There have previously been only few objective investigations on the combined occurrence of intellectual disability and personality disorder. Despite this difficulty, from the current clinical viewpoint there is no doubt that at least people with mild intellectual disability can also develop personality disorders. In slight degrees of intellectual disability it is possible to psychopathologically describe the typical symptoms objectively. For the disorder symptomatic of combined personality disorder in people with an intellectual disability, there are no confirmed facts, publications or diagnostic rules. The diagnostic assignment of behavioral abnormalites as combined personality disorder with dependent and infantile components in people with intellectual diasabilities still does not seem to be justified. In people with medium to severe mental disorders only the comprehensive term “behavioral abnormalities” should be applied. 相似文献

In 2007 the legal reform concerning the supervision of conduct established forensic aftercare as mandatory for patients released from forensic commitment hospitals and offenders released from penitentiaries. Therefore, in the past 10 years forensic outpatient departments have evolved all over Germany in a state-specific manner according to the legal mandate of treating and managing released offenders. Some of these outpatient departments were newly founded and some were long established units for treating and managing offenders that expanded their services for offenders under supervision of conduct. During the past years these heterogeneous outpatient departments have formed a federal network targeting professional exchange, commonalities, discrepancies and distinct characteristics in realizing the legal mandate. Following the debate on minimum requirements in forensic psychiatric aftercare departments of forensic commitment hospitals in 2014, this federal network developed quality criteria. Despite diverse state and trusteeship-specific conditions, these quality criteria emphasize common content and formal factors for a successful forensic outpatient treatment. This article presents the result of a discussion process along with the agreed quality criteria in the categories of the quality of structure, process and results. 相似文献

Attracting high‐quality applicants is a crucial activity for the success of an organization. In today's globalized world, multinational enterprises need to attract talent not only in the domestic market but also in overseas markets. This exploratory study introduces the country of origin image framework from marketing literature to the context of recruitment in order to examine why foreign companies are (not) attractive to local job seekers, exemplified by the case of Japanese and US companies in Vietnam. Survey results of more than 300 participants confirmed the robustness of our postulated framework. Symbolic images such as the technological development and images of people of a country predicted the attractiveness of foreign companies above and beyond instrumental images of job characteristics. Detailed explanations and practical implications are provided. 相似文献
