从使动句加工的功能性磁共振成像看中文句法加工的独立性 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
大脑中的句法加工模式是神经认知科学研究的重要课题, 而句法加工是否存在独立性一直是研究者争论较多的问题。有形态标记的英语等印欧语语言的句法可以通过形态变化表现, 而汉语不具备与印欧语有明确对应关系的形态变化, 因此汉语的句法变化几乎不能通过外在形态标记。通过3T场强功能性磁共振成像, 以汉语语义等值使动句为研究材料, 对不依赖形态变化来标记句法变化的汉语句法加工的独立性进行了初步研究。结果显示, 大脑左侧额叶对于汉语句法加工具有重要的作用, 尤其是大脑左侧额叶中回的BA44区和额叶下回的BA47区都对汉语句法加工较为敏感, 这表明即使不通过形态改变来标记句法变化, 汉语句子加工中的句法加工仍然可以被分离, 句法独立性的加工主要由大脑左侧额叶中回及大脑左侧额叶下回等脑区承担, 大脑左侧颞叶并未参与汉语句法的独立性加工。 相似文献

Functional transcranial Doppler ultrasound (fTCD) is a relatively new and non-invasive technique that assesses cerebral lateralisation through measurements of blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral arteries. In this study fTCD was used to compare functional asymmetry during a word generation task between a group of 30 dyslexic adults and a group of 30 non-dyslexic individuals. In light of previous evidence of atypical laterality in dyslexia, a reduced leftward asymmetry was predicted and confirmed. We know from previous research that most people with atypical language lateralisation have normal language and literacy skills: nevertheless, our results confirm that language laterality is reduced in those with dyslexia. Theoretical explanations for this apparent conundrum are discussed. 相似文献

Set shifting provokes specific alterations of cerebral hemodynamics in basal cerebral arteries. However, no gender differences have been reported. In the following functional transcranial Doppler study, we introduced cerebral hemodynamic modulation to the aspects of set shifting during Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST). Twenty-one subjects underwent the WCST during insonation of the middle cerebral arteries. We examined gender effects on task performance and cerebral hemodynamic modulation. Further, we investigated the linkage between performance and cerebral hemodynamic modulation. In females, maximum positive modulation was restricted to the behaviorally relevant time point of set shifting, and there were time-locked associations between mental slowing during set shifting and rapid cerebral hemodynamic modulation exclusively in females. This study provides evidence of gender-related cerebral hemodynamic modulation during set shifting, and we detected time-locked brain–behavior relationship during cognitive control in females. 相似文献

There is a growing body of evidence that psychosocial variables have a significant ability to predict the outcome of medical
treatment procedures, especially when the procedure is performed to reduce pain. The study described in this paper serves
as an illustration of the valuable role psychologists can play in dealing with the challenges of biopsychosocial assessment
of patients who are candidates for medical treatments, especially elective, invasive procedures. Based on a convergent model
of risk factors that can potentially influence outcomes from spinal surgery and spinal cord stimulation, exclusionary and
cautionary risk factors were identified, and the BHI 2 and BBHI 2 tests were used to assess them. An estimate of the prevalence
of these risk factors was calculated using data obtained from 1,254 patient and community subjects gathered from 106 sites
in 36 US states. Standardized Cautionary Risk and Exclusionary Risk scores demonstrated a test-retest reliability of .85 to
.91. Evidence of validity of these scores was also provided based on subjective and objective criteria, using multiple groups
of patients and community subjects. Recommendations are made regarding how biopsychosocial assessments could be used in collaborative
settings for presurgical candidates to identify risks that could compromise a patient’s ability to benefit from other medical
treatments as well. Once identified, appropriate interventions could ameliorate these risks, or lead to the consideration
of other treatments that are more likely to be effective. Methods of refining this approach for specific clinical applications

物质依赖是一种慢性、复发性脑部疾病, 给个体及社会带来极大损害。研究发现, 经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation, tDCS)可以通过调节背外侧前额叶(dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, DLPFC)脑区的兴奋性降低物质依赖者的渴求, 并改善受损的认知功能。tDCS具有副作用小、操作简便、费用低廉等优点, 因此在物质依赖治疗领域应用前景广泛。未来应考虑确定最佳的刺激参数及刺激位置, 同时考虑物质依赖者的种类及个体差异, 与其他疗法结合使用, 并进一步深入探索tDCS治疗物质依赖的神经机制。 相似文献

The human visual system is extremely sensitive to the presence of bilateral (mirror) symmetry. In this review, I summarise the results of recent work investigating the neural basis of mirror symmetry detection, focusing in particular on brain stimulation evidence. Overall, available findings converge in pointing to the lateral occipital (LO) complex, especially in the right hemisphere, as a key region causally involved in symmetry detection. Interestingly, they also suggest that another region in the right extrastriate visual cortex, the occipital face area (OFA), is causally implied in symmetry detection, posing an interesting connection at the neural level between visual cortex responses to faces and to symmetry. Finally, this review also considers evidence on haptic symmetry detection in sighted and early blind individuals that points to LO as a multi-modal symmetry-sensitive region, and suggests that symmetry is a salient perceptual feature mediated by LO even when any visual experience is missing. 相似文献

Excessive motion makes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) extremely challenging among children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The medical risks of sedation establish the need for behavioral interventions to promote motion control among children with ASD undergoing MRI scans. We present a series of experiments aimed at establishing both tolerance of the MRI environment and a level of motion control that would be compatible with a successful MRI. During Study 1, we evaluated the effects of prompting and contingent reinforcement on compliance with a sequence of successive approximations to an MRI using a mock MRI. During Study 2, we used prompting and progressive differential reinforcement of other behaviors (DRO) to promote motion control in a mock MRI for increasing periods of time. Finally, during Study 3, some of the participants underwent a real MRI scan while a detailed in‐session motion analysis informed the quality of the images captured. 相似文献
