道门入山思想略析

道门人士在合药、精思、避乱隐居等情况下,都有可能入山。因而,围绕入山所产生的一系列宗教和日常原则,无不折射出道教某些独特的教理教义。在这些思想当中,主要包含了山不轻入、入则防害、登山择时、居山择地、择地有仪等原则。在这些原则的背后,蕴含了道教信仰的各种理论预设和宗教禁忌,这些预设和禁忌反映了道门对于个体生命的重视、爱惜,以及对大自然的敬畏、尊重和爱护。

Associative, bidirectional changes in neural signaling utilizing NMDA receptor- and endocannabinoid-dependent mechanisms

Persistent, bidirectional changes in synaptic signaling (that is, potentiation and depression of the synapse) can be induced by the precise timing of individual pre- and postsynaptic action potentials. However, far less attention has been paid to the ability of paired trains of action potentials to elicit persistent potentiation or depression. We examined plasticity following the pairing of spike trains in the touch mechanosensory neuron (T cell) and S interneuron (S cell) in the medicinal leech. Long-term potentiation (LTP) of T to S signaling was elicited when the T-cell spike train preceded the S-cell train. An interval 0 to +1 sec between the T- and S-cell spike trains was required to elicit long-term potentiation (LTP), and this potentiation was NMDA receptor (NMDAR)-dependent. Long-term depression (LTD) was elicited when S-cell activity preceded T-cell activity and the interval between the two spike trains was -0.2 sec to -10 sec. This surprisingly broad temporal window involved two distinct cellular mechanisms; an NMDAR-mediated LTD (NMDAR-LTD) when the pairing interval was relatively brief (<-1 sec) and an endocannabinoid-mediated LTD (eCB-LTD) when longer pairing intervals were used (-1 to -10 sec). This eCB-LTD also required activation of a presynaptic transient receptor potential vanilloid (TRPV)-like receptor, presynaptic Ca(2+) release from intracellular stores and activation of voltage-gated Ca(2+) channels (VGCCs). These findings demonstrate that the pairing of spike trains elicits timing-dependent forms of LTP and LTD that are supported by a complex set of cellular mechanisms involving NMDARs and endocannabinoid activation of TRPV-like receptors.     

老年中国人自我记忆效应的研究

本研究用带R／K判断的再认范式考察了60岁和70岁两个年龄段的老年中国人的自我记忆效应,结果发现：老年人的记忆仍表现有自我参照效应,但60岁以上的老年中国被试中没有出现母亲参照加工的优势效应;60岁左右的老年人在自我参照加工、参照母亲加工、参照周恩来加工以及语义加工这四项任务中的再认成绩及R判断值都显著高于70岁的老年人,两组被试在K值上没有显著差异;老年人记忆成绩的下降主要体现在情景记忆中,语义记忆能力相对来说下降速度较慢。     

心理契约:概念、理论模型以及最新发展研究

道家、道教思想的历史转折--简评《隋唐道家与道教》

如所周知,隋唐五代是道家和道教史上一个极其辉煌的时期,出现了成玄英、王玄览、司马承祯、吴筠、张志和、杜光庭等道教学术精英,也产生了<玄珠录>、<道教内枢>、<坐忘论>、<玄真子外篇>、<无能子>、<化书>等一大批道教精典.而且以道家、道教思想嬗变为表征的中国思想史、文化史在唐宋时期的巨大转折是一个值得高度重视的思想史、文化史的研究课题.然而遗憾的是长期以来这一"重新塑造了中国的社会和文化"①的重要历史时期都没有引起思想史家、道教学家的足够重视,近年来道家、道教研究领域一批中青年学人开始了对这一时期道家、道教思想及其历史转变的研究.<隋唐道家与道教>一书应该说是其中较有代表性的成果之一.     

The influence of self-construals on the ERP response to the rewards for self and mother

Individual self-construal (independent vs. interdependent) could be temporarily modulated by the priming effect. Our previous studies have found that when Chinese participants gambled for mother and for self, outcome feedback evoked comparable neural responses between two conditions. However, it remains unclear if the response to rewards for mother and for self would differ after independence self-construal priming. In this study, we manipulated participants’ self-construal (independent vs. interdependent) before a simple gambling task. The event-related potential (ERP) results reveal that when an interdependent self-construal was primed, the participants exhibited a comparable feedback-related negativity (FRN) elicited by outcome feedback for self and for mother. In contrast, independent self-construal priming resulted in a greater FRN elicited by outcome feedback for self than for mother. Meanwhile, the P3 component was insensitive to self-construal manipulation. These findings indicate the modulation effect of self-construal priming on the response to rewards for others.
