应澳门道教协会邀请,中国道教协会黄至安副会长率团于2009年11月26日至30日,参加了"澳门道教文化周"活动,随同参加活动的还有我会副秘书长张立光,北京白云观经乐团等二十多人."文化周"期间,举行了庆祝新中国成立六十周年及澳门回归十周年"金箓大醮"科仪,澳门道教协会新址落成仪式及新址神像开光科仪,以及道乐演示,道教养生、武术表演,澳门道教科仪音乐展览等.

To Stay or Return: Migration Intentions of Students from People’s Republic of China in Saskatchewan, Canada

There is a growing policy concern in Canada regarding the facilitation of foreign students’ transition from temporary residents to permanent residents. Interestingly, academic attention to the issue is somewhat lacking. By focusing on the Chinese undergraduate student at the University of Saskatchewan in Canada, this study attempts to identify the factors which influence their migration intentions. The findings confirm the important effects of students’ demographic characteristics, premove traits, Canadian experiences, parental expectations, as well as related aspiration factors. In addition, we find that female and male students are different from each other in terms of the factors that determine their intentions to stay in Canada. In light of the findings, we suggest that, in spite of gender differences, social and emotional adaptations are as critical as economic adaptation in facilitating temporary residents’ intentions to stay. Furthermore, we contend that changes in immigration policy to attract foreign students to stay do motivate their immigration intention to some extent, but we also recommend that extended research needs to be done to examine the effects of most recent policy changes on foreign students’ intended or actual migration.     

Thy-1肿瘤标记物在肝癌的表达及意义研究

探讨Thy-1（又称CD90）表达与肝癌进展的关系。采用免疫组化法检测组织中Thy-1表达,流式细胞术检测外周血CD45^-CD90^＋细胞百分数。结果Thy-1在肝癌有不同程度表达,随病理级别和临床分期增高,表达也增多。故得出结论,Thy-1与肿瘤进展关系密切,检测Thy-1表达对肝癌的预后评估有实用价值。     

单纯胸椎骨折合并迟发性血胸的诊治及临床特点

为了探讨单纯胸椎骨折合并迟发性血胸的临床特点及诊治方法,回顾分析了11例单纯胸椎骨折合并迟发性血胸患者的诊疗情况并总结其临床特点.结果显示,所有病例均获得明确诊断,10例通过胸穿治疗获得治愈,1例行剖胸探查术.提示单纯胸椎骨折合并迟发性血胸临床较少见,伤后体温逐渐升高、胸闷、氧分压下降或剧烈咳嗽、翻身拍背后突然_出现呼吸困难、发绀、大汗常为其临床特点,大多可通过保守治疗获得痊愈.     

公民美德:特征及其意义

公民身份的政治和公共特性决定了公民美德不仅是一种政治美德,它还是公民个体在社会公共生活中应该具备的具有示范意义的公共性美德.政治性与公共性是公民美德的基本特性.作为一种身份美德,公民美德能够使个体以公民之立场理解并参与公共事务,创造并服务于公共利益,支持个体完成公民分内之事,从而自觉地维系公民身份,并确保公民所属政治共同体之发展与凝聚.     

Fostering Change-Oriented Behaviors: A Broaden-and-Build Model

Purpose

The purpose of this study was to develop and test a broaden-and-build model relating LMX to employees’ change-oriented behaviors (creative performance and taking charge) through the mediators of positive affect and psychological capital.

Design/Methodology/Approach

Time-lagged, two-source data were collected from 248 participants and 40 direct leaders, which composed a heterogeneous sample of professional jobs from a three-wave data collection strategy. Mplus was employed to test the proposed hypotheses.

Findings

We found that LMX predicts employees’ change-oriented behaviors through two sequential paths: (a) the positive affect mediates the relationship between LMX and employee psychological capital, and (b) psychological capital mediates the relationship between positive affect and employees’ creative performance and taking charge. Our results provide a logical explanation of the ‘broadening’ and ‘building’ mechanisms through which LMX enhances employees’ change-oriented behaviors.

Implications

This study specifically suggests affective and psychological mechanisms by promoting the broadening and building phases that facilitate the transformation of individual perceptions of LMX, positive affect, and psychological capital in explaining employees’ creative performance and taking charge.

Originality/Value

This study develops a broaden-and-build model of change-oriented behaviors and contributes to research on proactive behaviors in the context of leader-member relationships.

     

A Scanpath Analysis of the Risky Decision‐Making Process

In the field of eye tracking, scanpath analysis can reflect the sequential and temporal properties of the cognitive process. However, the advantages of scanpath analysis have not yet been utilized in the study of risky decision making. We explored the methodological applicability of scanpath analysis to test models of risky decision making by analyzing published data from the eye‐tracking studies of Su et al. (2013); Wang and Li (2012), and Sun, Rao, Zhou, and Li (2014). These studies used a proportion task, an outcome‐matched presentation condition, and a multiple‐play condition as the baseline for comparison with information search and processing in the risky decision‐making condition. We found that (i) the similarity scores of the intra‐conditions were significantly higher than those of the inter‐condition; (ii) the scanpaths of the two conditions were separable; and (iii) based on an inspection of typical trials, the patterns of the scanpaths differed between the two conditions. These findings suggest that scanpath analysis is reliable and valid for examining the process of risky decision making. In line with the findings of the three original studies, our results indicate that risky decision making is unlikely to be based on a weighting and summing process, as hypothesized by the family of expectation models.
