项目组合在结构方程模型中的应用

项目组合（itemparceling）是对同一量表中的若干项目进行整合并形成新的观测指标的过程。虽然一直以来它都是一个有争议的议题,但随着其在结构方程模型中的应用日益广泛,它越来越受到研究者重视。文章从项目组合的基本逻辑、优缺点以及具体方法等方面对项目组合的研究进行了概括,并在此基础上提出了使用的具体建议：（1）根据研究的目的与具体情境选择是否需要组合;（2）组合之前必须首先确定概念的维度性;（3）项目组合最好建立在一定的理论基础上等等。未来的研究可以深入探讨各种组合方法对模型拟合以及参数估计的影响以及项目组合在一些SEM高阶应用中的效果,并进一步与项目反应理论等测量理论相结合

Retelling the Crusaders’ Defeat in Hungary: Cultural Contact between Jewish and Christian Chroniclers

This essay examines similarities between the Hebrew chronicle of Shlomo bar Shimshon and the Latin chronicle of Albert of Aachen. Both sources describe the massacre of Rhineland Jews during the First Crusade and the subsequent defeat of the Crusaders by the Hungarians and the Bulgarians. On the basis of similarities in structure, content, and language between these two accounts, I argue that Shlomo chose to integrate at least one Christian source into his narrative. At the same time, I assert that it is unlikely that Shlomo’s Hebrew account was translated directly from Albert’s Latin chronicle. I present evidence indicating that the information conveyed in the Latin text reached the Jewish chronicler via vernacular channels, either oral or written.     

情绪智力与工作绩效的关系

大量研究证实, 情绪智力能够正向预测工作绩效, 二者关系会受到中介与调节变量的影响。现有研究存在一些问题和不足, 原因在于不同理论模型的分歧与对立、测验工具存在问题和研究没有深入到维度水平等。未来研究应该致力于理论模型的整合、新的测验工具的编制、中介与调节变量的考察、深入到维度水平考察情绪智力与工作绩效的关系。     

Family climate of routine asthma care: associating perceived burden and mother-child interaction patterns to child well-being

This preliminary report links the literatures on family asthma management practices and on the characteristics of family interaction patterns thought to influence children's adjustment to a chronic physical illness. Specifically, this study of 60 families with a child with asthma examined the extent to which perceived burden of routine asthma care affected child mental health via its influence on parent-child interaction patterns. Mothers completed a measure of asthma management routine burden, mother and child were observed in a 15-minute interaction task, and children completed measures of child anxiety and asthma quality of life (QOL). Perceived routine burden significantly predicted child anxiety and QOL through its effect on mother-child rejection/criticism. The same pattern did not hold for mother intrusiveness/control. The results are discussed in terms of how overall family climate and regulation of routines affects child well-being. Implications for clinical practice and limitations of the study are provided.

我的老家在毛主席诗词“五岭逶迤腾细浪,乌蒙磅礴走泥丸”的那个五岭之一的萌堵岭之南麓,在旧社会,那里山高路远,交通闭塞,直到解放初期还是只有一条砂石土路通到县城,科学进不去,延绵了数千年的封建迷信却在那里繁衍生殖,颇为兴旺。小小的一个山区县城,什么巫婆、道士、神汉和风水先生应有尽有。人们求神拜佛讲风水的风气也很浓。记得,当时有一个陈姓街民,外号叫“活神仙”,三十挂零,尚未娶妻成家立业,又不会做耕田种地的活,因此空闲时间也特别多。每天吃饱饭没事做,便在县城周围的大山小岭、沟沟岔岔间闲逛。真是功夫不负有心人,数年下来,…     

大连市171名中老年人两周患病及用药调查

为了解中老年人群患病和用药情况及其影响因素,在大连市某社区随机抽取171名50岁以上的居民进行问卷调查.结果发现,患病人群中80.6%患的是慢性病,以高血压、其他心血管疾病、糖尿病为主,应当加强中老年人的自我保健意识,真正做到以"预防为主",减少中老年人的发病率,根据处方用药,减少自我用药,并避免不良反应的发生.     

墨西哥医疗保障体系改革及其对我国的借鉴

墨西哥近年的医疗卫生改革取得了巨大的成就.通过简要地描述墨西哥人群健康状况、医疗卫生资源现状、卫生系统绩效以及与中国的比较,分析了墨西哥三轮卫生改革的特点、存在的问题以及面临的挑战,旨在提出墨西哥卫生系统与医疗保障体系改革对我国医疗卫生改革的启示和借鉴.     

城镇职工医疗保险改革面临的问题与对策

我国政府已明确提出城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的改革目标,虽然改革已取得了一些进展,但距改革目标仍有相当差距。采用政治分析方法,分析了目前医改所面临的主要问题与原因,并在借鉴国际医疗保障制度改革启示的基础上,进一步探讨解决问题和推进改革进程的思路。     

情绪对信任的影响:来自元分析的证据

采用元分析方法探讨情绪对信任的影响。通过中英文献检索,共有21篇文章70个独立样本符合元分析标准（N=4745）。其中积极情绪对信任的影响有47个独立样本,消极情绪对信任的影响有23个独立样本。元分析的结果表明,相对于中性情绪,积极情绪对信任起到一定的促进作用,呈中等效应量（d=0.49）;消极情绪对信任起到一定的抑制作用,呈较小效应量（d=-0.23）。调节效应检验发现,情绪的诱发方式、信任对象熟悉性以及信任测量方式的调节作用均不显著。
