作为一种生活方式的媒介主义

随着大众传播时代的到来和传媒在数字化、网络化意义上的深化,媒介元素不仅成为了现代性的工具条件,而且也越来越成为一种生活方式的重构与塑形载体,发挥着人类意识形态的社会功能。当代社会生活在印刷和电子媒介的影响下,正在或将要朝着现代化和多样化的方向呈现和延伸,人类生活史也在媒介技术的变迁]进中不断地获得新生。     

19世纪英国的济贫院制度初探

从17世纪开始,济贫院在英国逐步发展起来;1834年后,院内救济成为新济贫法体系的核心。济贫法委员会希望通过济贫院的威慑作用,促使贫民自力更生,减少济贫开支。济贫院遵循“劣等处置”和“济贫院检验”两个原则,院内的生活比较悲惨,被大众冠以穷人的“巴士底狱”,到19世纪70年代后才逐步得到改善。济贫院制度在英国社会保障制度和福利国家形成过程中起到不可忽视的作用。     

道教戒律与儒家礼制

道教戒律与儒家礼制同为中国传统社会中的社会控制形式。二者有着相互融摄和相互弥补之处,本文从目的论上的异趣、思想上的融摄、内容上的弥补、实施中的差异四个方面对其进行探讨。     

The Influence of Emotional Dissonance on Subjective Health and Job Satisfaction: Testing the Stress–Strain–Outcome Model

We adopted the stress–strain–outcome model ( Koeske & Koeske, 1993 ) to examine the influence of work stressors on subjective health and job satisfaction among Chinese service employees. Two independent studies were reported. In the first study, 271 employees provided cross‐sectional data on work characteristics, emotional dissonance, work strain, and job satisfaction. Structural equation modeling showed that work characteristics were related to emotional dissonance, which, in turn, was associated with work strain, with the latter eventually predicting job satisfaction. Study 2 was a 3‐month longitudinal survey with a separate sample of 155 call‐center and retail‐shop representatives. Longitudinal data showed that emotional dissonance at Time 1 significantly predicted work strain at Time 2, which predicted job satisfaction at Time 2.     

宗教印度面面观

众所周知,中国的佛教源自印度。因此,不少中国人便以为印度真像《西游记》中所描述的佛界净土一样,是一个佛教国家。其实不然。印度是个宗教国家不假,但其宗教种类繁多,佛教只是其中之一,而且占的比例相当小。根据2003年的《印度年鉴》,印度99.57%以上的人口信仰宗教,其中印度教徒占82.41%,穆斯林11.67%,基督教徒2.32%,锡克教徒1.99%,佛教徒0.77%,耆那教徒0.41%,另有少部分人信仰祅教、犹太教等。由于锡克教、佛教、耆那教等与印度教有着某种程度上的渊源关系,不少人把它们看作印度教大家庭中的成员,与印度教一起构成印度文化的基石和主体。…

我的叔父不知什么缘故,突然变得越来越瘦,我们都说肯定是有了什么病,便劝他抓紧时间来省城的大医院检查一下。经查验,叔父得了糖尿病。医生说这种病也没有什么特别的治疗办法,基本依靠自身饮食调节和适当的运动锻炼。     

项目反应理论在编制现代性量表中的应用

项目反应理论（ＩＲＴ）是近年来探讨较多的一种心理测量理论。由于其所具有的一些优于经典测验理论（ＣＴＴ）的特性,正得到愈来愈多的重视和应用。该研究旨在应用ＩＲＴ来编制现代性量表。人的现代化是整个社会现代化过程中不可缺少的部分,因此编制衡量人的现代性的量表有一定的理论和实践意义。研究结果表明,应用ＩＲＴ编制量表,在满足假设的情况下,可使量表既简便,又有较高的精度,效度研究表明本研究编制的现代性量表有较高的效度。     

The influence of self-construals on the ERP response to the rewards for self and mother

Individual self-construal (independent vs. interdependent) could be temporarily modulated by the priming effect. Our previous studies have found that when Chinese participants gambled for mother and for self, outcome feedback evoked comparable neural responses between two conditions. However, it remains unclear if the response to rewards for mother and for self would differ after independence self-construal priming. In this study, we manipulated participants’ self-construal (independent vs. interdependent) before a simple gambling task. The event-related potential (ERP) results reveal that when an interdependent self-construal was primed, the participants exhibited a comparable feedback-related negativity (FRN) elicited by outcome feedback for self and for mother. In contrast, independent self-construal priming resulted in a greater FRN elicited by outcome feedback for self than for mother. Meanwhile, the P3 component was insensitive to self-construal manipulation. These findings indicate the modulation effect of self-construal priming on the response to rewards for others.
