大学生求职说谎行为倾向研究

采用实验的方法对当前大学生在求职过程中的说谎行为现象进行了研究。将来自不同性别、院校性质、学历、学科、家庭来源及不同就业压力感的被试791名随机分配到16种实验处理情境当中。研究发现,不同人口变量的大学生在对说谎行为的选择以及对不同说谎内容的选择上存在着不同程度的差异。     

解析城市中学生的消费心理与消费行为

城市中学生所接受的教育、所处的校园环境以及该年龄特殊的心理特征等因素使得这一阶段的个体有着特殊的消费心理和消费行为。对他们的消费心理和消费行为进行研究,提出相应的建议及对策,是有现实意义的。本文对当代城市中学生的消费水平、消费方式、消费心理的特点及其影响因素作了分析讨论并提出干预的对策。     

Development of a model for spiritual assessment and intervention

A multidisciplinary model for making spiritual assessments and interventions is described. The practitioner bases these assessments and interventions upon knowledge gained from philosophy, theology, physiology, psychology, and sociology. Specific assessments are made in the areas of spiritual development and seven practical dimensions of spiritual care. The patient's life experiences, events, and questions shape the nature of spiritual care as the practitioner works toward assisting the patient to maintain or expand the level of spiritual functioning.She is a recipient of a National Institute of Mental Health Academic Award. This award provided funding during the time this article was written.     

Learning through symbol,myth, model,and ritual

An interdisciplinary course entitled Religious and Spiritual Issues in Health Care was offered for nursing students, medical students, and seminary students. The course was designed to explore religious responses to human suffering and to examine the role of different health care professionals with regard to spiritual concerns of patients.The identification of symbol, the retelling of myth, the presentation of model, and the enactment of ritual enhanced the learning process. In the context of the universality of human suffering, professional differences were recognized and respected.Teamwork in health care is a process which can be learned cognitively and affectively by affirming and sharing professional values with other health care professions.     

决策论中的协方差方法与信号检测论

本文有两个目的。第一,介绍决策论中的平均概率分数的协方差分解方法——一种评估判断能力的新方法。第二,探索协方差方法与信号检测论的关系。按照信号检测论评价法程序进行的两个实验证明:1.协方差分解方法能够把人的判断能力及其主观态度区分开。2.协方差分解方法在处理感觉事件上(重量感觉)与信号检测论同等有效。     

用微机控制的操作式条件反射实验系统

本文介绍了用APPLE—Ⅱ微型计算机控制的操作式条件反射实验系统。系统包括硬件,软件两部分。该系统可同时控制五个实验箱,预先设置实验条件后,可在计算机控制下自动给出刺激信号,并记录实验结果,最后将各项数据在打印机上打印出来。     

韦克斯勒儿童智力量表中国修订版(WISC-CR)上海市区常模(WISC-CRs)制订报告

本研究是在WISC-CR的基础上制订的上海地区(市区)常模,代表我国经济文化较高的大城市水平。常模样组为6至16岁学龄儿童共660人。常模形式是:(1)各年龄组的《与原始分等值的量表分》;(2)《与量表总分等值的IQ分》(本文略)。 本常模经信度、效度检验,表明WISC-CR是适合测量中国学龄儿童的智力量表。 论文还分析了本样组与美国WISC-R样组在分测验上的差异。     

计算机显示终端CRT亮度对比度对视觉功能的影响

本实验用作业效绩与眼肌调节时间变化率作指标,研究了计算机终端CRT显示的亮度对比度对视觉功能的影响。结果表明,在屏面背景亮度20cd/m~2左右时,8:1—12:1范围的对比度具有最佳的视觉功能。对比度偏离这个范围时,视觉功能水平随偏离程度而降低。4:1—18:1是CRT亮度对比的宽容度范围。     

The Minister's own marriage

From a questionnaire study of 56 clergy couples and concurrent in-depth interviews with ten selected couples, findings and conclusions are reported. The difficulties confronting the pastor and his wife are discussed and suggestions offered to remedy them. Ministers' marriages are currently undergoing some stress due to social changes in our culture and to changes in the concept of ministry. Some promising new developments suggest that the necessary readjustments can be made over time.He also serves as Director and Staff Counselor of the Tenafly Pastoral Counseling Center and as Clinical Associate and Supervisor of Student Pastors at Drew Theological Seminary.
