党政关系的演进与当代中国政治发展——基于对防治血吸虫病工作领导小组的历史考察

党政关系是当代中国政治生活中一组至关重要的关系,党政关系模式不仅影响中国共产党执政方式,也影响中国的政治发展.本文以当代中国政治中一个颇具中国特色的组织--防治血吸虫病工作领导小组为主要研究对象,通过对1949年以来血吸虫病防治工作领导体制的变化及血防领导小组党政归属变迁的历史分析,从微观层面来把握建国以来党政适度分离--以党代政--党政分开--以党领政这一党政关系的演变历程及当代中国政治发展的轨迹.     

Hopelessness,Parent‐Adolescent Communication,and Suicidal Ideation among Chinese Adolescents in Hong Kong

Based on the responses of 5,557 Chinese secondary students in Hong Kong, the relationships among perceived hopelessness, family functioning, and suicidal ideation were examined. Results showed that suicidal ideation was positively related to hopelessness, but negatively related to parent‐adolescent communication. Compared with father‐adolescent communication, mother‐adolescent communication generally had a stronger association with adolescent suicidal ideation. It was further found that the linkage between hopelessness and adolescent suicidal ideation was stronger under a low parent‐adolescent communication condition, thus suggesting the moderating effect of parent‐adolescent communication on the effect of hopelessness on suicidal ideation. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.

《气本与神化:张载哲学述论》序

张载的哲学思想研究,20世纪以来,受到学者的相当重视.胡适于1919年出版的<中国哲学史大纲>(卷上)只写出了先秦部分,故对于宋元明清的道学或理学全未涉及.其实,以胡适当时的思想和心态,他也不太可能对道学或理学的思想有深入的理解.冯友兰先生在1930年代初期完成了<中国哲学史>上下卷,此书得到当时学界的一致好评,认为全面超越了胡书,其原因固然是冯书完整地叙述了先秦至晚清的中国哲学史,更主要的则是,胡适的<中国哲学史大纲>详于文字的考证训诂和历史境况的介绍,对文字所表达的哲学义理体会较浅,而冯书不重文字的训诂考证及相关的历史背景,而特重于哲学义理的了解体会.     

An Investigation of the Three-Way Joint Coaching Alliance: A Social Identity Theory Perspective

This study builds upon the previous research that recognised coaching as a triangular political space generating power relationships. We integrate social identity theory into this power negotiation process and consider that the ultimate purpose of coaching is to facilitate a shared coaching identity among all related collaborators. To gain in-depth understanding of factors that promote a three-way joint coaching identity, we conducted 25 critical incident interviews and two levels of Q-sorting (n = 10) with coaches, coachees, and organisational stakeholders. The research results indicated that a workplace coaching identity is a flexible space underpinned by coaches’ attitude, all collaborators’ positions, and the contracting process. Coaches’ accommodated communication techniques determine the relationship climate (instrumental or influential). Coaches’ position in the coaching space regulates their self-interests and motivation to change. Moreover, a transparent contracting process encourages communication flows and psychological exchanges among all collaborators that may gain more support from stakeholders.     

张荫麟、贺麟朱子太极动静说论辩简析

1930年贺麟发表了论朱子与黑格尔太极说的文章，张荫麟即作了评议和讨论。1934年冯友兰的《中国哲学史》下册出版，张荫麟又对其中所述的朱子太极动静说提出了意见。1938年张荫麟以对冯友兰书中朱子太极动静说的意见为基础，发表了关于这一讨论的专论文章，贺麟则对之进行了细致的讨论评议，使得相关讨论更为深化。这一轮关于朱子哲学的讨论，其中涉及广泛的比较哲学讨论和对朱子哲学理之动静观点的理解诠释，很值得进一步加以推进。     

《道德经》和谐思想的现实意义

书于二千五百多年前的老子《道德经》，不仅在中华民族传承的历史中愈益生辉，而且早在唐代就被译成梵文流传国外。老子《道德经》的思想，在我国具有深远的影响，对世界的影响也越来越大。上个世纪初，《道德经》在世界上已有七八十种外文译本，几乎每一种语言都至少有一种译本。
