一、十念记数法的形成印光大师(1862-1940),法名圣量,字印光,别署常惭愧僧。大师被尊为净土宗第十三祖,与虚云、太虚、弘一,并称为民国四大高僧,是近代中国佛教影响最为深远的人物之一。印光大师通过考察前贤的念佛方法,再结合自身的实践经验,创发了更为方便易行的十念记数法,即从早期的随息法数息法,演变为随念随听的十念记数法。  相似文献

Basing on career construction theory and self-verification theory, current research examined the mediating and moderating models for the relations among self-esteem, proactive personality, career exploration, future work self and career adaptability. A two-wave survey study was conducted among Chinese university students (N = 305). The results showed that both self-esteem and proactive personality (measured at time 1) positively predicted future work self and career adaptability (measured at time 2), with these relationships mediated by career exploration (measured at time 1). In addition, the results further revealed that the positive effect of self-esteem on career exploration was stronger among students who had a higher level of proactive personality. In support of the hypothesized moderated mediation model, for individuals with a higher level of proactive personality, the indirect effects of self-esteem on future work self and career adaptability through career exploration were stronger. These findings carry implications for research on career construction theory and career counseling practices.  相似文献

本研究利用197对“管理人员-下属”的匹配数据考察了变革型领导对组织公民行为的影响,层次回归分析与典型相关分析的结果都表明:变革型领导对组织公民行为有显著的正向影响,且能解释的方差变异量明显高于国外同类研究。这一研究结果进一步证实了李超平与时勘所编制的变革型领导问卷(TLQ)具有较高的预测效度。  相似文献

采用Y—G性格测验问卷,对优秀幼儿园教师和幼师高专学生共156人,进行了心理测评,展开了优秀幼儿园教师与幼师高专学生性格特征的比较研究。结果表明:幼儿教师的性格类型与其职业成就相关;Y—G性格测验的D型性格类型为幼儿教师的理想性格类型;幼师高专学生与优秀幼儿园教师的性格特征间存在显著差异。整个测评研究结果,为幼师高专学校招生选拨及培养学生的工作提供心理学依据。  相似文献

变革型领导已经成为国外领导理论研究的新范式.然而在国内相关方面的实证研究却不多见。本研究采用验证性因素分析对变革型领导的构想效度进行了验证,结果表明:变革型领导具有较好的构想效度,可以区分为领导魅力、感召力、智能激发和个性化关怀四个维度。回归分析结果还表明,领导魅力、智能激发和个性化关怀对领导有效性有正面的影响,而感召力对领导有效性的影响没有达到显著水平。  相似文献

Previous studies have found that psychological and behavioural functions of the colour red vary according to context. In this research, we used the verbal estimation paradigm to determine if the colour red affects individuals' perception of interval duration. In our results, perceived duration was shorter in a red condition than in a blue one; additionally, only in the red condition, perceived duration was shorter in an online dating context than in an online interviewing context. The contribution and limitations of this study and future research directions are discussed.  相似文献

Based on self‐regulation theories of stress processes, this study proposed a model to examine the within‐person mediation relationship between morning commuting stressors and self‐regulation at work via morning commuting strain. In addition, the study examined the moderating roles of daily task significance, daily family interference with work, and commuting means efficacy in this mediation model. Results from 45 bus commuters’ daily diary data over a period of 15 workdays indicated that the amount of morning commuting stressors experienced by the bus commuters was positively related to their morning commuting strain, which, in turn, had a negative impact on self‐regulation at work. At the within‐person level, daily task significance buffered the negative indirect relationship between morning commuting stressors and self‐regulation at work via morning commuting strain, whereas daily family interference with work in the morning exacerbated this negative indirect relationship. Further, at the between‐person level, commuting means efficacy buffered this negative indirect relationship such that the negative indirect effect was weaker for workers with higher (vs. lower) commuting means efficacy. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.  相似文献

Diagnostic classification models (DCMs) have been used to classify examinees into groups based on their possession status of a set of latent traits. In addition to traditional item-based scoring approaches, examinees may be scored based on their completion of a series of small and similar tasks. Those scores are usually considered as count variables. To model count scores, this study proposes a new class of DCMs that uses the negative binomial distribution at its core. We explained the proposed model framework and demonstrated its use through an operational example. Simulation studies were conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed model and compare it with the Poisson-based DCM.  相似文献
