Der Begriff des Narzi?mus wird aus historischen, soziologischen, anthropologischen, mythologischen und etymologischen Quellen
hergeleitet und dann in die verschiedenen psychoanalytischen Theorien eingeordnet. Die theoretischen Grundpositionen zum Narzi?mus
und zur Auffassung narzi?tischer Pers?nlichkeitsst?rungen werden ausführlich erl?utert. Die Annahme eines prim?ren Narzi?mus
wird anhand der theoretischen Vorstellungen von Freud, Grunberger, Mahler und Kohut erkl?rt, die Annahme einer prim?ren Objektbeziehung
durch die Theorien von Ferenczi, Balint, Klein und Winnicott illustriert. Anschlie?end werden die Konzeptionen des Narzi?mus
im Rahmen der Triebtheorie bzw. als eigenst?ndige Entwicklungslinie (Kohut) erl?utert. Grunberger nimmt dabei eine Mittelstellung
ein. Kohut und Kernberg stehen sich gegenüber, wenn es um die Einordnung des Narzi?mus als pathologisches Ph?nomen (Kernberg)
oder als Entwicklungsarretierung (Kohut) geht. Es schlie?t sich ein Abschnitt über die klassifikatorisch-deskriptive Erfassung
des Narzi?mus an, in dem die Auffassungen der narzi?tischen Pers?nlichkeitsst?rung im Rahmen der g?ngigen Klassifikationssysteme
(DSM-IV, ICD-10, OPD) beschrieben werden. Ebenso finden die Testdiagnostik sowie interpersonelle Ans?tze Berücksichtigung.
Danach werden die Befunde der modernen S?uglingsforschung und deren Auswirkungen auf ein ver?ndertes Verst?ndnis der narzi?tischen
Pers?nlichkeitsst?rung dargestellt. Die übersicht schlie?t mit einer differenzierten Betrachtung der unterschiedlichen therapeutischen
Vorgehensweisen.

The literature on pathological self-destructive behaviour (apart from psychotic, substance-induced or brain disorders) and behaviour therapy is reviewed. An introduction on definition, classification, current typological approaches, occurrence, pathogenesis, and psychopathology is given. From a behavioural theoretic perspective, functional aspects of self-destructive behaviour are emphasised. Basic treatment problems are outlined. They particularly concern covert self-destructive behaviour (artificial disease, Munchhausen-syndrome) that is typically met in a medical hospital setting. Recommendations from the literature are resumed. Most of the relevant publications are psychoanalytically based. Case reports on self-destructive patients predominate even in behaviour therapy publications. These are briefly reviewed. So far, the most elaborate approach is considered to be M. Linehan's Dialectic-Behavioral-Therapy which has been developed for the treatment of borderline personality disorders. A considerable overlap between overtly self-destructive patients and borderline patients underlines the usefulness of this approach. Nonetheless, a further development of behavioural therapeutic methods with regard to different types of self-destructive behaviour is considered to be indicated. 相似文献

After an introduction and presentation of the influence of immigration on psychological health, the present overview focuses on several models of psychological development in immigration. Cross-cultural psychodynamics and culturally conditioned transference in ethnically mixed cultural psychotherapy settings are explored. The effectiveness of Western therapy methods based on Christian – Jewish values is discussed with regard to the therapy of patients from different ethnic backgrounds, i. e. so-called traditional societies. In Western cultures, proximity in object relations is based on autonomy whereas in traditional societies proximity is based on relatedness. Knowledge of specific cultural issues are considered to be an important instrument in cross-cultural therapies. Joining, activation of ethnic resources, and culture-sensitive interventions are considered to be helpful psychotherapeutic interventions. Specialized therapy settings, e.g. integration of ethnic therapists in established institutions, mono-cultural ethnic settings and collaborative projects are described. Last but not least, the authors point out the necessity of cross-cultural therapeutic competence because of an expanding cultural heterogeneity of society. 相似文献

Causal analyses of one’s knowing that p have recently emphasized the involvement of cognitive virtues in coming to believe that p. John Greco suggests that in order to deal with Gettier-type cases, a virtue analysis of knowing should include a requirement
that one’s knowing does not in a certain way involve abnormality. Yet Greco’s emphasis on statistical abnormality either renders
his analysis subject to a generality problem or to objections regarding certain Gettier-type cases. When we instead consider
abnormality in the sense of a causally differentiating factor in relation to a causal contrast situation, the account remains
unclear concerning its application to an interesting non-Gettier-type case concerning chance. The exploration of these shortcomings
casts doubt on the epistemological usefulness of the schema, ‘If you know, then there is no abnormality in your being right.’ 相似文献

Social anxiety is characterised by overwhelming fears in social interactions or performance situations. Its life-time prevalence is high (about 13%) and relapses are quite common. Social anxiety disorder is a chronic disease with a high impairment for the persons afflicted. Cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic and neurobiological models have promising implications for psychotherapy and pharmacological treatment. Neurobiological approaches have identified risk factors and possible somatic mechanisms. Cognitive-behavioural models explain the development of dysfunctional beliefs and the maintenance of social anxiety. Psychodynamic approaches refer to a disturbed self-concept and underline the importance of prior negative interpersonal relationships. Manualised treatments exist for the cognitive-behavioural approach and a manual for psychodynamic psychotherapy was recently developed. This paper presents the different approaches (neurobiological, cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic) to social anxiety disorder and possible implications for therapy are discussed. 相似文献

In this article I will compare two approaches for defining theoretical terms, that of Logical Empirism (especially the approach
of R. Carnap) and that of Structuralism (according to the works of J. Sneed and W. Stegmüller). I will determine explicitly
the accounts of theoreticity in both Logical Empirism and Structuralism, and compare them by means of a case study: a structuralistic
reconstruction of Neurobiological Constructivism (according to the theory of G. Roth). I will point out that the structuralistic
criticism on the account of theoreticity of Logical Empirism is insufficient and that the structuralistic criterion of theoreticity
does not satisfy the requirements of demarcation for theoretical terms demanded by Logical Empirism.

Summary
Rational Choice and Historical Explanation. The dichotomy between narrative and causal approaches is one of the most discussed problems in historical explanation. The
main problem seems to be that many philosophers and historians do not agree with the argument of analytical philosophy of
history that explanations demand law-like assumptions. Even Arthur C. Danto, however, who is often regarded as the founder
of narrative explanatory approaches, did not leave causality behind. Contrarily, he defended the covering-law-scheme against
unfounded criticism and showed that causality and narration can be reconciled. But Danto did not say which laws should play
a major role in historical explanations. This gap could be bridged by one of the most successful research programs in the
social sciences over the last decades, the Rational Choice approach. This approach should, however, be reduced to its basic
assumption, the presumption of subjective rationality (which principally corresponds an older hermeneutic tradition), and
be integrated into the “model of a sociological explanation” (which is very popular among European sociologists). The result
is a concept of a historical explanation that does justice to the linguistic turn (in its formulation by Willard Van Orman
Quine), to the demands of the covering-law-scheme and to the ambitions of historians to narrate and explain a historical phenomenon

G?del asserts that his philosophy falls under the category of conceptual realism. This paper gives a general picture of G?del’s conceptual realism’s basic doctrines, and gives a way to understand conceptual realism in the background of Leibniz’s and Kant’s philosophies. Among philosophers of mathematics, there is a widespread view that Platonism encounters an epistemological difficulty because we do not have sensations of abstract objects. In his writings, G?del asserts that we have mathematical intuitions of mathematical objects. Some philosophers do not think it is necessary to resort to intuition to defend Platonism, and other philosophers think that the arguments resorting to intuition are too na?ve to be convincing. I argue that the epistemic difficulty is not particular to Platonism; when faced with skepticism, physicalists also need to give an answer concerning the relationship between our experience and reality. G?del and Kant both think that sensations or combinations of sensations are not ideas of physical objects, but that, to form ideas of physical objects, concepts must be added. However, unlike Kant, G?del thinks that concepts are not subjective but independent of our minds. Based on my analysis of G?del’s conceptual realism, I give an answer to the question in the title and show that arguments resorting to intuition are far from na?ve, despite what some philosophers have claimed. 相似文献
