采用问卷调查的方法,对小学到高中阶段学生的自我调节学习能力进行纵向研究。对每个年龄阶段学生的自我调节学习过程进行了模型匹配。发现在四个模式中:(1)模式二比较适合小学生的自我调节学习能力发展模式,模式一和模式四比较适合初中年级学生的自我调节学习能力发展模式,模式四拟合程度最佳。模式四适合高中生。(2)初中阶段,是学生自我调节学习发展较为迅速和逐渐成熟的重要时期。(3)对于高年级学生的自我调节学习模式主要以元认知为调节变量,随着年龄的增加,元认知能力也逐渐发展。  相似文献

A phase transformation in γ-TiAl intermetallic alloy was found to be induced with 50keV Xe-ion irradiation-implantation at doses larger than 2.2 x 1018 ions m-2 at room temperature. The structure and the chemical composition of the induced phase were investigated with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The zones of the induced phase have sizes up to about several tens of nanometres. The phase has a hexagonal structure with a = 0.286 nm and c = 0.462nm. The crystallographic orientation relationship between the phase (P) and the gamma-TiAl matrix is (001)P//(111)γ and \[100]P//[011]γ. The \[Al]/[Ti] atomic composition ratio in the phase is analysed to be 56/44, slightly different from that of the matrix, 51/49. These results suggest that the induced phase is an Al solid solution of α-Ti alloy phase, which has different structural parameters and chemical composition from those of the reported phase. It is suggested that the size of the ions is important in the phase transformation.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline deformed layers were generated in cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) single crystals by nanogrinding using three different grit sizes. The mechanical properties of the deformed layers were measured using nanoindentation. The hardness of the deformed nanocrystalline layers in the soft-brittle CZT semiconductor was higher than that of the perfect single crystal. This result is different from those found for deformed layers of hard-brittle silicon semiconductors, where the hardness of the deformed layers is lower than those of the perfect single crystal.  相似文献

Abstract :  She has been described as weak, beautiful but brainless, and "the scab undermining the impact of a striking worker's sacrifice." This article engages such opinions, but takes a different view of the character of Esther. It is a narrative critical reading that is nuanced with 'realistic empathy', from the perspective of someone whose life story has much in common with Esther's tale. Given away as a child by my biological parents in a society that preferred boys, like Esther, I was adopted by a single parent and raised in a strongly patriarchal society. I am now an Asian immigrant in New Zealand, a predominantly Western society, while Esther was a diasporic Jew in Persia. 1  相似文献

The study was planned to evaluate the effect of loss of hearing and vision on balance and gait in 60 children, 20 of whom had hearing loss (M age = 9.3 yr., SD = 0.9), 20 who were visually impaired (M age = 12.2 yr., SD = 2.5), and 20 controls with no disability (M age = 9.4 yr., SD = 0.6). Standing Balance subtests of the Southern California Sensory Integration Tests were used. Gait analysis was conducted on a powdered surface. When the gait analysis results of the three groups of children were compared, statistically significant differences were noted. Scores for the hearing impaired group were more like those of the control group than those of the visually impaired group. Results show that children with visual impairment had more problems with balance and gait than controls.  相似文献

Structural holes are important network structures that have positive implications for individuals' job performance. Although the emergence of structural holes is closely related to self-monitoring, little is known about how chameleon-like high self-monitors manage to occupy brokerage positions. We posited that leader–member exchange (LMX) quality and network diversity might serve as two important mediating paths through which self-monitoring links to structural holes and sequential job performance. Using structural equation modelling to analyse 10 department networks, we found that high self-monitors were more likely to build high-quality LMX relationships and diversified co-worker networks, which helped to enhance structural holes and job performance. Theoretical contributions and managerial implications are discussed.  相似文献

在目标匹配范式下,使用表示现实生活中的物体和场景关系的手绘黑白图片材料,通过眼动记录法考察了68名知识背景不同的文理科大学生分类加工过程的差异。结果表明,知识背景对大学生分类加工过程有影响,其主要作用于分类加工的首次加工阶段。文科学生在首次加工中对问题区分配的注意多于选项区,而理科学生对问题区和选项区平均分配注意。文科生相对于理科生能够更早的注意到正确选项,在加工中重视对上位概念概括(问题区目标概念)和下位概念与上位概念间(选项区待分类概念和目标概念)的比较,而理科生更加重视同水平概念间的比较。  相似文献
