对伦理学历史演变轨迹的一种概述(上)

最早产生的伦理学理论主要是目的论的.超验目的论、幸福论、快乐主义是它的重要形式.效用主义是快乐主义的一种较晚近的形式.德性伦理学也是最早产生的一种目的论伦理学.中国儒家学说在其核心处是一种德性的伦理学.在斯多亚学派的学说中,德性与至善概念疏离后成为目的本身.在西方,德性伦理学又由于它具有的不同特点被称为完善论或自我实现论.从德性伦理学中逐步分离出独立的正当概念.康德在许多方面来说是从德性伦理学到义务论伦理学的联系环节.在义务论伦理学中正当(应当)成为核心的概念.在义务论伦理学中,基于对正当的不同解说,形成责任论与权利论两脉.康德学说是责任论的杰出典范.在权利论中,首先形成作为其古代先声的回应的近现代契约论伦理学.从这种传统中新近发展出程序论的伦理学.     

中小学生心理健康服务体系模式的构建

我国中小学生心理健康服务虽取得了较大的发展,但还存在地区发展不平衡、实施条件较差、形式主义倾向严重等诸多问题.为加强我国中小学生心理健康服务体系建设,文章提出了中小学生心理健康服务体系建设的理论模型,具体包括促进学生心理健康水平的心理健康教育体系、矫正学生心理健康问题的心理咨询服务体系、预防突发事件治疗学生心理疾病的心理疾病治疗与危机干预体系等三个子系统,以建立一个符合我国中小学实际的学生心理健康服务体系.

工作记忆容量对显、隐性反馈的调节机制研究

本研究选择汉语量词为目标语结构,考察工作记忆容量对显、隐性两类反馈不同的调节机制。105名来自加拿大多伦多地区母语为英语的中学生被随机分为显性修正组、隐性重铸组和控制组,工作记忆容量采用听力跨度测试测量,显、隐性反馈的效果通过语法判断测试与引导性模仿测试分别进行评估。研究结果表明:(1)工作记忆容量有效调节了显性反馈,但对隐性反馈的调节作用不明显;(2)受试的工作记忆容量越高,对显性反馈的调节作用就越明显。

从《三宝垄华人编年史》看伊斯兰教在印尼的早期传播

《三宝垄华人编年史》原稿出自印尼爪哇三宝垄(Semarang)、塔兰(Talang)、井里汶(Cheribon)三地华人庙宇所珍藏的档案,实际上就是记载15-16世纪当地华人社会的档案。本文根据《三宝垄华人编年史》有关华人穆斯林活动的记载,并结合中外史籍的相关资料,对早期华人穆斯林在印尼伊斯兰教传播中的重要作用作一粗浅的探索,从一个新的视角来考察印尼早期华侨华人的历史,论述华侨华人对印尼历史和文化发展所作出的贡献。     

Doing the right thing without being told: joint effects of initiative climate and general self-efficacy on employee proactive customer service performance

We developed and tested a cross-level model of the antecedents and outcomes of proactive customer service performance. Results from a field study of 900 frontline service employees and their supervisors in 74 establishments of a multinational hotel chain located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia demonstrated measurement equivalence and suggested that, after controlling for service climate, initiative climate at the establishment level and general self-efficacy at the individual level predicted employee proactive customer service performance and interacted in a synergistic way. Results also showed that at the establishment level, controlling for service climate and collective general service performance, initiative climate was positively and indirectly associated with customer service satisfaction through the mediation of aggregated proactive customer service performance. We discuss important theoretical and practical implications of these findings.     

Chinese Christians in America: Attachment to God,Stress, and Well‐Being

This study examined whether attachment to God moderated the relation between perceived stress and well‐being (i.e., life satisfaction and positive affect) among 183 Chinese Christian international students and immigrants. Results showed significant main effects of (a) perceived stress on life satisfaction and (b) secure attachment to God and avoidant attachment to God on life satisfaction and positive affect. There was a significant interaction of perceived stress and avoidant attachment to God on life satisfaction. Specifically, high avoidant attachment to God exacerbated the association between perceived stress and life satisfaction, whereas low avoidant attachment to God buffered the association between perceived stress and life satisfaction.     

Imagining ‘human Bodhisattva’ via televisual discourse: media platform of the Tzu-Chi organisation

Seeing the limitation of the thesis of ‘mediatisation of religion’ (Hjarvard 2008; 2011), I would like to present a case study of Buddhist organisational usage of televisual discourse in Taiwan in this article. The example of one of the most watched prime-time docudramas—Da-Ai Drama (produced by an iconic Taiwanese Buddhist organisation, Tzu-Chi)—challenges the limited scope of ‘mediatisation of religion’ and encourages a critical review of the terms ‘religions’ and ‘secularisation’. The article also explicates the way in which Tzu-Chi utilizes multimedia approach to transfer the ideal of celestial Bodhisattva into a discourse of ‘human Bodhisattva’, which encourages the laity to participate in Tzu-Chi's voluntary programmes. A sect of acting philosophy is reinforced through multimedia approach and a wide range of voluntary programmes in the organisation.
