结核病防治中的人文关怀

结核病的防治不仅仅是公共卫生问题,更是一个社会问题。尽管在现阶段结核病防治中已体现了人文关怀的精神,在今后结核病防治中还需要进一步做到重视社会宣传教育,加强家庭督导作用,强化对流动人口中DOTS策略的实施,力争医疗保险参与防治减轻患者经济负担,研制新疫苗等,从而降低我国疫情,促进构建和谐社会。     

The Soul of Trans‐Humanism

Abstract: This article tackles the question: how should Christian theologians think about the human soul in light of the challenges posed by the new emphasis in brain‐mind identity in neuroscience and trasn‐humanism? Ways of improving human nature through medical therapy, genetic enhancement, and trans‐human cybernetic immortality are explored; and their assumptions are correlated with a spectrum of Christian theories of the soul such as substance dualism, emergent dualism, nonreductive physicalism, and materialism. Finally, the article concludes that the human person should be thought of relationally, and the dimension that is decisive for resurrection is the relation of the soul to God.     

THE FAUST CHALLENGE: SCIENCE AS DIABOLIC OR DIVINE

Abstract. The Faust motif provides an opportunity to explore the spectrum of attitudes among Christians toward science and technology by placing them into a historic context. Depending on one's understanding of the relationship of God and the world, the accomplishments of a Leonardo, a Paracelsus, a Faust, an Oppenheimer, or some future scientist credited with the “production” of the first successfully cloned human being can be interpreted as divine or diabolic in origin. I use the example of Faust to demonstrate that the Christian assessment of the scientific enterprise is closely correlated to the level of doctrinaire dualism informing the particular version of Christianity that inspires the assessment. I show that, contrary to what seems obvious, Faust's damnation originated not in medieval times but in early modern northern Europe, reflecting a dualistic obsession with human sinfulness more characteristic of Reformation Germany than of Renaissance Italy. Encouraged by hellfire‐and‐brimstone preachers, the common folk saw demons, devils, and witches in every dark corner, while humanist scholars sought to recapture the brilliant past of the Greeks and the Romans. Goethe's interpretation represents a return to earlier versions of the story, while some continue to accuse contemporary Faustians of Satanic connections for seeking forbidden knowledge and daring to play God by manipulating the stuff of life.

大多数癌症病人会受到不同程度的癌痛困扰。癌痛治疗已成为癌症姑息治疗的一项重要内容,癌痛的科学评估与规范治疗对于改善病人的生存质量具有重要意义,同时在治疗过程中应当突出“人本思想”,体现“人文关怀”,尊重生命,关爱健康,减轻痛苦,尊重患者的权利和隐私,体现人道主义精神。

LANGUAGE,MIND, AND WORLD: CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?

Abstract: This article addresses recent claims made by Richard Rorty about antirepresentationalist theories of meaning. Rorty asserts that a faithful rendering of the core antirepresentationalist assumptions precludes even revised pieces of representationalist semantics like “refers” or “true” and epistemological correlates like “answering to the facts.” Rorty even asserts that such notions invite reactionary authoritarian elements that would impede the development of a democratic humanism. I reject this claim and assert that such notions (suitably constructed) pose no greater threat to democratic humanism than the alternatives and in fact are crucial to its maintenance and continuing success. These notions (suitably constructed) reflect a metatheoretical stance that I call “openness,” which I believe lies at the heart of both democratic humanism and the pragmatism from which Rorty claims to take his inspiration.     

Martin Luther and Philip Melanchthon on the care and feeding of [future] Pastors

This article argues that humanist training was all-encompassing, not just for Philip Melanchthon but also for Martin Luther. By reexamining the relationship between the two reformers in this area, the article shows how their substantial, overarching agreements, especially in matters of pedagogy, led to a single-minded reform of Wittenberg's curriculum. Finally, it argues that their revolutionary approach to seminary training also addresses its collapse in our own day.

医生服务态度的实证研究

医生的服务态度是医学人文关怀的具体形态.采用自行设计的调查问卷,在江苏省某大型综合性三甲医院对医生服务态度的耐心、专注、语言、神态、情绪、倾听、告知、解释、微笑、共情十个方面进行双向调查.通过统计分析发现,医生的服务态度是影响医患关系的重要制约因素,且医患双方对于医生服务态度表现的评估有显著性差异.服务态度管理是医院管理的重要内容,对服务态度的考核应进入考核体系.服务态度的改善必将有利于医院人文形象的构建,有利于和谐医患关系的构建,有利于医疗质量的提高.
