初中生依恋风格与欺凌保护行为的关系：社会支持和欺凌应对效能的链式中介作用

为考察初中生依恋风格与欺凌保护行为的关系,同时探讨社会支持和欺凌应对效能的链式中介作用,采用问卷法对565名初中生进行调查。结果发现：（1）依恋焦虑与欺凌保护行为呈显著正相关,依恋回避与欺凌保护行为呈显著负相关;（2）社会支持和欺凌应对效能在依恋回避与欺凌保护行为之间起链式中介作用。若要增加依恋回避初中生的欺凌保护行为,应注重为其提供社会支持,提升欺凌应对效能。     

Computer-aided analysis of grain-boundary connectivity of B10 copper-nickel alloys

A numerical calculation method based on the angle in a triple junction composed of a random grain boundary is proposed to predict the connectivity and stability of a grain boundary in a B10 copper-nickel alloy. The grain-boundary connectivity and its effect on corrosion resistance are studied combining computer-aided analysis with electrochemical impedance testing. The results show that the prediction of corrosion resistance using a grain-boundary connectivity numerical method is consistent with immersion experimental results. The B10 alloy exhibited the best corrosion resistance after cold rolling with a 9% reduction rate. The relationship between the grain-boundary characteristics and corrosion resistance is well established using the numerical method to quantify the grain-boundary connectivity. A higher connective frequency and a low proportion of grain-boundary angles between 60° and 180° in the triple junction is detrimental to corrosion resistance of the B10 alloy.     

Do objects in working memory compete with objects in perception?

It is generally assumed that “perceptual object” is the basic unit for processing visual information and that only a small number of objects can be either perceptually selected or encoded in working memory (WM) at one time. This raises the question whether the same resource is used when objects are selected and tracked as when they are held in WM. In two experiments, we measured dual-task interference between a memory task and a Multiple Object Tracking task. The WM tasks involve explicit, implicit, or no spatial processing. Our results suggest there is no resource competition between working memory and perceptual selection except when the WM task requires encoding spatial properties.     

大学生外语写作自我效能感在写作焦虑对写作成绩影响中的中介效应

在外语写作课堂教学的情境下,使用写作自我效能感量表、外语写作焦虑量表和一篇英语命题作文分别调查356名大学一年级学生的外语写作自我效能感、写作焦虑与外语写作成绩,探讨写作自我效能感在写作焦虑与写作成绩之间的中介效应。结果表明:(1)外语写作焦虑显著负向预测外语写作自我效能感;(2)外语写作自我效能感显著正向预测外语写作成绩;(3)外语写作自我效能感在外语写作焦虑对外语写作成绩的影响中起到了完全中介的作用。     

The interaction between leader–member exchange and perceived job security in predicting employee altruism and work performance

This study investigated the relationships among leader–member exchange (LMX), perceived job security, and employee performance. Drawing on the job demands–resources model and conservation of resources theory, we expected both LMX and perceived job security would affect employee altruism and work performance in a positive manner. In addition, LMX and perceived job security were expected to interact to predict the two outcome variables. The hypotheses were tested with a sample of 184 employees in a state‐owned enterprise in China. Our results showed that LMX, but not perceived job security, was positively related to employee altruism and work performance. Additionally, the effect of LMX on altruism was stronger for employees perceiving less job security. The findings indicated that LMX as a job resource becomes more impactful to altruistic performance when employees feel less secure at work.     

智力落后儿童听觉注意的稳定性研究

本研究通过对智力落后儿童和正常儿童听觉注意稳定性的比较研究,探索智力落后儿童听觉注意稳定性的特点及影响因素。结果表明:4岁智龄组智力落后儿童听觉注意稳定性较弱,低于或等于同智龄组正常儿童水平。智力落后儿童慢速和快速情境下的注意稳定性高于中速。信噪比也影响注意的稳定性,信噪比越低,注意稳定性越差。频率因素对智力落后儿童的影响不显著。     

略论儒家经济伦理理论的若干问题

通过比较儒家经济伦理与儒家经济伦理思想,指出重提儒家经济伦理这一概念的意义,进而探讨了儒家经济伦理成立的可能性,并指出思考这一问题先须具备开放的态度,同时基于对经济伦理的理解,可以说明儒家具有发展出经济伦理理论的潜力。而发展儒家经济伦理,不仅可以推进中国自身的经济伦理研究,可以更有效地解释中国的经济实践,并为解决当代的经济伦理问题提供新思路。     

孔子之"信"的层次与适用领域及其与当代诚信思想的沟通

孔子之"信"可从个人生活和政治生活两方面来理解.个人生活中的"信"的总的特点可概括为"直",它既是对于社会交往的一种基本要求,适用于非血缘的、身份大体平等的关系类型.也是一种个体的道德境界,这种道德境界的"信"由低到高大致可分为"言必信,行必果"、"忠信"和"信义"三个层次.政治生活中的"信", 既是要求政府应通过合理的政策以取信于民,也是要求为政者须具备"信"德.要将孔子的"信"沟通到当代的诚信研究,既要求变革学术界流行的源自西方启蒙哲学的阐释规范,也应分清孔子之"信"的适用领域与层次,并恰当理解经济活动者在当代社会生活中的角色.     

Ultrametrics and matrix theory

An ultrametric is shown equivalent to a matrix that is idempotent under a particular definition of matrix multiplication. By considering ultrametrics in terms of semirings and lattices, the clustering methods B_k of Jardine and Sibson are reinterpreted using this nonstandard operation.
