As China is undergoing marketization and privatization, the doctor-patient relationship (DPR) is changing, posing numerous social problems such as a trust crisis. In this article, the authors look at the characteristics of the DPR, and then present an historical account of the changing features of the Chinese DPR. Today, a growing number of individuals decide to work beyond normal retirement age (Eurofound, 2012). Research has revealed influencing factors for post-retirement work at the individual, job and organizational, family, and socioeconomic levels. However, not much is known about post-retirement work planning and its antecedents. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of outcome expectations regarding post-retirement work and two work design characteristics (i.e., physical demands and social support at work) on post-retirement work planning by applying the framework of social cognitive career theory (SCCT; Lent, Brown, & Hackett, 1994). Data from 1065 employees of a German logistics company were used in this study. Results provide support for SCCT to be a suitable theoretical framework for understanding post-retirement career planning and thereby expand the application of SCCT to a new field. Furthermore, multilevel analysis revealed that physical demands were negatively related to the intention to continue to work for the pre-retirement employer after retirement entry, whereas social support at work strengthened the relationship between outcome expectations and same-employer-post-retirement work intention. Organizations who want their retired employees to continue to work in retirement should develop interventions to strengthen post-retirement work outcome expectations. An increase in social support at work as well as a reduction in physical demands may also contribute to increased participation in continued work with the same employer in retirement. 相似文献

调查老年脑卒中患者的自我感受负担现状,分析其相关因素并提出策略.应用一般人口学资料问卷和自我感受负担量表对锦州市某医院106名老年脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,并分析其影响因素.结果显示患者自我感受负担得分为(37.32±5.48)分,处于中等水平.其影响因素是医疗费用的付费方式、生活自理能力和照顾者的健康状况.老年脑卒中患者自我感受负担明显,且受多种因素的影响.因此应采取有效的干预措施,减轻患者的自我感受负担,有利于患者的治疗. 相似文献

The resource-based model of self-regulation provides a pessimistic view of self-regulation that people are destined to lose their self-control after having engaged in any act of self-regulation because these acts deplete the limited resource that people need for successful self-regulation. The cognitive control theory, however, offers an alternative explanation and suggests that the depletion effect reflects switch costs between different cognitive control processes recruited to deal with demanding tasks. This account implies that the depletion effect will not occur once people have had the opportunity to adapt to the self-regulatory task initially engaged in. Consistent with this idea, the present study showed that engaging in a demanding task led to performance deficits on a subsequent self-regulatory task (i.e. the depletion effect) only when the initial demanding task was relatively short but not when it was long enough for participants to adapt. To examine the reciprocal relations between teacher–child relationships and children's behavior problems, the authors analyzed cross-lagged longitudinal data on teacher–child relationships and children's internalizing and externalizing problems using a structural equation modeling approach. The homeroom teachers of 105 first-year preschoolers aged 2–3 years filled in the Student–Teacher Relationship Scale and the Child Behavior Checklist/2–3, first at 3 months after the children's preschool entrance and then at the end of the first preschool year. Results showed significant cross-wave reciprocal relations between externalizing problems and teacher–child conflict and significant cross-wave relation from early internalizing problems to later teacher–child conflict. Effects of Local and Global Context on Processing Sentences with Subject and Object Relative Clauses
An eye tracking study investigated the effects of local and global discourse context on the processing of subject and object relative clauses, whereby the contexts favored either a subject relative clause interpretation or an object relative clause interpretation. The fixation data replicated previous studies showing that object relative clause sentences were more difficult to process than subject relative sentences. Crucially, however, the reading difficulty asymmetry between subject and object relative clause sentences disappeared when the sentences were presented with a local or a global discourse context that favored the objects in the object relative clauses. These findings demonstrate that the evidence for a syntax-based account of sentence processing is found when sentences are presented in isolation. However, if sentences are placed more naturally, in context, discourse factors outweigh the initial structural assignment. 相似文献

Based on a longitudinal sample of 115 Chinese children, the present study examined changes in mother–child relationships (closeness and conflict) during the transition to nursery care and how these relationships were associated with later growth in children's social competence. The results did not indicate significant changes in mother–child relationships at the mean level but revealed significant individual variations in such changes. These variations were associated negatively with mother–child relationships at 3 months after nursery entry. Social competence showed positive linear growth across the nursery and junior kindergarten years, and significant individual variations in such growth. Initial conflict in mother–child relationships at 3 months after nursery entry positively predicted later growth in social competence. In contrast, initial social competence did not significantly predict changes over time in mother–child relationships. Findings are discussed in terms of how to help children navigate the transition to nursery care and develop their social competence. 相似文献

个体之间实现情绪聚合的过程称为情绪感染。其中通过自动同步模仿他人表情、言语、姿势和行为并实现情绪聚合的无意识倾向称为简单情绪感染。近年来简单情绪感染的发生机制得到了大量行为实验和脑科学研究的支持。然而由于其“无意识”、“同步”、“自动”发生的特点, 以及研究者长久的争论与界定不清, 使得该领域研究面临不少困境。为了厘清这些困境, 在梳理有关研究的基础上, 总结了简单情绪感染的社会影响因素, 分析了简单情绪感染在概念界定、测量方式、依赖线索等方面的问题, 并尝试给出可行性建议。今后研究应当采用更先进的技术手段及范式展开, 并结合新近研究成果对简单情绪感染的机制理论进行更新。 相似文献
