坚持科学发展观促进中医药学现代化

中西医各有短长都不要无限夸大自身的优势.中西医互补整合是现代医学发展的潮流.学术争论不要政治化,科技管理要法制化,学者必须从浮华世态中醒悟过来,重建学者应有的人格和道德,纯洁科学的神圣殿堂.坚持科学发展观,中医药学才有长足的进步.     

“人间佛教”转型与禅宗在中国近现代佛教中的地位和作用

在中国近现代佛教史上，以创新、改革著称的禅宗，以适应由古代佛教向现代转变的时代发展的需要，率先开始了以“人间佛教”为核心的革新运动。寄禅、太虚、印顺都是中国佛教时代精神和理论创建的杰出代表，构成了鼎力于佛教改革的三个时代。从佛教的出世到入世，到“人生佛教”的提出，进而“人间佛教”理论的完善和实践，是禅宗在中国佛教史上的又一次创新，而且也有力地推动了中国近现代佛教的社会化发展，在客观上起到了振兴佛教的作用。     

APPLYING UNCERTAINTY MANAGEMENT THEORY TO EMPLOYEE VOICE BEHAVIOR: AN INTEGRATIVE INVESTIGATION

Drawing on uncertainty management theory, this study integrates justice research with the elaboration likelihood model and considers employee voice behavior as a function of 3 (interpersonal, procedural, and distributive) facets of justice perceptions in combination. Specifically, a positive relationship is hypothesized between interpersonal justice and employee voice behavior, which is buffered by high procedural justice. This 2‐way interaction effect is also examined to determine whether it would be mitigated by low distributive justice. Results from a sample of 395 manager–employee dyads provide support for these predictions. Furthermore, results from a supplementary analysis show that the 3‐way interaction effect on employee voice behavior was more pronounced for those who had a high feeling of uncertainty (i.e., those with a shorter job tenure or occupational tenure). Theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.     

The impact of rumination on internal attention switching

The present study explored the nature of attention control problems associated with ruminative traits. Experiment 1 aimed to establish the validity of a modified mental counting task that assesses individuals' ability to switch attention between internal mental representations. Reaction time and brain activity (event related potential; ERP) measures were examined, and results showed that the task was sensitive to internal attention switching effects. Experiment 2 assessed how the relationship between ruminative tendencies and switching performance differs when participants attend to neutral versus affective materials under different mood states. Although reaction-time analysis suggested that both mood condition and stimulus affectivity were not significant in altering this association, ERP analysis suggested otherwise. A significant task type×trait rumination × mood condition effect was found for switch-related ERP responses, whereby high ruminators were found to deploy more neuronal resources when switching affective materials in sad mood state.     

儒家伦理对完善医疗储蓄账户的启示

家庭医疗账户是家庭文化的产物.医疗保健、预防疾病是家庭的责任.通过医疗储蓄账户积累医疗保障基金,解决家庭成员的生老病死问题,这非常切合以家庭和血缘为根本特征的儒家伦理的精髓.同新加坡现行的医保制度相比,我国在医疗储蓄账户的运行中仍存在着一些问题,需要立足于中国国情做进一步的反思与探索.     

儿科医患关系和谐途径探索

儿科学所涉及的患儿和疾病具有特殊性.患儿存在个体、性别、年龄等多方面的差异,疾病复杂多样、进展快.同时,患儿及其家长在医疗过程中的焦躁情绪与高期望值,以及医护人员在主客观方面的不足等因素共同导致了儿科医患冲突的产生.在儿童的医疗诊治过程中,医务人员不仅要具备过硬的技术和基础知识,还要掌握正确的沟通方式与沟通技巧,以此来缓解矛盾.     

药物临床试验伦理审查的跟踪审查程序研究

为了保护受试者的合法权益,药物临床试验的伦理审查必须规范化进行.通过走访哈尔滨医科大学附属医院伦理委员会了解到,伦理审查程序缺乏相对完整性,特别是跟踪审查程序还在完善过程中,没有形成统一具体的操作规程.对此,结合我国实际情况,借鉴国外先进经验,提出构建药物临床试验跟踪审查程序的建议.     

“右好左坏”和“左好右坏”——利手与左右空间情感效价的关联性

人们会将“右”和“左”与积极或消极的事物相关联,这称为左右空间的情感效价.以具身认知理论和躯体特异性假设为基础的研究发现,右利手会将右侧空间与积极事物相关联,而左利手则会将左侧空间与积极事物相关连;左右空间情感效价是由利手与非利手的运动经验塑造的;利手与非利手运动经验的改变则会反转左右空间情感效价;趋近动机脑功能偏侧化与利手是一致的.未来的研究应进一步澄清利手运动与趋近动机在神经机制上的关联性,并探索文化因素与身体经验如何共同塑造左右空间情感效价.     

家庭支持对缓解乳腺癌患者心理压力的作用

本文分析了心理压力对乳腺癌患者的康复和生活质量产生的不利影响,指出家庭是与患者生存联系最为紧密的环境,家庭支持对缓解患者心理压力发挥了巨大作用;深入挖掘家庭支持与心理压力二者的关系,详细阐述了家庭支持用以缓解患者心理压力的三种形式,即情感支持、信息支持、行为支持;最后针对目前家庭支持仍存在患者满意度不高、家庭支持水平随时间而降低等主要问题,提出克服家庭支持的缺陷,提高家庭成员支持能力的合理化建议,即提高患者配偶和女性家属的支持能力、建立长期的家庭支持计划等.
