从“胡为民现象”看我国医疗领域的社会失范

随着我国经济体制的转型,由于市场机制的引进和发展不规范,医药卫生体制改革不成熟,在医疗领域出现了很多失范的现象。透过“胡为民现象”,分析了我国医疗领域社会失范的特点和原因,并针对原因提出了防治医疗领域社会失范的意见和措施     

关于构建和谐医患关系的思考

扼要介绍了医患关系令人担忧的现状及医患纠纷的总体特点,深入探讨了造成医患关系紧张的深层次原因,并据此从主观意识、医患的对立统一关系、医务工作者、患者、舆论和法律氛围等角度提出了构建和谐医惠关系的意见和主张,并着重就如何深化改革、促进政府职能的转变与到位展开了阐述.     

多难兴学创新不已——纪念张岱年先生逝世二周年

张岱年(1909.5.23~2004.4.24)是我国现当代著名的哲学家、哲学史家、教育家、一代宗师。他又是一位毕生以教育和学术救国的杰出的爱国主义者。张先生毕其一生,执教杏坛,桃李满园,勤于创新,著作等身,硕果累累,尤其令人感佩的是他在抗日战争中,奋力著书立说,创建“合三为一论”体系,以报效祖国。如他所述:“1933年我著文说:‘中国民族现值生死存亡之机,应付此种危难,必要有一种勇猛宏毅能应付危机的哲学。此哲学必不是西洋哲学之追随摹仿,而是中国固有的刚毅宏大的积极思想之复活,然又必不采新孔学或新墨学的形态,而是一种新的创造。’(载1934…     

“A sweet smile”: the modulatory role of emotion in how extrinsic factors influence taste evaluation

It has recently been demonstrated that the reported tastes/flavours of food/beverages can be modulated by means of external visual and auditory stimuli such as typeface, shapes, and music. The present study was designed to assess the role of the emotional valence of the product-extrinsic stimuli in such crossmodal modulations of taste. Participants evaluated samples of mixed fruit juice whilst simultaneously being presented with auditory or visual stimuli having either positive or negative valence. The soundtracks had either been harmonised with consonant (positive valence) or dissonant (negative valence) musical intervals. The visual stimuli consisted of images of emotional faces from the International Affective Picture System (IAPS) with valence ratings matched to the soundtracks. Each juice sample was rated on two computer-based scales: One anchored with the words sour and sweet, while the other scale required hedonic ratings. Those participants who tasted the juice sample while presented with the positively-valenced stimuli rated the juice as tasting sweeter compared to negatively-valenced stimuli, regardless of whether the stimuli were visual or auditory. These results suggest that the emotional valence of food-extrinsic stimuli can play a role in shaping food flavour evaluation and liking.     

歧视知觉对留守青少年攻击行为的影响：多重中介效应分析

为考察歧视知觉对留守青少年攻击行为的影响及其作用机制,采用问卷法对662名留守中学生进行调查。结果表明：（1）歧视知觉、抑郁、愤怒、道德推脱与攻击行为两两显著正相关。（2）歧视知觉不能直接影响留守青少年攻击行为,但存在四条显著的间接路径：愤怒的简单中介作用;道德推脱的简单中介作用;抑郁和道德推脱的链式中介作用;愤怒和道德推脱的链式中介作用。因此,抑郁、愤怒和道德推脱在歧视知觉与留守青少年攻击行为之间起多重中介作用。     

The correlations of psychological status,quality of life,self-esteem,social support and body image disturbance in Chinese patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

This study aimed (i) to complement existing research by focusing on body image disturbance issues in Chinese Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) patients; (ii) to investigate how Chinese patients make sense of disease diagnosis and perceived cultural influences within the context of their SLE. A total of 118 SLE patients underwent standardized laboratory examinations and completed several questionnaires. Independent sample t-test, Mann–Whitney U-test, Chi-square test, and multivariate analysis using backward stepwise logistic regression model were used to analyze these data. We found 18.3% SLE patients had BID, which were significantly higher than the control group (.8%). SLE patients are more concerned about their physical changes caused by disease. There were significant correlations among personal health insurance, complication of diabetes, appearance of new rash, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and BID in patients with SLE. Meanwhile, logistic regression analysis revealed that appearance of new rash and high anxiety were significantly associated with BID in SLE patients. In conclusion, it is beneficial to pay attention to the physical and mental health of patients with rheumatic disease from the perspective of body image, to understand their needs and to provide effective and effective service for them.     

Attachment,Social Support,Resilience and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Symptoms in Chinese Adults Living with HIV/AIDS

The present study aimed to examine the effects of attachment, social support and resilience on posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms in people living with HIV/AIDS. One hundred fifty-two HIV+ adults in China were investigated. The results suggested that attachment anxiety had a significant direct effect on PTSD symptoms and impacted PTSD symptoms indirectly though associations with social support and resilience. Attachment avoidance could also be considered a distal risk factor of PTSD symptoms via the mediation of social support and resilience. The findings highlight the importance of identifying trauma and PTSD symptoms in people affected by HIV/AIDS and suggest that people with attachment anxiety and low social support resources might be at high risk for PTSD.     

现代技术与奢侈关系的伦理反思

现代技术的发展带来了奢侈消费重心的转移、奢侈消费权利的再分配和奢侈消费观念的变革,影响着大众的消费伦理意识.应当从技术创新角度审视现代技术与奢侈的关系,辩证地看待奢侈品的生产与消费;同时,要防止消费行为脱离伦理规约,避免奢侈消费带来社会分配的不公正和对自然环境的损害.     

基于内科查房会话语料的医生礼貌策略分析

采用录音方式收集50例内科查房语料,用Brown和Levinson的面子理论分析了医患会话中医生的礼貌策略,发现医生使用的积极礼貌策略类型有反馈、称谓、关照和赞誉等,消极礼貌策略主要有弱化、主动两类,且消极礼貌策略使用频率高于积极礼貌策略.分析显示现阶段平等的医患关系尚未完全建立.
