大学生的经济信心与职业决策自我效能的关系—— 归因和主动性人格的调节作用

通过对513名大学三年级学生的问卷调查, 本研究探讨了全球金融危机背景下大学生经济信心对其职业决策自我效能的影响, 以及内外控制点和主动性人格对此关系的调节作用。结果表明：大学生对经济发展的信心能预测其职业决策自我效能; 内外控制点和主动性人格在此关系中, 分别都起到了调节的作用; 当两者进入同一个调节模型时, 主动性人格的调节作用掩盖了内外控制点的作用。这一调节模型丰富了职业决策自我效能的研究理论, 对高校职业生涯辅导具有借鉴意义。     

医学生为何忽视医德

近年来,医学界道德下降的问题已是不争的事实.因此,国家和医学界都出台了很多政策和措施,力求解决由于医德问题的突显而加剧的医患矛质.但是,从当今医患关系依然不容乐现的事实可以看出,如果不能找出问题的根源,效果不会明显.从医学生这一特殊医疗群体出发,探究医学界道德下降和医患关系紧张的根本原因.     

我院88例抗菌药不良反应分析

为了解我院抗菌药致不良反应（ADR）发生的特点与一般规律,对我院2010年1月-2011年1月的88例抗菌药不良反应报告进行汇总分析。结果显示引起ADR的抗菌药涉及9大类35个品种。喹诺酮类引起的ADR居首位,其次为头孢菌素类、青霉素类等;ADR的临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害（60．95％）,其次为心血管系统、消化系...     

异种器官移植及其伦理问题

目前,开展的异种移植研究主要以猪为供体源,面临的主要障碍是宿主抗移植物的免疫排斥反应(超急性排斥、急性排斥和慢性排斥)和猪内源性反转录病毒感染,并已取得一定进展.但异种移植引发的伦理问题也不容忽视,主要有跨物种感染、卫生资源分配、动物的权利和人格同一性等问题.     

现象学视域中的医患关系——兼论图姆斯对"典型化"的分析

自然思维对认识不加批判,以有限的经验得出"客观真理".接受过专门训练的医生基于自然思维态度来理解疾病.生活世界是前科学、前理论的世界,具有主观性、直观性,患者是基于生活世界的态度来体验疾病.尽管"典型化"为双方交流提供了基础,但两者共享世界毕竟有限,因此,在此层面上,双方交流就不太容易.

毒品滥用患者给医疗管理和临床工作带来诸多复杂性和特殊性。对吸毒患者围术期麻醉诊疗要兼顾所惠外科疾惠与毒品对吸食者的身心影响,有效地控制戒断症状和毒性反应,综合评估,辨证施为。     

Development of the Counseling Center Assessment of Psychological Symptoms-62 (CCAPS-62)

Few instruments have been designed specifically to address the needs of college counseling centers. This article reviews existing instruments and presents 4 studies that describe the development and psychometric properties of a new instrument, the Counseling Center Assessment of Psychological Symptoms-62 (CCAPS-62). Study 1 describes the initial item development, factor analysis, and preliminary scale development steps. Study 2 describes the results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses using data from more than 22,000 clients pooled via a national practice-research network of counseling centers. Studies 3 and 4 provide preliminary evidence of subscales' convergent validity and retest reliability. Results from these 4 studies provide support for the instrument's factor structure, construct validity, and subscale reliabilities for both the total sample and subgroups. Clinical and methodological issues pertaining to the future development of the CCAPS are discussed in the context of a national practice-research network of college counseling centers.     

A simple 5-DoF MR-compatible motion signal measurement system

The purpose of this study was to develop a simple motion measurement system with magnetic resonance (MR) compatibility and safety. The motion measurement system proposed here can measure 5-DoF motion signals without deteriorating the MR images, and it has no effect on the intense and homogeneous main magnetic field, the temporal-gradient magnetic field (which varies rapidly with time), the transceiver radio frequency (RF) coil, and the RF pulse during MR data acquisition. A three-axis accelerometer and a two-axis gyroscope were used to measure 5-DoF motion signals, and Velcro was used to attach a sensor module to a finger or wrist. To minimize the interference between the MR imaging system and the motion measurement system, nonmagnetic materials were used for all electric circuit components in an MR shield room. To remove the effect of RF pulse, an amplifier, modulation circuit, and power supply were located in a shielded case, which was made of copper and aluminum. The motion signal was modulated to an optic signal using pulse width modulation, and the modulated optic signal was transmitted outside the MR shield room using a high-intensity light-emitting diode and an optic cable. The motion signal was recorded on a PC by demodulating the transmitted optic signal into an electric signal. Various kinematic variables, such as angle, acceleration, velocity, and jerk, can be measured or calculated by using the motion measurement system developed here. This system also enables motion tracking by extracting the position information from the motion signals. It was verified that MR images and motion signals could reliably be measured simultaneously.     

二语词汇熟悉度在双语者语义通达中的调节作用

先前很多研究表明熟练双语者可以直接通达其二语词汇的概念意义,非熟练双语者需要借助一语词汇间接通达其二语词汇的概念意义,这很可能是双语者二语词汇的熟悉度在其中发挥了调节作用。本研究使用跨语言重复启动范式考察了双语者对不同熟悉程度的二语词汇的语义通达方式。实验１以非熟练中英双语者为被试,实验２以熟练中英双语者为被试。总的结果发现,无论非熟练双语者还是熟练双语者,其在通达二语词汇概念意义时采用哪一种方式受词汇熟悉度的调节,当词汇熟悉度较高时,选择直接通达,当词汇熟悉度较低时,选择间接通达。本研究进一步支持和丰富了晚期双语者双语记忆表征中的语义通达方式从本质上属于经验性变化的观点。     

留学经验与艺术创造力

采用两个艺术创造力测量任务比较了中国留学生、德国大学生和中国国内学生的艺术创造力水平。使用共感评价技术作为评判艺术作品创造程度、技术水平等维度的方法。研究发现:(1)在艺术创造力任务中,中国留学生没有表现出比中国国内学生的优势,说明可能多元文化经验对创造力表达的影响是有条件的;(2)德国学生的艺术创造力水平高于中国学生,本结果支持前人研究中有关个人主义文化相对于集体主义文化更有助于创造力表达的相关假设;(3)共感评价技术是艺术创造力研究的有效工具。
