采用整群抽样法,选取651名六年级小学生及其所属班级的21名班主任为被试,考察学生学业成绩和教师控制知觉对教师差别行为的影响及作用机制,探讨教师控制知觉的中介作用及其学生性别差异。结果显示:(1)女生报告获得教师更多积极行为,男生报告获得教师更多消极行为;(2)在控制了学生性别与学校地区以后,学生学业成绩仍能有效预测教师差别行为中的机会特权、情感支持和指导控制等行为,教师控制知觉能够有效预测机会特权、指导控制、情感支持和负性反馈等行为;(3)教师控制知觉在学生学业成绩与教师差别行为之间起中介作用;(4)教师控制知觉的中介模型存在学生性别差异,男生群体为完全中介作用,女生群体为部分中介作用。  相似文献

This study examines the ways in which parental involvement in children's education changes over time and how it relates to children's social and academic functioning in school. Teachers provided information on parent involvement and school performance for 1,205 urban, kindergarten through third-grade children for 3 consecutive years. They rated the following four dimensions of parent involvement: frequency of parent-teacher contact, quality of the parent-teacher interactions, participation in educational activities at home, and participation in school activites. As predicted, the frequency of parent-teacher contacts, quality of parent-teacher interactions, and parent participation at school declined from Years 1 to 3. Every parent involvement variable correlated moderately with school performance and parent involvement in Years 1 and 2, and accounted for a small, but significant amount of variance in Year 3 performance after controlling for initial performance level. Participation in educational activities at home predicted the widest range of performance variables. Results suggest that enhancing parental involvement in children's schooling relates to improvements in school functioning.  相似文献

The research and practices found in behavior analysis and the behavioral models of instruction suggest a common set of effective teaching practices. Implementation of these practices could save our schools. They have implications for the students, parents, teachers, and supervisors in our schools. They are presented herein as standards for effective pedagogy and schooling from the viewpoints of students, parents, teachers, and supervisors. Indeed, they may be the necessary ingredients for adequate schooling. This study tested the effect of a social reinforcement training procedure for a problem student on the verbal and nonverbal approval and disapproval of four of the student's teachers. A design incorporating aspects of a multiple baseline within an extended reversal design (ABABA) was employed. Data were taken on the four teachers' approval and disapproval of a student regarded as a major discipline problem and the target student's approval and disapproval of the four teachers during baseline 1, experimental condition 1, baseline 2, experimental condition 2, and a postcheck or baseline 3 condition six weeks after experimental condition 2. Results showed that increased student approval and decreased disapproval were attributable to training procedures. The increased student approval increased three of the four teachers' approval and decreased the disapproval of all four teachers. Six weeks after experimental condition 2, both approval and disapproval by three of the four teachers and the student and disapproval by all four teachers and the student remained changed over baseline conditions. Student and teacher approval and disapproval were highly correlated at statistically significant levels.  相似文献

Ethical problems are related to computer data bases, containing data on individuals and groups of persons, as well as to computer knowledge bases, containing general rules and elements of expert systems.In the present essay the following conclusions are made regarding computer data bases: privacy, security, and confidentiality of medical computer data bases should be ensured. This duty should rest with physicians in hospitals. The principle of informed consent should be applied to gathering information which is to be stored and processed by computers. Information stored in computer data bases should not be used for purposes for which the subjects (patients as well as personnel) have not given their consent. In order to decrease the possibility of misuses of medical data bases containing information on individuals, these registers should not be linked to other central data bases.  相似文献

A clear need to teach preservice teachers to generalize newly acquired teaching skills across time and settings has been well established in the literature. Few empirical studies exist that inform teacher educators on ways to promote generalization of teaching skills with beginning teachers, however. Programming for generalization continues to be a missing link between preservice teacher preparation and inservice application of skills. Four factors emerge as important to sustaining teaching skills in classrooms based on a review of the research. A model for promoting generalization of teaching skills using these factors is described including using immediate feedback to promote acquisition of skills, training to mastery to promote maintenance of behavior, programming for generalization, and providing performance feedback in classroom settings. Implications for teacher preparation are discussed such as requiring generalization training in teacher preparation programs and training supervisors to sequentially implement model components.  相似文献

以270名幼儿教师为被试,采用问卷调查法,探讨了情绪智力在工作家庭冲突对情感耗竭影响中的调节效应。结果表明:(1)幼儿教师情感耗竭处于中等倦怠水平。教师情感耗竭在性别、婚姻状态、所带班级、教龄方面差异显著。男教师情感耗竭水平显著高于女教师;已婚教师情感耗竭水平显著高于未婚教师;带小班的教师情感耗竭水平显著高于带大班的教师;6~10年教龄的教师情感耗竭水平显著高于5年以下及11年以上教龄的教师。(2)幼儿教师工作干扰家庭(WIF)和家庭干扰工作(FIW)与情绪智力呈负相关,而与情感耗竭呈正相关;情绪智力与情感耗竭呈负相关。(3)幼儿教师情绪智力在工作家庭冲突对工作倦怠的影响中发挥显著的缓冲作用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

There is a long history of teachers and schools being involved in the delivery of career education and guidance. As the breadth of career education and guidance activity in English schools grew throughout the twentieth century it became increasingly necessary to have an individual within the school responsible for leading and managing this activity (the careers leader). The transfer of responsibility for career guidance from local authorities to schools following the Education Act 2011 has intensified the need for this role. There have been various attempts to conceptualise and professionalise the role of careers leader and to develop appropriate training and support. This article defines the role and the rationale for the role, sets out its history and makes recommendations for the future professionalisation of the role. It is argued that this will include recognition of the role by policy, professionalisation and the development of a career structure and the development of appropriate training and CPD.  相似文献
