消防武警新兵适应不良影响因素的中介效应模型

采用军人适应不良量表、核心自我评价量表、自我韧性量表、亲子关系问卷和军营联结问卷对435名消防武警新兵进行调查,考察了消防武警新兵适应不良的影响因素及其内在机制。结果发现：1）核心自我评价、韧性、亲子关系和军营联结与适应不良均显著负相关。2）韧性在核心自我评价与适应不良关系间起着部分中介作用,军营联结在核心自我评价、亲子关系与适应不良关系间起着部分中介作用。     

A twin study of spatial and non-spatial delayed response performance in middle age

Delayed alternation and object alternation are classic spatial and non-spatial delayed response tasks. We tested 632 middle-aged male veteran twins on variants of these tasks in order to compare test difficulty, measure their inter-correlation, test order effects, and estimate heritabilities (proportion of observed variance due to genetic influences). Non-spatial alternation (NSA), which may involve greater reliance on processing of subgoals, was significantly more difficult than spatial alternation (SA). Despite their similarities, NSA and SA scores were uncorrelated. NSA performance was worse when administered second; there was no SA order effect. NSA scores were modestly heritable (h(2)=.25; 26); SA was not. There was shared genetic variance between NSA scores and general intellectual ability (r(g)=.55; .67), but this also suggests genetic influences specific to NSA. Compared with findings from small, selected control samples, high "failure" rates in this community-based sample raise concerns about interpretation of brain dysfunction in elderly or patient samples.     

窗口大小、呈现速度和字号对引导式文本阅读的影响

使用EyeLink2000眼动仪,以30名大学生为被试,采用3（窗口大小：5字、10、15字）×2（呈现速度：300字/分、600字/分）×3（字号：24号、36号、48号）多因素混合设计,考察了窗口大小、呈现速度和字号对引导式文本阅读的影响。结果表明：（1）字号的主效应显著,字号越大,越有利于阅读;（2）呈现速度的主效应显著,慢速更有利于阅读;（3）呈现速度和字号的交互作用显著,慢速和中号、慢速和大号更有利于阅读。     

Consciousness of Social Face: the development and validation of a scale measuring desire to gain face versus fear of losing face

This article describes the development and validation of a scale that measures two distinct needs for individuals to manage their social "face". Scale development process resulted in an 11-item Consciousness of Social Face (CSF) scale made up of the following two correlated dimensions: desire to gain face and fear of losing face. The two-factor correlated structure of CSF scale was stable across multiple samples of both students and non-students subjects. The construct validity of CSF scale, including convergent validity, discriminant validity, and criterion-related validity was also demonstrated by examining relationships with other personality or demographical variables.     

心理健康素质测评系统·中国成年人一般自我概念量表的编制

旨在编制适合中国成年人的一般自我概念测量工具。通过理论分析,建构了一般自我概念的四个维度,包括积极性、清晰性、悦纳性和调节性,并据此编制了中国成年人一般自我概念量表。分别选取北京地区450名和400名大学生进行预试和正式测试：验证性因素分析表明,建构的一般自我概念四维测量模型结构合理,拟合良好;项目及信效度分析表明,量表各项目区分度良好,信、效度符合心理测量学要求。因此,该量表可作为成年人一般自我概念和自我心理健康素质的测量工具。     

企业网络的治理机制研究——基于非正式制度的视角

企业网络的治理机制是保证网络间企业有序运作的前提。和科层组织的治理机制不同,企业网络的治理主要是靠非正式机制,即所谓的网络机制。本文从关系性嵌入、专用性投资以及联合制裁三个方面对此问题进行了阐释。本文的结论是,企业网络中特有的治理机制是导致企业网络竞争优势的一个重要原因。     

论邓小平稳定周边的战略思想与中国的亚太战略

党的十一届三中全会以后,邓小平一方面继承了毛泽东,周恩来等党的第一代领导集体的睦邻外交思想,另一方面又根据国际形势与时代主题的变化和我国周边安全环境新特点,提出了稳定周边的战略思想。邓小平稳定周边的战略思想的主要内容是:睦邻友好、争取良好的周边环境是我国现代化建设的迫切需要;中印两国没有根本的利害冲突,双方合作的前景十分广阔;不管苏联怎么变化,我们都要同它从容地发展关系;中日两国要永远友好下去,这是中国的长期国策;以“搁置主权,共同开发”解决领土争端,促进中国与周边邻国的友好合作关系;以“一国两制”解决历史遗留问题,维护地区和平。在邓小平稳定周边的战略思想的指导下,中国积极推行成功的亚太战略,取得了丰硕成果,从而为我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设创造了良好的周边外部环境。     

Retracted: Effects of cartoon violence on aggressive thoughts and aggressive behaviors

This article reports on an experiment designed to test whether the cartoon manipulation leads to significant increases in aggressive thoughts and aggressive behaviors among Chinese children (n = 3,000). Results indicated that brief exposure to a violent cartoon triggered higher aggressive thoughts and aggressive behaviors than a nonviolent cartoon. Females displayed higher aggressive thoughts and aggressive behaviors than males in a nonviolent cartoon condition, while males displayed higher aggressive behaviors than females in a violent cartoon condition. Mediation analysis suggested that the effect on aggressive behaviors was mediated by aggressive thoughts. The findings imply that cartoon developers, parents, and teachers should develop cartoons that inhibit children's aggressive thoughts to avoid aggressive behaviors. Females are the key group for the prevention and intervention of aggression in a nonviolent cartoon context, while males are the key group for the prevention and intervention of aggression in a violent cartoon context.
