考试抄袭是最难识别的作弊方式。抄袭统计量(ACS)和人员拟合统计量(PFS)是识别抄袭的两类主要统计方法。ACS是根据被怀疑抄袭者与被抄袭者实际得分模式相似的概率来识别抄袭者。PFS 则把一个观察的项目得分模式与一定的测量模型相对比,来检验被试得分模式是否与测量模型预测的模式相吻合。其中,PFS由于在识别异常得分模式时存在一些干扰因素,所以对结果的解释存在多样性,应用较少。ACS是专门用于识别抄袭的统计方法,研究表明其识别率更高。目前ACS指标在美国的SAT和一些资格认证考试中已经得到广泛应用  相似文献

Children tend to produce words earlier when they are connected to a variety of other words along the phonological and semantic dimensions. Though these semantic and phonological connectivity effects have been extensively documented, little is known about their underlying developmental mechanism. One possibility is that learning is driven by lexical network growth where highly connected words in the child's early lexicon enable learning of similar words. Another possibility is that learning is driven by highly connected words in the external learning environment, instead of highly connected words in the early internal lexicon. The present study tests both scenarios systematically in both the phonological and semantic domains across 10 languages. We show that phonological and semantic connectivity in the learning environment drives growth in both production- and comprehension-based vocabularies, even controlling for word frequency and length. This pattern of findings suggests a word learning process where children harness their statistical learning abilities to detect and learn highly connected words in the learning environment.  相似文献

Network analysis and GIS enable the presentation of meaningful data about organizational relationships and community characteristics, respectively. Together, these tools can provide a concrete representation of the ecological context in which coalitions operate, and may help coalitions identify opportunities for growth and enhanced effectiveness. This study uses network analysis and GIS mapping as part of an evaluation of the One Strong ‘Ohana (OSO) campaign. The OSO campaign was launched in 2012 via a partnership between the Hawai‘i Children’s Trust Fund (HCTF) and the Joyful Heart Foundation. The OSO campaign uses a collaborative approach aimed at increasing public awareness of child maltreatment and protective factors that can prevent maltreatment, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of the HCTF Coalition. This study focuses on three elements of the OSO campaign evaluation: (1) Network analysis exploring the relationships between 24 active Coalition member organizations, (2) GIS mapping of responses to a randomized statewide phone survey (n = 1,450) assessing awareness of factors contributing to child maltreatment, and (3) Combined GIS maps and network data, illustrating opportunities for geographically-targeted coalition building and public awareness activities.  相似文献

Should connectionists abandon the quest for tractably computable cognitive transition functions while retaining syntactically structured mental representations? We argue, in opposition to Horgan, that it should not. We argue that the case against tractably computable functions, based upon the claimed isotropic and Quinean character of cognition, fails since cognition is not as isotropic and Quinean as Fodor and Horgan contend. Moreover, we illustrate how current research in both connectionism and cognitive neuroscience suggests that tractability can be preserved through division of overall computations into modular sub-processes, each of which is tractable. As to syntactically structured representations, we argue that they are unneeded for most cognitive tasks organisms confront, and that when they are needed, they may be provided by external representational media such as natural language. Moreover, we note that increasingly cognitive linguistics has become the ally of connectionism and that the research program of cognitive linguistics suggests that abilities to use natural languages may be developed without requiring syntactically structured mental representations to exist prior to natural language.  相似文献

This paper presents a calculus for mereotopological reasoning in which two-dimensional spatial regions are treated as primitive entities. A first order predicate language with a distinguished unary predicate c(x), function-symbols , · and – and constants 0 and 1 is defined. An interpretation for is provided in which polygonal open subsets of the real plane serve as elements of the domain. Under this interpretation the predicate c(x) is read as region x is connected and the function-symbols and constants are given their meaning in terms of a Boolean algebra of polygons. We give an alternative interpretation based on the real closed plane which turns out to be isomorphic to A set of axioms and a rule of inference are introduced. We prove the soundness and completeness of the calculus with respect to the given interpretation.  相似文献

精神、意识有无实体历来是一个有争议的问题。神经科学家从“心网”与“脑网”的关系出发,在这个问题上形成了片面的认识。由于精神、意识依赖于人脑,因而他们就把精神、意识与实体的关系等同于“心网”与“脑网”的关系。我们的基本观点是:首先,精神、意识与实体之间的关系实际上是哲学上的主观与客观的关系;第二,意识作为哲学范畴还有人类意识与个体意识之分,并认为“三个世界”的理论能够较完满地解决这一争端。要揭示意识的本质不能仅仅依赖神经科学家。  相似文献

In this paper a novel method based on facial skin aging features and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is proposed to classify the human face images into four age groups. The facial skin aging features are extracted by using Local Gabor Binary Pattern Histogram (LGBPH) and wrinkle analysis. The ANN classifier is designed by using two layer feedforward backpropagation neural networks. The proposed age classification framework is trained and tested with face images from PAL face database and shown considerable improvement in the age classification accuracy up to 94.17% and 93.75% for male and female respectively.  相似文献
