牟宗三"良知坎陷说"的发展历程

牟宗三的"良知自我坎陷说"贯穿了其学术思想发展的始终,大致经历了以下四个阶段:一、"内圣"坎陷"外王";二、"存在之理"坎陷"形构之理";三、"仁心觉情"收敛"智相";四、"无执的存有论"坎陷"执的存有论".从以上的发展线索来看,牟宗三的"良知坎陷说"具有一个逐步内在化、形上化的发展趋势,而其中"存在之理"坎陷"形构之理"这一阶段具有关键的意义.     

Factor structure of the Child Behavior Checklist/6-18 in a sample of girls adopted from China

Confirmatory factor analysis with robust weighted least squares estimation of the 103 dichotomously scored items of the Child Behavior Checklist/6-18 (T. M. Achenbach & L. A. Rescorla, 2001) in a sample of 516 girls adopted from China (ages 6.0-15.7 years; M = 8.2, SD = 1.9) indicated that the fit of the 8-factor model was good (root-mean-square error of approximation = .047) and was slightly better than what T. M. Achenbach and L. A. Rescorla (2001) reported for the same model (.06). Support for the 2nd-order factor structure of Internalizing and Externalizing Problems also was provided. Comparisons of the mean scores for the syndromes and Internalizing, Externalizing, and Total Problems revealed mostly small differences between the sample of adopted Chinese girls and T. M. Achenbach and L. A. Rescorla's normative samples.

“忠恕”在孔子儒学中具有方法论的重要意义,朱熹解释其意义说：“尽己之谓忠,推己之谓恕。”这就准确地指出了它在词性上既有形容词性又有动词性的特点,这也就意味着它的含义不会局限于道德一域,而是具有极丰富的内涵。具体说来,它同时具有个人道德修养、社会政治实践和知识论三个层次的含义。当然,这三者在“忠恕”中是一个以一贯之的混融整体,我们这样区分,纯粹是为了论述的方便。     

元认知监控和归纳意识对顿悟问题解决的影响

顿悟作为创造性思维的重要形式之一,一直受到心理学家的重视并对该领域进行了大量实验研究.在顿悟的关键信息启发理论的基础上,运用"靶问题-源问题-靶问题"的实验范式,探讨了元认知监控和归纳意识对顿悟问题解决的影响.结果表明:提示归纳会不同程度的促进顿悟问题的解决;获得关键启发信息时,元认知监控程度高的被试顿悟问题的解决比元认知监控程度低的被试表现优秀.     

进化论与医学教学

达尔文主义在生物学中是一个很重要的理论,它对医学事实所做的进化论解释同样是不应忽视的。但是由于偶然的原因,它一直不能走上医学院的讲台。尽管要克服许多困难,我们还是应该把一些最重要的进化理论传授给我们的医学生,因为这对于他们未来行医是大有益处的。

对3800名中小学教师和200名校长进行问卷施测,考察校长工作角色五个方面的相互关系,并在此基础上对校长领导行为进行聚类分析,得到四个类型。四种类型校长所在学校的组织气氛和学校效能感均有显著差异。     

Aiming at Happiness: How Motivation Affects Attention to and Memory for Emotional Images

Socioemotional Selectivity Theory (Carstensen, L. L., Isaacowitz, D. M., & Charles, S. T. (1999). American Psychologist, 54, 155–181) posits that older adults, and anyone else who perceives their time as limited, show a motivational shift toward emotion regulation which causes them to exhibit a positivity bias and negativity avoidance in attention and memory. We tested whether such a motivational shift can indeed cause changes in emotional processing by manipulating motivation in a sample of young adults. After the manipulation, participants looked at real-world images while their eye movements were tracked. It was found that participants motivated to regulate emotion attended less to negative than positive images and showed less looking time to all stimulus types compared to the other two conditions. No evidence was found linking the motivational manipulation to emotional memory.

美国学者罗德尼．斯达克教授和罗杰尔．芬克教授以经济学中的“理性人假设”为逻辑起点，从微观的个体宗教行为拓展到中观的宗教组织动力乃至宏观的宗教大市场．详细系统地提出了宗教经济研究范式。宗教经济研究范式批判了传统关于宗教非理性选择的认知．认为宗教行为是建立在回报与代价权衡基础之上的理性选择。宗教经济研究范式带有强烈的人类中心主义色彩，其主张用经济学理性假设来衡量、判断宗教理性的观点值得我们深入探讨。     

《侵权责任法》视域中患者知情不同意的法律思考

患者知情同意原则本质地内涵着患者知情不同意的权利,医方对患者知情不同意更应谨慎处理.针对患者知情不同意的不同类型,在实践中适用《侵权责任法》时应当注意替代同意的效力问题,明确医方告知的信息范围和告知方式,并在患者拒绝治疗后谨慎处理医生干涉权和患者自主权之间的关系.
