智顗圆融三谛与休谟问题的另类出路

自从休谟在《人性论》中提出了那个著名的问题之后,事实与价值的关系问题就成为了西方伦理学发展中一条重要的线索。人们是否能从事实中推论出价值判断?如果可能,那么这种过度是如何进行的?亦或价值判断本身就是和事实完全无关的两个独立领域?为了回答这些问题,以研究伦理学本性的元伦理学发展出了诸多解释路径,试图从不同角度对休谟问题及其衍生出的系列问题进行处理。     

王随及其《传灯玉英集》

景德元年,道原上进<景德传灯录>,宋真宗下诏编入大藏,此书成为宋代文人参禅的重要读本.而抄录<传灯录>也成为宋代士大夫参禅的重要方法,<传灯玉英集>正是王随抄录<传灯录>之作.本文详细考察了王随与佛教的关系,王随编集<传灯玉英集>的原则以及<传灯玉英集>的价值.

试论王夫之几个创造性命题——萧萐父先生明清之际启蒙思想研究的启示

明清之际思想家王夫之提出了包含"物质不灭"、"运动守恒"意蕴的"元气不灭论",人类祖先是"植立之兽"的假说,"文化中心多元"及"文化中心转移"的思想,揭示从野蛮到文明的历史进程.以上尚属经验性推断,然其思想锋芒直逼近代.     

The Media and Suicide: Evidence‐Based on Population Data over 9 Years in Taiwan

The relationship between the regional distribution densities of different media and the suicide death rate was explored by analyzing the annual total, male, and female suicide rates and media densities from 23 cities/counties in Taiwan during 1998–2006 by univariate and multivariate regression adjusted for five socioeconomic factors. The regional density of newspapers was significantly inversely related to the total, male, and female suicide rates, while that of television sets was not. The density of in‐home personal computers was significantly positively related to the total and male suicide rates, but not the female suicide rate. The results indicate that media reporting on suicide can be beneficial, instead of harmful, depending on the content.     

研究者由行德而知德——伦理审查的实践路径

伦理审查作为一种实践的研究,其目的是"为善",使研究者的行为符合德性.然而,研究者不是先获得德性再做合德性的事,而是通过做合德性的事而成为有德性的人."研究者行德"在伦理审查为善目的中具有基础性地位,"研究者知德"是伦理审查为善目的的理想目标,伦理审查为善目的的实践路径是"研究者由行德而知德".     

Leader-Follower Congruence in Need for Achievement and Work Outcomes: The Mediating Role of Leader-Member Exchange

While several studies have investigated the effect of employees’ need for achievement on their work-related outcomes, how leader-follower congruence in need for achievement is related to critical workplace outcomes remains underexplored. Integrating person-environment theory and similarity-attraction theory, this study investigated the influences of leader-follower congruence in need for achievement on followers’ job performance and job well-being through the mediating effect of leader-member exchange (LMX). Using cross-level polynomial regression and response surface analysis to analyze the data from 391 leaders and 1,124 followers, we found that leader-follower congruence in need for achievement had a positive effect on followers’ job performance and job well-being though the mediating role of LMX. The theoretical and managerial implications are further discussed.
