癌症控制,防大于治--从《中国癌症预防与控制规划纲要(2004-2010)》谈起

世界卫生组织在20世纪80年代初,提出了癌症三级预防的概念,2004年中国卫生部门也制定了<中国癌症预防与控制规划纲要(2004-2010)>,提出把癌医学研究的重点从治疗转向预防.通过多种形式的癌症科普宣教,提高全民和全社会对癌症防治工作的认识,让科学防治观念真正为公众普便知晓,这是目前条件下减少癌症发病率,提高早诊率的重要措施.     

"齐风"与"齐气"--万历朝山东诗坛

晚明万历朝诗坛上,公安、竟陵风靡天下,笼盖一时,齐鲁诗坛却独树一帜,不为所动。齐鲁文人的审美取向总体上呈现出鲜明的地域文化特征,厌弃公安、竟陵,传扬历下诗脉,倡导浑厚雅正。万历前期,于慎行、公鼐、冯琦诸公立足齐鲁文化,标举“齐风”,倡言革新,“齐风”的内涵有雄浑大雅、自我树立、真情为宗、自然化工等;万历后期,王象春、公等人主张重开诗界,不袭陈言,诗风纵横放驰,“齐气”奔轶。     

国有企业与民营企业员工工作价值观的比较研究

采用修订后的工作价值观调查表对我国大陆6省市的257名国有企业员工和219名民营企业员工进行了调查。结果表明,国有企业员工的工作价值观在舒适与安全维度上显著高于民营企业员工;在能力与成长维度上显著低于民营企业员工;在地位与独立维度上二者差异不显著。     

Using eye-tracking to study audio-visual perceptual integration

Perceptual integration of audio-visual stimuli is fundamental to our everyday conscious experience. Eye-movement analysis may be a suitable tool for studying such integration, since eye movements respond to auditory as well as visual input. Previous studies have shown that additional auditory cues in visual-search tasks can guide eye movements more efficiently and reduce their latency. However, these auditory cues were task-relevant since they indicated the target position and onset time. Therefore, the observed effects may have been due to subjects using the cues as additional information to maximize their performance, without perceptually integrating them with the visual displays. Here, we combine a visual-tracking task with a continuous, task-irrelevant sound from a stationary source to demonstrate that audio-visual perceptual integration affects low-level oculomotor mechanisms. Auditory stimuli of constant, increasing, or decreasing pitch were presented. All sound categories induced more smooth-pursuit eye movement than silence, with the greatest effect occurring with stimuli of increasing pitch. A possible explanation is that integration of the visual scene with continuous sound creates the perception of continuous visual motion. Increasing pitch may amplify this effect through its common association with accelerating motion.     

应征公民心理选拔的人格评估

应征公民人格评估的目的是对精神分裂症病前人格特征进行预测性评价。采取定性与定量两种研究方法编制征兵专用人格问卷,并对其进行指标验证。结果发现：①量表应答得分区间可较好地区分正常新兵与精神分裂症被试;②二阶因子分析将人格分量表部分划分为3个维度8个因子;③精神分裂症患者人格分量表分数各指标均显著高于正常新兵;④总预测符合率和预测合格符合率均在98%以上,预测淘汰符合率最低为70.13%。上述结果表明,本研究编制的中国士兵人格问卷（CSPQ）具有良好的信度和效度,适用于我国应征公民心理检测以及我军士兵的人格测试     

张景岳医哲思想的理学渊源

宋明时期是医学基础理论哲学化的重要时期,张景岳的思想受理学影响颇深,是这一时期儒医的典型代表。张景岳运用理学思想重新诠释《黄帝内经》,融合与吸收了周敦颐的太极说、张载的太虚即气论及天人一体论和朱熹等理学家的思想,形成和发展了气一元论、阳不足论和水火命门说等思想体系,使中医理论体系更加完备。     

Antecedents and Outcomes of Perceived Locus of Causality: An Application of Self-Determination Theory

We extended self-determination theory by examining personality antecedents and self-regulatory consequences of perceived locus of causality (PLOC), which is the extent to which individuals perceive their actions as caused by internal or external reasons. We theorized that personality would influence PLOC and that individuals with internal PLOC would engage in more self-regulatory activities, which would in turn predict performance and enjoyment. We used structural equation modeling with data collected from 260 students at 4 time points to test our hypotheses. The model fit the data well. Although personality had direct effects on the self-regulatory activities of effort and meta-cognitive strategies, in addition to the indirect effects via PLOC, tests confirmed that including the indirect effects produced the best-fitting model.     

Reliability and validity of Job Content Questionnaire in Chinese petrochemical employees

To evaluate psychometric properties the Chinese (mainland) version of the 30-item Job Content Questionnaire was administered to 889 employees in 4 industries of PetroChina. A retest at 3 months with 296 randomly chosen employees showed reliabilities ranged from .76 to .93. Cronbach coefficients alpha for the 8 dimensions ranged from .43 to .88, indicating that the Job Insecurity subscale had low internal consistency. Exploratory factor analysis showed 8 meaningful factors corresponding to the 8 theoretical dimensions of this questionnaire. This version has variable a but suitable retest to be a reliable and valid measure of job strain, applicable to the Chinese industrial working population of PetroChina.     

癌蛋白促凋亡现象引发的思考

肿瘤生物学中一个矛盾现象是:曾经被认为促进肿瘤生长增殖的癌蛋白,现在发现它可以引起肿瘤细胞自杀。自杀行为由癌蛋白促凋亡介导完成,MYC是其中的典型代表,癌蛋白的这种行为可能对肿瘤的发生发展具有重大意义,目前通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡治疗癌症是否完全合理,有待临床实践的进一步验证,今后的抗癌治疗应该辩证合理地看待肿瘤细胞凋亡。
