多层螺旋CT在不同肝硬化分级评估中的应用

利用多层螺旋CT对不同肝功能分级的52例乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者、50例酒精性肝硬化患者及25例正常对照组受试者进行肝脏体积在体测量,并进行kappa检验和方差分析,结果显示多层螺旋CT在体肝脏体积测量具有很好的一致性及可重复性（P〈0．01）;乙型肝炎后肝硬化与酒精性肝硬化患者肝脏体积的总体变化趋势相同,都随着病情的进展逐渐缩小,Child-Pugh分级B级之间的乙肝后肝硬化与酒精性肝硬化组患者的肝脏体积差异达到统计学上显著性水平。     

黄老学派“类法治”思想探析

黄老思想是战国时期兴起的一个哲学政治思想,一方面其强调"道生法",主张法律的道德基础、强调法律的权威与作用;另一方面主张"循法而治",并提出君主"无为而治",弱化统治者的主观能动性,防止统治者对法律的侵害。相对于中国古代的法家、儒家等其它学派法律思想,其法律思想更接近于西方的法治思想,对我国今天的法治建设有一定的现实借鉴意义。     

航线飞行技术性技能与航线飞行阶段任务的关系研究

通过文献、专家意见和问卷调查,构建了现代航线飞行技术性技能多维评价量表。对118名航线飞行员测评数据的验证性因素分析表明,由倾斜控制、偏航控制、平衡控制和速度控制构成的4维模型在飞行准备/滑行、起飞/爬升、巡航、下降/进近/着陆四个飞行阶段均有较好的信度和效度;多元回归分析发现,各维度对不同航线飞行阶段任务均有显著影响。航线飞行技术性技能评价量表的构建为现代航线飞行员选拔与训练、机组驾驶行为规范性评价以及飞行安全管理考核模式的设计奠定了一个良好的工作基础。     

试论营养支持在中晚期癌症患者治疗中的理性选择

几乎所有中晚期癌症患者治疗中都会或多或少应用到临床营养支持治疗,适时、正确地应用对部分中晚期患者极具积极意义,而选择性地对一部分晚期患者有限应用甚至放弃,可能是更为理性的选择。从癌的本质出发,科学地应用营养不良筛选及评定方法,使临床营养支持治疗成为中晚期癌症患者的真正需要。     

青少年的个人未来发展目标和担忧

目标和担忧是个体关于未来的心理表征,对个体日常指向未来的行为具有引导作用。采用青少年未来取向问卷中文版调查了近2000名初中、高中和大学青少年,结果发现,青少年的目标和对未来的担忧反映了青少年期的主要发展任务,同时它们又因被试的年龄、性别、城乡背景以及思考内容领域的不同而表现出不同的特点。     

Bootstrap-Calibrated Interval Estimates for Latent Variable Scores in Item Response Theory

In most item response theory applications, model parameters need to be first calibrated from sample data. Latent variable (LV) scores calculated using estimated parameters are thus subject to sampling error inherited from the calibration stage. In this article, we propose a resampling-based method, namely bootstrap calibration (BC), to reduce the impact of the carryover sampling error on the interval estimates of LV scores. BC modifies the quantile of the plug-in posterior, i.e., the posterior distribution of the LV evaluated at the estimated model parameters, to better match the corresponding quantile of the true posterior, i.e., the posterior distribution evaluated at the true model parameters, over repeated sampling of calibration data. Furthermore, to achieve better coverage of the fixed true LV score, we explore the use of BC in conjunction with Jeffreys’ prior. We investigate the finite-sample performance of BC via Monte Carlo simulations and apply it to two empirical data examples.     

认同理论视角下新员工组织社会化的定义及结构维度

组织社会化研究一直以来被批评缺少理论基础, 导致对组织社会化的本质和结构维度缺乏足够认识, 从而影响到在实证中如何测量员工组织社会化的程度。角色认同理论和社会认同理论可以为该研究提供理论基础。在对概念重新进行理论界定的基础上, 揭示了组织社会化本质是新员工角色及社会认同发展的过程。相应地, 组织社会化程度是一个两维度结构。未来研究应以此为基础进一步发展组织社会化量表和理论模型, 并依据认同理论改进实证研究方法。     

程序公正的测量及研究操纵

程序公正是指处理管理事务所依据的原则是否公正。普遍认可的程序公正原则包括一致性、避免偏见、准确性、可修正、代表性、道德与伦理原则。程序公正研究主要有测量和实验操纵两种研究范式。对程序公正的测量主要以单维为主,亦有少数多维测量量表;对程序公正的实验操纵主要以发言权为主,有少数研究对准确性、无偏性或综合几项原则进行操纵。未来研究应考虑程序公正的结构问题,对程序公正的操纵范围进行扩展、操纵方法考虑情景性,还需关注程序公正与程序不公正的差异。     

Deconstructing antenatal depression: What is it that matters for neonatal behavioral functioning?

This prospective study examined the variability within clinical characteristics of antenatal maternal depression and cortisol levels for associations with newborn infant behavior using the Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale (NBAS; T.B. Brazelton, 1984 ). Participants were 81 pregnant women at risk for perinatal depression given their histories of depression prior to pregnancy. We took into consideration not only whether the woman experienced antenatal depression but also whether the depression met diagnostic criteria and variability in timing (onset and occurrence) of antenatal depression and symptom severity. Infants of mothers who became depressed during pregnancy scored less optimally on a subset of the NBAS scales, specifically those scales related to infant neuroregulation. Among the clinical characteristics of depression, the fetus' overall exposure to mothers' depression (reflected in the mean) was most often and most strongly associated with NBAS scales. In terms of timing, third‐trimester exposure was significantly related to newborn behavior. The findings are discussed within the S.H. Goodman and I.H. Gotlib ( 1999 ) model for transmission of psychopathology to offspring of depressed mothers.     

中美教学医院门诊病历管理对比研究

通过文献检索、走访调研并结合笔者时美国教学医院门诊病历管理的实地考察,本文对中美两国教学医院人员对门诊病历管理的认识理念、门诊病历管理的方式、病历的规范设计以及门诊病历的质量控制等方面进行了对比研究.显示我国教学医院在门诊病历管理方面与发达国家存在着差距.从提高临床医疗和医学教学质量、有利于患者疾病的诊治和培养当代优秀医务工作者,促进医学科学技术发展出发,教学医院管理者和临床指导医生应高度重视和规范门诊病历管理.
