死后生殖问题的生命伦理学思考

生物科学和医疗技术的发展使死后生殖成为可能,但是,面对世界不同地域所发生的死后生殖案例,伦理和法律的争议层出不穷。试图从生命伦理学的基本原则入手,以尊重人、行善以及公平原则为基点,结合相关问卷调查结果,探讨争议的焦点及成因,希望可以引发各个层面对相关问题的关注和讨论。     

培养一流医学本科生是医科大学立校之本

尽管医学本科生在毕业时都已接受了必要的本科教育,但许多毕业生仍然无法适应这个快速进步变化的社会,在短时间内成为社会需要的医疗人才.我们必须承认,医学本科教育中尚有许多亟待解决的问题.以亲身体验,较全面地分析了中国大陆与港台及国外大学的差异,对医学本科教育改革提出了几点拙见.     

基于认知理论的测验编制技术—项目生成

传统测验重视统计技术,不重视测量结构的心理学意义,使得它的功能局限于筛选,不能提供更多的信息。由于认知心理学理论、心理计量学以及计算机技术的发展,使得基于认知理论指导下的项目生成技术逐渐成熟。该文从项目生成的概念、方法,及研究的意义和难点等方面对项目生成技术作了一个简要述评,以期推进我国认知心理学与心理测量学相结合的研究工作。     

试论道教哲理对太极拳的影响

作为中华民族传统体育项目的太极拳,在其历史发展过程中深受道教文化的影响。本文主要从道教之道对于太极拳拳理的渗透、道法自然的方法论对太极拳的指导、“生道合一”的人生境界对太极拳的影响几方面来探讨道教对太极拳的影响。     

Concept-based behavioral planning and the lateral prefrontal cortex

Many lines of evidence implicate the lateral prefrontal cortex (LPFC) in the executive control of behavior. In early studies, neuronal activity in this area was thought to retain information about forthcoming movements for a short period until they were executed. However, later studies have stressed its role in the cognitive aspects of behavioral planning, such as behavioral significance, behavioral rules and behavioral goals. The consequence of the intended action (i.e. a change in the state of the target object), rather than the intended movement, is primarily represented in the LPFC during planning. Recent studies show that the LPFC is involved in more abstract aspects of conceptual processes, such as in representing categories of multiple actions at the stage of behavioral planning.     

“维特根斯坦哲学与当代哲学研究”学术研讨会会议综述

2008年12月20～21日,由中国人民大学外国哲学研究所主办的“维特根斯坦哲学与当代哲学研究”学术研讨会在北京召开。参加本次会议的有陈嘉映教授、韩林合教授、江怡研究员、李河研究员、张志伟教授等20几位专家学者。本次会议共收到正式论文13篇、组织了6场报告。     

积极内群关注的来源:群内还是群外

对自己所属群体(内群)的积极评价是一种普遍的社会现象.以往的研究一致认为这种积极评价是与外群比较的结果,并将这种现象命名为内群偏爱.近来研究者发现,不跟外群比较,群体成员也会产生对内群的积极评价即积极内群关注.在介绍和评价这两种不同观点的基础上,对今后的研究进行了展望.     

不对称伦理：境遇危机下医患诚信的一种解读

医患诚信是一种不对称伦理形态,主体责任和缺失补偿不对等构成其伦理特质,崇敬生命承载其价值本质,原则倒置表征其正义诉求.我国医患诚信深陷境遇危机,人们对医患诚信的读误致使医患冲突进一步加剧.从伦理视域直面医患矛盾,重新解读深陷境遇危机的医患诚信,对于重建医患诚信具有重要的理论和现实意义.     

Antecedents of Internet Retailing Loyalty: Differences Between Heavy Versus Light Shoppers

Purpose  The purpose of this study was to explore the moderating effects of heavy versus light shoppers on antecedents of customer’s satisfaction and loyalty toward an Internet retailer. Design/Methodology/Approach  A model discusses the different mechanisms in building an effective exchange relationship with light versus heavy shoppers was developed and tested using Internet book store as the study object. With the assistance of a marketing research firm, an Internet-based survey was employed to gather information on 375 users of Internet bookstores in Taiwan. Findings  The results showed that price/value had a stronger effect on overall satisfaction for light versus heavy shoppers, while trust had a stronger effect on overall satisfaction for heavy versus light shoppers. The study also found that consumers’ irreplaceable asset generated from past transaction with a focal Internet retailer had strong effects on their loyalty responses. Implications  Understanding of the moderating role of heavy versus light shoppers on satisfaction and loyalty formation helps to advance our theoretical understanding of the different routes of satisfaction and loyalty formation for different shoppers. The results of this study can help to inform the practitioners that price may play a role in drawing light shoppers, while perceived trust of the Internet store is more important in retaining heavy shoppers. It also demonstrated the importance of building asset specificity in increasing customer loyalty. Originality/Value  This is one of the first studies to provide evidence of the moderating effects of heavy versus light shoppers on satisfaction and loyalty formation. It explained and tested empirically the different mechanisms of satisfaction and loyalty formation between two groups of consumers.
