抑郁患者的注意偏向是抑郁认知研究中的重要问题。该文从研究范式、注意偏向特点及理论解释等方面进行了探讨,在研究范式上有Stroop范式、点探测任务和线索–靶子范式等,在抑郁患者注意偏向的特点上有对象为临床患者、需要阈上刺激、刺激内容针对抑郁患者和刺激强度不能太弱等,在理论解释上有注意成分、注意聚焦变窄、认知负荷和唤醒水平等,并对将来的研究方向进行了探讨     

应激对记忆影响的脑科学研究及其教育启示

大量脑科学的研究揭示,应激对与海马相关的陈述性记忆的调节主要通过应激激素,尤其是糖皮质激素的分泌而发生作用,而影响的方向取决于一些调节变量,包括糖皮质激素升高的水平以及记忆的不同阶段等。研究发现基底外侧杏仁核是糖皮质激素对记忆不同阶段产生差异性影响的关键部位。因此,在教育过程中,既要科学地认识应激对记忆的消极影响,又要有效利用应激对记忆产生的调节作用,来提高学生的学习效率。     

医学人文素质教育与小班化教学

中国医学人文教育正处于起步、探索阶段,课堂教学是主要渠道和途径,而目前各校的医学人文教育采取的大班课教学方式影响了教学效果.从医学人文教育的理念和教育规律出发,并借鉴他国的经验,小班化教学应是落实人文教育的实效性一个中心环节.     

不同抑郁状态个体对情绪面孔的评价研究

目的:为探讨不同抑郁状态个体对情绪面孔的效价评价情况。方法:以BDI、SDS、CCMD-3和汉密顿抑郁量表为工具筛选出42名正常对照组、54名抑郁情绪组、17名抑郁康复组和24名抑郁患者组成员,所有被试完成情绪面孔的效价评价任务。结果:发现抑郁患者组和抑郁情绪组对高兴面孔的评价分数显著低于其他两组(F=7.427,p=0.000);抑郁患者组和抑郁康复组对悲伤面孔的评价分数显著低于其他两组(F=4.956,p=0.003);抑郁患者组和抑郁康复组在情绪评价任务中对高兴和中性面孔的反应时显著长于其他两组(F=13.735,p=0.000;F=18.008,p=0.000),对悲伤面孔的反应时与其他两组无显著差异(p>0.05),抑郁患者组对中性面孔的反应时显著长于悲伤面孔(F=4.240,p=0.018)。结论:抑郁个体对正性刺激存在感知缺陷,对负性刺激存在夸大加工倾向和加工易化效应,其中前者是抑郁的状态特征,后两者是抑郁的特质特征。     

马克思与历史唯物主义的修辞问题

历史唯物主义的修辞研究,不在于思考文饰性的或表演性的修辞要素,而在于思考行事性的修辞要素。这种要素在于教人、娱人并感人,从而诱发行动,包括历史性的行动。以肇始于亚里士多德的修辞学三要素"人格(作者)-道理(文本)-情感(受众)"为参照,历史唯物主义的修辞问题根本在于马克思太过强调道理这一要素,把人格和受众困于这一要素中,以致需要从历史唯物主义的写作(解释世界)向历史唯物主义的行动(改变世界)转化的时刻,马克思之后的马克思主义者们不得不寻求修辞上的转换,以激发现实的社会运动。在这个意义上,后续的马克思主义(运动)势必发生——实际上根本无法避免——难以规范的各种"变异"。     

Tension-compression-tension tertiary twins in coarse-grained polycrystalline pure magnesium at room temperature

Using electron backscatter diffraction, the microstructural features of tension–compression–tension (T–C–T) tertiary twins are studied in coarse-grained pure polycrystalline magnesium subjected to monotonic compression along the extrusion direction in ambient air. T–C–T tertiary twins are developed due to the formation of a compression–tension double twin inside a primary tension twin. All the observed T–C–T twin variants are of T_iC_jT_j type. T_iC_i+1T_i+1 (or T_iC_i?1T_i?1) variants are observed more frequently than T_iC_i+2T_i+2 (or T_iC_i?2T_i?2) variants. The number of tertiary twin lamellae increases with the applied compressive strain.     

Suicidal ideation among rural immigrant daughters-in-law with multi-roles as females,farmers and immigrants in China

Suicide is a major public health issue in China, and suicidal ideation is an important step in the suicidal process. The purpose of this study was to understand the prevalence and correlates of suicidal ideation among rural immigrant daughters-in-law with multi-role of female, farmer and immigrant in China. A total of 939 participants including 474 local daughters-in-law and 465 immigrant daughters-in-law were surveyed using the self-rating questionnaire. Demographic characteristics, depression, anxiety, impulsivity and suicidal ideation were assessed. Results indicated that the lifetime prevalence of suicidal ideation among rural immigrant daughters-in-law was 9.68%. Physical disability, domestic violence and negative events demonstrated statistical significance by suicidal ideation (p < .05), and participants with suicidal ideation had higher scores of depression, anxiety and impulsiveness in the univariate analysis. Multivariate logistic regression showed that physical disability (OR = 7.43, 95%CI: 2.84–19.46), domestic violence (OR = 2.65, 95%CI: 1.02–6.88), depression (OR = 1.07, 95%CI: 1.01–1.12), impulsiveness (OR = 1.04, 95%CI: 1.01–1.08) and motor impulsiveness (OR = 1.07, 95%CI: 1.01–1.14) were significantly associated with suicidal ideation. Suicidal ideation is an issue that can’t be ignored among rural immigrant daughters-in-law. And the findings should be considered for the intervention of the suicide among the rural immigrant daughters-in-law.
