医学院校教学医院临床实践教学的现状与对策

国家赋予医学院校教学医院救死扶伤和教书育人的两个职能,它在现行医疗体制改革的情况下与病人的维权发生了激烈的碰撞,临床实践教学出现了滑坡现象.在分析了医学院校教学医院临床实践教学现状的基础上,作者试从制定相应法规,保障临床实践教学;践行行医准则,尊重病人权利等几个方面进行了阐述,以期保证医学院校教学医院临床实践教学的质量.     

公安大学新生心理健康状况调查与分析

采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对某公安大学2082名新生进行测查。结果表明公安大学新生心理问题检出率为18.9%,主要表现为抑郁、强迫、和人际关系紧张;公安大学新生在多个因子上与全国青年常模相比差异显著;在部分因子上,女生得分显著高于男生,非公安专业学生显著高于公安专业学生,非独生子女分数显著高于独生子女,农村生源显著高于城市生源。     

The impact of surface projection on military tactics comprehension

This experiment assessed how displaying information onto different surfaces (flat vs. raised) influenced the performance, workload, and engagement of cadets answering questions on military tactics. Sixty-two cadets in a within-subjects design each answered 24 tactics-related questions across 2 conditions (12 on flat, 12 on raised) which were measured by accuracy and time on task. After each set of 12 questions, the cadets took postsurveys assessing engagement, measured by a modified User Engagement Scale and the System Usability Scale, and workload measured by the NASA-TLX. Findings indicated that raised terrain surface led to reduced workload and increased engagement and time on task as compared to the flat terrain surface. A practice effect drove performance metrics (time on task and accuracy), where the learner performed better on the second surface type displayed. This research contributes to expanding the literature base that supports alternative display methods to increase engagement and augment instruction of military tactics tasks.     

Ghost stories

This essay reflects on the exclusions and invisibilities that haunt academic subjectivities, spaces, and research practices. The exclusion criteria that delimit both scholars and scholarship are not natural or fair; they are the expressions of classed, raced, gendered, and ableist ideals, that privilege separation, order, and certainty. That which is marked as other – the remainder, which must not or cannot be admitted – is not fully excluded, but lurks at or below the waterline of legibility, disrupting academic bodies and departments with its persistent, often affective traces. Rather than trying to explain something that is primarily characterized by its inexplicability, the author brings readers into her department, to try to show them the ghosts that she has (not quite) seen, in order to appeal for more humane, inclusive, ghost-friendly ways of being and working in the academy.
