论医务人员在医疗事故技术鉴定过程中的法律地位

世界上究竟有没有“心”、“心”是什么、心与身的关系如何,这一直是医学与心理学的基本问题。随着科学的发展和认识的深化,经由语言学的心灵剥离、科学主义的心灵放逐、实证科学的心灵祛魅,古老神秘的灵魂不断地“祛魅”,心理的本质得到了还原与澄清,灵魂问题亦演变为心理问题、心脑问题,而心灵哲学也正朝着自然化的方向重建。     

血液肿瘤的基因治疗及伦理学问题

基因治疗是一种新的有希望的抗肿瘤治疗方法。本文首先简述基因治疗发展史,然后介绍目前尝试性用于血液系统肿瘤的反义核酸疗法、抑癌基因疗法、自杀基因疗法以及过继性免疫疗法等基因治疗方法,进一步阐述基因治疗在血液系统肿瘤患者中应用存在的伦理学问题。     

Combat-related post-traumatic stress disorder: a case report using virtual reality exposure therapy with physiological monitoring.

The current report summarizes a case study from an Office of Naval Research (ONR) funded project to compare the effects of virtual reality graded exposure therapy (VRGET) with cognitive behavioral group therapy in active-duty corpsmen. Details of the collaborative program between the Virtual Reality Medical Center (VRMC) and Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) will be discussed.     

Taxonomic Examination of ADHD and Conduct Problem Comorbidity in Elementary School Children Using Cluster Analyses

Cluster analysis was used to investigate the classification of comorbid Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) +Conduct Problems (CP). Teachers rated 1394 elementary school children on symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity/impulsivity, opposition, and conduct problems using the ADS-IV behavior-rating scale. Results suggested that a seven-cluster solution, including two distinct comorbid clusters, was the most appropriate method of classifying children according to behavioral symptoms. A one-way MANOVA showed that overall cluster profiles differed significantly from each other, whereas one-way ANOVAs indicated that clusters differed on age and symptom scores. Chi-square analyses indicated that clusters differed on gender. Post hoc analyses and effect sizes calculations revealed that the comorbid clusters differed from each other and from their single-disorder counterparts on some variables, but not on all. These results provide support for an additive conceptualisation of ADHD +CP.

《企业管理能力倾向测验》（简称ＭＡＴ）的开发满足了企业改革的需要,企业管理职业能力倾向被界定为一种介乎于一般智力和具体的知识,技能之间的心理特点,ＭＡＴ主要考究受测者与做好企业管理工作有关的那些影响较广,比较稳定,潜在的,不易受到环境影响的能力,ＭＡＴ包括言语理解,数量关系,逻辑推理,资料分析和思维策略等５个部分,ＭＡＴ经过两次预测和课目筛选,常模样本包括２６个省市的１４９家企业２８１４名中层以上     

品管圈在持续改进护理质量管理中的实践与探索

应用科学的管理工具使经验性管理逐渐转向科学化管理是提高护理质量管理水平的关键.近年来,品管圈(quality control circles,QCC)作为一种科学的管理工具逐渐被引入护理质量管理中.2013年初我院护理部组织成立了"外科品管圈推动小组",推动开展QCC,督促指导临床护理单元成立了9个品管圈.QCC的开展促进了临床护士主动参与管理的意识,掌握并运用现代质量管理的手段和工具,共同发现和解决问题,用实证改善临床的管理,掌握科学化的管理技能,不断提高临床护理质量.     

江苏省城镇居民基本医疗保险筹资公平性评价

运用泰尔指数对2009年～2011年江苏省城镇居民基本医疗保险基金收入和支出数据进行分析,比较苏南、苏中和苏北各区域间的差异,评价江苏省城镇居民医保筹资的公平性状况.结果显示,相比较于人均可支配收入和出院人次,以参保人口为权重对江苏省城镇居民医保基金收入和支出的公平性影响较大,且参保人口的差异加剧了各地区间基金收入和支出配置的不公平性;城镇居民医保基金收入和支出总体差异主要由区域内差异引起,但各地区间差异也很明显.
