Self-report and mono-method bias often threaten the validity of research conducted in business settings and thus hinder the development of theories of organizational behavior. This paper outlines a conceptual framework for understanding factors that influence the motivation of an employee to bias his or her responses to questions posed by organizational researchers. Using a longitudinal, multitrait-multimethod dataset, we illustrate various aspects of the problem and argue that traditional approaches for controlling self-report bias do not adequately prevent the problem. The results suggest the need for developing a theory of method effects and companion analytic techniques to improve the accuracy of psychological research in business settings. 相似文献

该研究利用项目功能差异(Differential Item Functioning,简称DIF)理论,对HSK考生中不同两个群体——外国人和中国国内的少数民族,进行题目的反应分析。考查HSK的题目是否存在不利于某一群体。具体做法:采用MH和SIBTEST方法检测DIF,利用标准化的离散分析方法和SIBTEST的项目束分析法鉴别DIF的真伪,并寻找造成DIF的原因。由数据分析的结果可知,HSK(初、中等)A卷对对外国考生和中国国内的少数民族考生存在一些有DIF的题目。 相似文献

It proposes that narrative approaches currently lack a theory that explains adequately how the reworking of narratives brings about changes and how a client's various narratives are integrated. Little is known about the magnitude and duration of mood responses to daily negative events as a function of gender, history
of mood disorder, and current substance use. Using computerized ambulatory monitoring techniques, perceived negativity of
minor daily events and state affect were prospectively examined every 3 h on average for a 7-day period. Event negativity
was associated with depressed mood for 6–9 h following event occurrence, and was associated with happy mood for 3–6 h. Gender
and substance use moderated the relationship between event negativity and mood states concurrently, and remained influential
for approximately 3 h following the event. History of mood disorder did not moderate any within- or across-day relationships
between event negativity and mood. No evidence was found for mood uplifts following daily events in either within- or across-day
analyses. The findings are discussed relative to assessment timing in investigations of vulnerability-stress theories. 相似文献

本研究开发了一种基于DINA模型的认知诊断测验Q矩阵修正方法—— g 法, 为侦查并修正Q矩阵中的错误提供方法学支持, 从而为保证Q矩阵的合理性提供基础, 并为进一步提高认知诊断的准确率服务。本文采用Monte Carlo模拟及与国外同类研究相比较的方法进行, 研究发现:(1)不论在何种作答失误概率(5%, 10%, 15%)情况下, 当s,g临界值为0.2, 0.25或0.3时, 本研究提出的g 法均能有效地修正错误Q矩阵; 同时, 当Q矩阵无错误时, g 法对该Q矩阵未做任何修改。表明g 法对Q矩阵是否存在错误具有较强的识别能力及修正能力。(2)与国外同类研究相比, 本研究提出的g 法具有较理想的修正率, 且与de la Torre (2008)提出d法的修正效果相当。但相比较而言, g 法较d 法更为简单。(3) g 法不仅能有效地修正错误的Q矩阵, 而且还可以进一步提高认知诊断的正确率, 尤其是对模式判准率(PMR), 诊断正确率的最高增幅高达40%, 大大改善了认知诊断的准确率。 相似文献
