道德型领导如何减少下属非道德行为:领导组织化身和下属道德效能的作用

道德型领导对下属非道德行为的负向影响已得到了证实,但二者关系的边界条件和作用机制还不明朗。基于社会学习理论,文章首先引入领导组织化身(SOE)概念,考察它在道德型领导与下属非道德行为间的调节作用;在此基础上引入下属道德效能概念,解释SOE具体是如何发挥调节作用的。以237名员工为研究对象,结果表明:(1)SOE在道德型领导与下属非道德行为之间有正向调节作用;(2)这种调节作用是通过下属道德效能的中介而实现的,即对SOE不同的下属来说,道德型领导对其道德效能有不同影响,从而对非道德行为的作用强度有所差异。     

Inversion domain boundary in a ZnO film

Transmission electron microscopy has been used to investigate the (1100) and (1103) inversion domain boundaries in a ZnO film prepared by molecular beam epitaxy. The inversion domain was revealed by dark-field images and confirmed by convergent-beam electron diffraction. Interacting with a (0002) stacking fault, the inversion domain boundary in the (1100) plane alters its orientation from the [0001] direction and climbs on the (1103) plane to release the strain energy. These features are characterized and analysed by high-resolution electron microscopy and the geometric phase method. The findings are significant for understanding the formation and propagation of inverse domain boundaries in epitaxial ZnO films.     

Simultaneous determination of thin-film inertia and shear stiffness using thickness-twist and face-shear modes of an AT-cut quartz resonator

We propose the use of thickness-twist (TT) and face-shear (FS) vibration modes of an AT-cut quartz crystal plate resonator for simultaneous determination of the inertia and stiffness of a thin film deposited on a crystal surface. A theoretical analysis using Mindlin's first-order theory for crystal plates is performed to demonstrate the idea. Expressions for the stiffness ratio and mass ratio between the thin film and the resonator are presented in terms of frequency shifts of FS and TT modes, which are experimentally measurable. A numerical example is given.     

A piezoelectric gyroscope based on thickness-shear modes of an AlN bimorph with inclined c-axes

We propose a new structure for piezoelectric gyroscope application. It consists of a two-layered plate of AlN with inclined c-axes. Through a theoretical analysis, it is shown that when the plate is electrically driven into thickness-shear (TSh) vibration in one direction and is rotating about the plate normal, the rotation causes a TSh vibration in a perpendicular direction with an electrical output which can be used to measure the angular rate of the rotation. Since AlN can be made into thin film devices much smaller than conventional crystal acoustic wave devices, the proposed gyroscope can be made much smaller than existing piezoelectric gyroscopes. The structure can also work with other crystals of class 6mm such as ZnO and polarized ceramics.

情感创伤青年的箱庭疗法个案研究

结合荣格分析心理学相关理论概念,使用箱庭疗法对一名遭受情感创伤的青年进行心理治疗,并对其箱庭作品中呈现的象征和原型心象进行分析。结果发现:箱庭作品展现了该青年的情感创伤和心理问题,反映了心理的成长历程。箱庭疗法在治愈情感创伤方面取得了较好的效果。
