将整体的有关调节因素与食管癌发病机制相结合,拓宽综合性和多学科合作的研究思路,可能会发现攻克食管癌防治研究的突破点,同时,创新研究技术和加强实验室建设是加速食管癌研究取得新进展的有效途径。     

泌尿外科技术的进展与应用

随着科学技术的飞速发展,以腔内泌尿外科为代表的泌尿外科技术得到迅速发展和广泛应用。回顾历史,泌尿外科技术的发展是在实践、认识,再实践、再认识的过程中不断发展、完善的;但高技术决不是万能的,作为泌尿外科医生,在应用这些技术时必须坚持一切从实际出发,在系统论的指导下不断提高和拓展临床思维,做到全面、客观、真实地认识疾病,真正掌握和应用泌尿外科高新技术,使其更好地为患者服务。     

中医基本理论体系的重建与科学技术

中医学基本理论体系核心包括医学理论和古代朴素哲学思想,医哲不分造成的循环封闭体系阻碍了中医学对现代科学技术的吸收;在保持中医学基本特点的前提下,弱化古代哲学的影响,重建以人生命活动为根本、全面开放的学科体系,有利于中医学可持续发展。     

鲁绣的演变及影响——从威海地区的刺绣看鲁绣的传承与发展

鲁绣,作为山东著名的传统刺绣,是我国刺绣工艺史上记载最早的品种之一。其演变过程历史悠久,遍布广泛。本文通过对鲁绣发展演变的研究,来进一步加强鲁绣作为传统的刺绣工艺品的传承和发展,并提出一些对鲁绣艺术发展的相应对策。     

Promoting foot–leg movements in children with multiple disabilities through the use of support devices and technology for regulating contingent stimulation

The present study assessed the possibility of promoting pre-ambulatory foot–leg movements in children with multiple disabilities by motivating their action through contingent stimulation combined with a support device. Two children aged 10 and 8 years participated. Microswitch technology (i.e., pressure sensors under the shoes or optic sensors at the front–inner side of the shoes) served for detecting the foot–leg movements and providing contingent stimulation on their occurrence. Sensor activation produced 5 s of stimulation during intervention. Data showed that both children had significant increases in foot–leg movements during the intervention phases. Implications of the data in terms of skill acquisition and further intervention prospects are discussed.     

"科技的人性化"辨义

科技的人性化近两年来成了学术界讨论的重要问题,但有关“科技的人性化”的含义却较模糊和混乱。对“科技的人性化”进行了概念上的疏理,“科技的人性化”有三层含义：复归科技固有的人性、限定科技的非人性属性的范围、赋予科技以人性关怀。理清“科技的人性化”,将有助于为科技异化的消除寻求到具体途径,有利于科技的健康发展。     

Effort,play, and sport

The effort involved in playing sports calls for a hermeneutical reflection on the power that we have to move our bodies. Drawing on Paul Ricoeur’s phenomenology of the lived body and his later ontology of the flesh, I explore how athletic displays of agility, strength, and speed within the theater of sporting competitions exemplify the way that the effort made by athletes attests to their will and desire to succeed. The agonistic spirit of the Greek Olympics is evident in sporting events where competitors or teams strive against one another. At the same time, the players’ willingness to enter the field of play has a counterpart in real-life situations over which we cannot exert complete control. The contingencies of the game in which the players are caught up are a model of the absence of aseity that is a mark of all human existence. By setting the playing field off from the concerns of everyday life, the game places this feature of the human condition on stage. The players’ physical exertion is the sign of a form of consent that sets the will, desire, and effort to exist against the wish for absolute freedom. Sporting competitions are therefore a theater for dramatizing the misery and grandeur of a specifically human freedom.
