楚简《周易》睽卦新释

结合帛书本、阜阳汉简本和今本《周易》经、传,探讨了楚简《周易》睽卦的卦辞和初九、六三、九四、六五爻辞的一些问题,在综合诸家之说的基础上,提出了一些新的意见,对《周易》本经的研究具有重要的意义。

心脑血管疾病是严重危害老年人健康的主要慢性非传染性疾病,简捷、方便、费用低廉的高质量社区医疗服务是提高老年人生活和生命质量的需要,建立科学、规范、有效的社区防治管理模式是减少其发病率、致残致死率的关键措施,同时也是构建“社会主义和谐社会”的有效途径,对于“统筹人与自然、人与社会的和谐发展”具有十分重要的现实意义。     

Doing business: an obscure notion of the ethics of public associations in ordinary Chinese

Along with the notion of being a person (zero run 做人), the notion of doing business (zuo shi 做事) in ordinary Chinese is basically an over-all notion of the norms in the practical and associative activities, carrying typically obscure meanings on practice and association affairs in some external world. Ordinary Chinese not only distinguishes these two notions but also defines a dictionary order of them, with the affairs of the internal world prior to those of the external. The fact that the notion of doing business refers to business (shi 事) rather than person (ren 人) makes this order clear at a deeper level. It shows that this notion regards the practical affairs of the external world less important to the person itself than those of the internal. Except for these qualities, the notion of doing business holds some normative meanings, although contains no definite rules. These meanings indirectly relate to the notion of person that people form in their private associations and emerge as some mixture with a tactical attitude out of the need of earning a life. The notion of person gives birth to some obscure requirements, for instance, the requirement of ‘doing business in accordance with your conscience’ and that of ‘doing business seriously’. The core world of family is marginalized in the public transition of associations. 成瘾与应激的关系及治疗

成瘾严重危害个体的心身健康,造成许多家庭和社会问题。成瘾与应激有着密切的关系。最新研究发现下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺（HPA）轴、促肾上腺皮质激素调节因子（CRF）和糖皮质激素在成瘾与应激中发挥重要作用。由于对成瘾和应激的机制尚未完全阐明,目前无特效治疗。采取缓解应激源、预防精神活性物质的使用、预防复发、让患者回归社会等综合措施使复发率明显降低。     

物质主义价值观、金钱态度与薪酬满意度的关系研究

运用问卷调查法探讨了物质主义价值观、金钱态度与薪酬满意度的关系。对329名社会人员（男149,女178）的调查结果表明：（1）物质主义价值观、金钱态度对薪酬满意度具有显著的预测作用;（2）金钱态度在物质主义价值观与薪酬满意度之间起调节作用。     

学生学业成绩和教师控制知觉对教师差别行为的影响

采用整群抽样法,选取651名六年级小学生及其所属班级的21名班主任为被试,考察学生学业成绩和教师控制知觉对教师差别行为的影响及作用机制,探讨教师控制知觉的中介作用及其学生性别差异。结果显示:(1)女生报告获得教师更多积极行为,男生报告获得教师更多消极行为;(2)在控制了学生性别与学校地区以后,学生学业成绩仍能有效预测教师差别行为中的机会特权、情感支持和指导控制等行为,教师控制知觉能够有效预测机会特权、指导控制、情感支持和负性反馈等行为;(3)教师控制知觉在学生学业成绩与教师差别行为之间起中介作用;(4)教师控制知觉的中介模型存在学生性别差异,男生群体为完全中介作用,女生群体为部分中介作用。     

论西方主流正义概念发展中的嬗变与综合（下）

在西方思想中,正义概念自产生以来历经了许多演变。从希腊神话、梭伦、柏拉图、亚里士多德一系的主流希腊思想,接通中世纪基督教的良心观念,经注入自然法的启蒙观念,汇合为自由主义的体系,并在此母体上吸收社会主义思想的部分影响,这构成了西方正义概念迄今发展的主脉。许多思想与观念都对正义的概念发生深刻影响。它的种种涵义是从它产生以来在整个西方历史中逐步增添、发展、补充进去的。在这些历史的嬗变中也不断产生新的综合形式。大致地说,在它产生于希腊思想之后,在基督教教义、自然法理论、近现代自由主义与社会主义的观念基础上都产生着新的综合。罗尔斯公平的正义的理论是西方概念在当代的一个最重要的综合。     

Sticking Out Like a Sore Thumb: Employee Dissimilarity and Deviance at Work*

This study examined demographic‐ and personality‐based employee dissimilarities in relation to organizational and interpersonal deviant behaviors. Perceived organizational support (POS), organizational commitment, perceived coworker support, and coworker satisfaction were proposed as mediators. The results revealed that dissimilarities in ethnicity, Agreeableness, and Openness to Experience were significantly related to organizational deviance; dissimilarities in gender, Conscientiousness, and Extraversion were significantly related to interpersonal deviance. In addition, ethnic dissimilarity negatively predicted POS and organizational commitment, age dissimilarity positively predicted perceived coworker support, Extraversion dissimilarity positively predicted coworker satisfaction, Agreeableness dissimilarity negatively predicted POS, and Openness to Experience dissimilarity negatively predicted POS, organizational commitment, perceived coworker support, and coworker satisfaction. Finally, POS partially mediated the relationship between Agreeableness dissimilarity and organizational deviance. Interpretations of results, implications for management, and future research are discussed.     

新手-熟手-专家型教师成就目标定向与人格特征的研究

本研究采用量表法考察三种类型教师成就目标定向与人格特征的特点。结果表明 ,与普通成人相比 ,我国中学教师比较外倾 ,精神质水平更高。三种类型教师在任务目标上存在显著性差异 ,新手型教师的任务目标水平显著低于熟手型教师 ;而在成绩目标上 ,不存在显著性差异。新手型教师在精神质维度上与熟手型教师存在显著性差异 ,其精神质水平显著低于熟手型教师 ,熟手型教师在神经质维度上与专家型教师存在显著性差异 ,其神经质水平显著低于专家型教师 ,神经质水平高是专家型教师典型的人格特征。     

睾酮对价值加工的影响——基于“累积前景”理论框架的决策行为研究

较多研究支持睾酮和决策中的风险寻求行为呈正相关,但是也有其他的研究未能发现这种关系。基于决策的累计前景理论,本研究使用动态估计参数估计任务(DEEP),结合计算模型的方法,对120名双盲给药、有安慰剂对照的被试进行睾酮对价值加工过程作用的探究。结果显示,睾酮减少了个体的概率扭曲以及增加了损失规避,但是没有引发明显的风险寻求行为,研究结果表明睾酮对个体的价值加工过程产生了影响,使个体对概率的感知更接近于客观值并且增加了对损失的敏感性。
