中小学生推理能力和元认知与注意力的比较

以674名中小学生为被试(其中学优组270人,学中组241人,学困组163人),测量研究了三种不同学业成绩水平学生的逻辑推理能力、元认知以及注意力的不同发展特点,结果表明,学习中等生的注意力水平、逻辑推理能力与学习优秀生相比明显落后,而其元认知能力的发展与学习优秀生相比则基本相当,未表现出显著偏低的态势;学习困难生的逻辑推理能力、元认知能力与学习中等生相比显著偏低,在注意力水平上二者并不存在显著性差异.这对于教育的启示是:对学困生的干预补救应注重提高他们的元认知水平和逻辑推理能力,而对中等生的促进和提高则应以注意力水平与逻辑推理能力的提高为关键.     

Interpolation and amalgamation properties in varieties of equivalential algebras

Important positive as well as negative results on interpolation property in fragments of the intuitionistic propositional logic (INT) were obtained by J. I. Zucker in [6]. He proved that the interpolation theorem holds in purely implicational fragment of INT. He also gave an example of a fragment of INT for which interpolation fails. This fragment is determined by the constant falsum (), well known connectives: implication () and conjunction (), and by a ternary connective defined as follows: (p, q, r)= ^df (pq)(pr).Extending this result of J. I. Zucker, G. R. Renardel de Lavalette proved in [5] that there are continuously many fragments of INT without the interpolation property.This paper is meant to continue the research mentioned above. To be more precise, its aim is to answer questions concerning interpolation and amalgamation properties in varieties of equivalential algebras, particularly in the variety determined by the purely equivalential fragment of INT.     

7-9岁汉、藏、东乡、保安、裕固、哈萨克族儿童语义理解的比较研究

本报告运用三种不同类型的汉语语句,测试六个民族儿童对汉语语义理解的结果表明:(1)在双语教育环境中,六个民族7—9岁儿童对三类句型的理解,由于动机因素的不同,影响第二语言的学习效果。(2)在口语与书面语的转换关系上,无本族文字的民族儿童,学习汉语教材是初次接触到书面语言。(3)文化发展的差异,不仅存在于不同地区的民族之间,而且也存在于不同地区的同一民族之内。(4)进一步分析少数民族儿童使用双语的具体特点,可作为解决双语教育的一个关键问题进行研究。     

Fifteen years after “Animal Liberation”: Has the animal rights movement achieved philosophical legitimacy?

Fifteen years ago, Peter Singer published Animal Liberation: A New Ethics for Our Treatment of Animals. In it, he proposed to end "the tyranny of humans over nonhuman animals" by "thinking through, carefully, and consistently, the question of how we ought to treat animals" (p. ix). On this anniversary of the book's publication, a critical analysis shows that the logic he presents, though popularly appealing, is philosophically flawed. Though influential in slowing and in some cases stopping biomedical research involving animals, the animal rights movement in the United States has yet to offer a clear and compelling argument for the equality of species.     

组织决策的影响力分布特征及中英比较

本研究深入分析了组织内部各层次及外部机构对 1 8项决策的影响力。结果指出 :①我国企业存在着四种高层管理与中层管理的决策分工协作模型 ,即高层主导决策、中层自主决策、共同决策及层次决策模型 ,这说明我国企业中层管理的作用得到了加强 ,他们对决策的影响高于英国企业。②中国企业中 ,工人和基层管理的影响力普遍较小 ,尤其是在短期决策上 ,他们的影响力显著地小于英国企业。③中、英两国企业工会的影响力都很小 ,没有显著差别。但是从阻止力上分析 ,英国企业工会的作用显著地大于中国企业。这说明阻止力是一种独特的影响决策的方式 ,需要进一步的研究。     

违法犯罪者人格多种方法研究

本研究运用问卷法“YG人格测验”、作业法“内田－克雷佩林心理测验”和投射法“色塔人格测验”对126名违法犯罪者进行了测试。结果表明,作业法和投射法人格测验二者相互补充和印证,揭示了违法犯罪者人格的某些特点,问卷法人格测验的结果与前者不一致,应该运用多种方法对违法犯罪者的人格进行研究。     

A Systems Approach to the Social Difficulties of Transsexuals in Hong Kong

This paper identifies social difficulties commonly faced by a group of forty-two Hong Kong transsexuals who had applied for sex reassignment surgery. It describes the use of a systems perspective to conceptualize their problems and a structural family therapy approach to social work intervention.     

CULTURE AND WORK ORGANIZATION: THE CHINESE CASE *

This paper discusses the role of the indigenous values in facilitating the development of managerial and organizational systems underlying the success of indigenous enterprises in the newly industrialized societies. One illustration is the Chinese culture or, more specifically, the Confucian tradition and ethos, and their implication for management and worker performance in work organizations within the ‘Confucian league’ of Asian societies. The affective rational approach to the paternalistic style of the Japanese and Chinese management coupled with such normative values as trust, subtlety and loyalty of the employees explain the individuals' commitment to their work organization and the excellence in leadership. With reference to the leading steel plant, the China Steel Corporation in Taiwan, this paper examines how such a cherished system of managerial philosophy and practices, in the context of its indigenous Chinese cultural and normative heritage, has been successfully applied to the integration of its labour force, and the upgrading of their morale, performance and productivity.     

噪声烦恼类别之间的临界值测定

本文采用一种称为多级估量的新型类别量表,经验地揭示了噪声烦恼度的可能(possibility)性质,并且给出了对应于一个烦恼类别过渡到下一个烦恼类别的刺激临界值的定义。据此得到“较安静”与“闹”,“闹”与“很闹”,“很闹”与“极闹”两两间的临界值分别为53、63和82分贝。最后还探讨了烦恼度与噪声之间的心理物理函数关系。     

正常和轻微脑功能障碍儿童在不同情境下的脑电图特点

本文观察了在不同情境下(闭目安静,倾听音乐和故事,以及完成校正改错测验时)正常和轻微脑功能障碍(简称MBD)儿童的脑电图特点。结果表明,当闭目安静,倾听音乐时,MBD儿童左侧半球的α均值显著低于正常儿童;当倾听故事时,其右侧半球的α均值低于正常儿童。在校正改错测验中MBD儿童的错误率高于正常儿童,在测验前和测验时的脑电图无明显差异;正常儿童测验前和测验中的脑电图有显著的差异。本文就上述结果进行了分析。
