Introduction to the Special Theme on Analytic Philosophy

Since the last decades of the 20th century,analytic philosophy has been undermined by many philosophers in many ways.Some have claimed that analytic philosophy effectively ended with Quine's attack on empiricist dogmas,moving in an alternative direction.Others have insisted that it endures,taking a specific approach to philosophical problems inspired by prior speculation.Still others have criticized it based on recent developments in such fields as neuroscience and computer science.Clearly,the present status and the nature of analytic philosophy has been disputed.Several international conferences have recently been held in China to reflect upon,and respond to,these controversies.     

江西省新型农村合作医疗试点工作实行项目管理的实践

江西通过贵溪市、余江县5%农村人口医疗消费调查和7个试点县的基线调查,分别制定了省和试点县新型农村合作医疗试点工作的项目管理方案;并在强化政府责任,建立合作医疗管理体制,提高卫生院服务能力,实行合作医疗费用公示制度,加强信息交流,及时出台指导性、纠偏性政策等进行方面了实践,取得了试点工作进展顺利,农民受益和满意.建议加强基金的管理,加大对农村卫生的投入,增加筹资总量,尽早启动医疗救助资金.     

天使之吻还是魔鬼之恋--对"医学整形美容热"的哲学困惑和价值存疑

当代医学罔顾主体深层危机和机制缺损,正危险地迎合着"造美风潮",从而使整形美容医学不断走向极端化,很值得理论医学界及时反思.医学应当履行"解社会之痛"之使命,而不能满足于"搔社会之瘁"."人工美女"的横空出世,是商业化炒作和恶俗化的医疗技术相结合的"尤物",是对医学核心价值体系的恣肆扭曲和嘲弄,更会引起哲学上的困惑和招致重大医学问题.     

异基因造血干细胞移植中的哲学思考

异基因造血干细胞移植(Allo-HSCT)是目前治疗恶性血液病及其它疾病的主要手段之一,它具有自然科学的一般规律,也有其独特性,其中闪烁着哲学智慧的光辉,用哲学的思想来指导工作的进行,能促进Allo-HSCT的不断发展和取得更好的疗效.     

Adult credibility assessments of misinformed,deceptive and truthful children

This study compared how adults assess the credibility of children who either: (1) experienced a misleading suggestive interview, (2) were coached to lie or (3) experienced a non‐misleading interview. Preschool children (N = 24) were interviewed about a game they had played. One third of them spontaneously reported the truth, one third lied in response to coaching and one third spontaneously reported misinformation from a prior misleading suggestive interview. One hundred and twenty‐nine college students watched videotaped interviews of these children describing their alleged play activities and assessed their credibility. Children who had experienced misleading suggestive questioning were rated as less credible than those who were telling the truth and those who were lying. Adults could accurately detect truth‐telling children above chance, whereas accuracy was below chance detecting both lying children and children who had been misinformed. 维生素D在危重病治疗中的价值

近年来随着研究的深入,发现维生素D除了调节钙磷代谢外,对先天性免疫、适应性免疫亦具有调节作用,其不仅能降低重症加强治疗病房(ICU)内多器官衰竭的病死率,还能预测疾病的严重程度及预后,在危重患者中具有广阔的应用前景,可作为ICU的一种辅助治疗手段.     

ICU临终患者治疗抉择的伦理问题

医生面对ICU临终患者很难抉择是应该积极治疗到底还是提供舒适的保守治疗,目前相关的伦理及法律问题仍尚需完善,伦理指导是一项解决纠纷、政善沟通有效的工具,成立伦理委员会对医生进行合理的建议和指导是非常必要的。     

"荷兰假说"带给我们的启示--对哮喘和COPD认识的争论

1961年,Orie教授提出荷兰理论,认为哮喘与慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）为同一病种而具有不同表现。而当前理论认为二者为独立疾病而有相似表现。争议持续至今已整整50年。哮喘与COPD的重叠现象一直让临床医生感到困惑,并带来临床的一些实际问题。我们期待更多的研究以及将来的指南给予更明确的阐述。     

《周易》晋卦“鼫鼠”新证

联绵词由两个音节连缀成义,以音表义,所以从字形上往往不能得到准确的意义信息.《晋》卦中“鼫鼠”是联绵词,表示迟疑不决之貌.通过转语系联,发现“鼫鼠”与“首鼠”、“犹豫”、“蹢躅”等是同一个词的不同书写形式.然后,比较《晋》卦中的类同句,回归语境,证明“鼫鼠”训作“迟疑不决之貌”是合理的.
