工作-家庭支持的结构与测量及其调节作用

在深度访谈和开放式问卷调查的基础上, 编制了工作-家庭支持问卷。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果表明, 中国文化背景下的工作-家庭支持由组织支持、领导支持、情感支持和工具性支持四个维度构成。问卷的信效度指标良好。无约束结构方程模型分析结果表明, 工作-家庭支持能够有效调节工作-家庭冲突与离职意向的关系。     

组织公正和职位对进谏行为的影响

本实验目的在于验证组织是否公正、职位的高低对进谏行为的影响.选取158名大学生为被试,采用2×2完全随机设计,以情境故事法呈现刺激,研究了组织公正与否、职位的高低对进谏行为的影响.结果表明,组织氛围(公正/不公正)的主效应显著,职位的主效应不显著,组织氛围与职位的交互作用显著,具体表现为:低职位的在组织氛围不同情况下,进谏行为差异显著;而在组织不公正的氛围下,职位不同其进竦行为差异显著.     

A National Survey of Social Justice Engagement Among Professional Counselors

This exploratory survey examined the relationship between 169 professional counselors’ social justice engagement and demographic, personality, and contextual factors. A hierarchical regression analysis indicated that counselors’ sexual orientation, trait extraversion, and postgraduate training predicted their level of engagement in social justice behaviors. The authors recommend that counselor training in social justice be focused on quality, rather than quantity, and that personality and identity characteristics of individuals be incorporated into pedagogical practices.     

Gender-Based Measurement Invariance of the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents

The aim of this study was to evaluate the measurement invariance of the Chinese version of the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents (ERQ-CA; Gullone and Taffe (Psychological Assessment, 24(2), 409–417, 2011)) across gender. A total of 1388 Chinese adolescents (48.1% males), ranging in age from 11 to 16 years (M = 12.9, SD = 1.09) were recruited from four Chinese middle schools and completed the ERQ-CA. The Cronbach’s α values, omega coefficients, and item-total correlations for the two subscales of the ERQ-CA indicated adequate internal consistency reliability. The results of confirmatory factor analysis and multi-group confirmatory factor analysis revealed that all configural, metric, scalar, and partial strict invariance models provided acceptable fit to the data. The result of latent means analysis demonstrated statistically non-significant differences between boys and girls. In conclusion, these findings suggest that the ERQ-CA displays appropriate measurement invariance across gender for Chinese youth of ages 11 to 16.

全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)是各种原因刺激机体产生失控的全身性炎症反应的统称,严重者可致多器官功能障碍综合征。迷走神经及其递质乙酰胆碱所构成的胆碱能抗炎通路可以有效抑制局部和全身炎症反应。本文将从胆碱能抗炎通路的作用特点分析激活胆碱能抗炎通路对全身炎症反应综合征的潜在治疗前景。     

试论"真矛盾"及次协调逻辑的哲学价值

二十世纪后期以来,再也没有哪一种逻辑像次协调逻辑那样,在取得丰富研究成果的同时,也领略到了极为尖锐的批判,仿佛其本身就是一种意味深长的“矛盾”。依照次协调逻辑“真矛盾”的观点所构建的次协调逻辑系统,夷非所思地试图要容纳我们所认知的悖论、辩证矛盾、甚至逻辑矛盾。次协调逻辑试图要和悖论永久共存,但我们可以为了暂时的搁置这种矛盾,发展某理论的其他方面而接受这种逻辑技术。次协调逻辑在反映人脑的容错机制上具有重要的描述功能,这对提高计算机的智能化具有十分重要的实践意义。     

Collective‐efficacy as a mediator of the relationship of leaders' personality traits and team performance: A cross‐level analysis

The relationship between a leader's personality and his team's performance has been established in organisational research, but the underlying process and mechanism responsible for this effect have not been fully explored. Both the traditional multiple linear regression and the multilevel structural equation model approaches were used in this study to test a proposed mediating model of subordinates' perception of collective efficacy between leader personality and team performance. The results show that the team leader's extraversion and conscientiousness personality traits were related positively to both the team‐average (individual) perception of collective efficacy and team performance, and the collective efficacy mediated the relationship of the leader's personality traits and team performance. This study also discusses how Chinese cultural elements play a role in such a mediating model.

金钱刺激和决策者角色对个体道德决策的影响——基于过程分离范式

以大学生为被试,采用3（金钱刺激：无金钱刺激、金钱奖励、金钱惩罚）×2（决策者角色：决策者、旁观者）的被试间实验设计,利用过程分离范式分别计算被试道德决策中的功利主义倾向和道义论倾向,从而探讨金钱刺激和决策者角色对个体道德决策的影响。结果发现：（1）无论是决策者还是旁观者,金钱刺激都不会影响其道义论倾向;（2）决策者的道义论倾向大于旁观者;（3）只在有金钱奖励时决策者的功利主义倾向才大于旁观者。     

现代技术与奢侈关系的伦理反思

现代技术的发展带来了奢侈消费重心的转移、奢侈消费权利的再分配和奢侈消费观念的变革,影响着大众的消费伦理意识.应当从技术创新角度审视现代技术与奢侈的关系,辩证地看待奢侈品的生产与消费;同时,要防止消费行为脱离伦理规约,避免奢侈消费带来社会分配的不公正和对自然环境的损害.
