19世纪西方医学对精神疾病诊治的影响

精神疾病是现代困扰人类的主要疾病之一。通过总结19世纪西方医学对精神疾病的认识及主要治疗方法,拟展现这个世纪中治疗方法随观念变化和实践深入而发展的轨迹,旨在说明19世纪是西医精神病学发展史上的重要时期,并揭示其与现代精神疾病治疗的历史传承性。     

基于两方博弈关系分析的医保制度改进策略研究

刘璇张朋柱张敏针对医保制度实施以来的实际运作情况,从博弈角度分析了医保基金缴纳和使用异常行为出现的原因;并从改变博弈均衡解的角度提出了有效引导企业、医患、医院走出异常的一系列措施建立针对企业、医患、医院的黑名单制度,通过信息共享降低监督成本,将服务质量纳入与医院的结算办法等。     

癌症患者家属人格特征、应对方式与消极情绪的关系

为探讨癌症患者家属人格特征、应对方式与消极情绪的关系,对128例癌症患者家属进行调查。结果显示,神经质、消极应对方式、癌症危险认知与消极情绪呈显著正相关;积极应对方式、外向与消极情绪呈显著负相关;外向、神经质、癌症危险认知、消极应对方式均影响癌症患者家属的消极情绪,而消极应对方式为神经质人格特征、癌症危险认知和消极情绪的中间变量。

韩愈与道教——兼论其对现代道教发展的意义

韩愈排斥道教,但他又与道教有相当的瓜蔓。从韩愈对道教的态度、与道教徒交往及其祭神活动三个方面可看出韩愈与道教的关联的复杂性。以此为基础,反思道教在现时代应在理解世界、贞定生命意义,培养道教人才方面进行创造性转换,从而开显出道教所具有的引领人走入新的生命境界之功。

counselors' collective self‐esteem mediates job dissatisfaction and client relationships

Given the central role of professional identity (i.e., collective self‐esteem in this study), the authors examined whether collective self‐esteem mediated or moderated relations between job dissatisfaction and client relationships in a sample of 132 professional counselors in the United States. Results indicated that collective self‐esteem partially mediated the relationship between job dissatisfaction and client relationships. Furthermore, job dissatisfaction was negatively related to greater levels of private collective self‐esteem, and greater private collective self‐esteem was positively related to better client relationships.     

The Role of Religiosity on Postsecondary Degree Attainment

Although previous researchers found that several individual, family, and school characteristics influenced adolescents' academic performance, religion‐related factors have not typically been considered for models of bachelor's degree attainment. Using longitudinal data in a national database, the authors examined the relationship between high school students' religiosity and bachelor's degree attainment. The results indicate that high school students' religiosity was significantly related to bachelor's degree attainment when other variables (i.e., locus of control, self‐concept, parental involvement, and prior academic performance) were controlled for.     

Bayesian integration of spatial information

Spatial judgments and actions are often based on multiple cues. The authors review a multitude of phenomena on the integration of spatial cues in diverse species to consider how nearly optimally animals combine the cues. Under the banner of Bayesian perception, cues are sometimes combined and weighted in a near optimal fashion. In other instances when cues are combined, how optimal the integration is might be unclear. Only 1 cue may be relied on, or cues may seem to compete with one another. The authors attempt to bring some order to the diversity by taking into account the subjective discrepancy in the dictates of multiple cues. When cues are too discrepant, it may be best to rely on 1 cue source. When cues are not too discrepant, it may be advantageous to combine cues. Such a dual principle provides an extended Bayesian framework for understanding the functional reasons for the integration of spatial cues.
