麦金太尔解决休谟伦理难题的贡献与困惑

麦金太尔《德性之后》的一个重要意义,是试图解决休谟伦理难题,即“是”与“应该”的矛盾。本文对此作一个初步的分析,力图证明麦金尔在这个方面的贡献对及存在的不足。     

人类基因组计划与博士生的时代意识

人类基因组计划（HGP）的成就表明,面对新世纪的挑战,作为肩负国家重任的高层次人才的博士生更要转变观念,增强时代意识,发展（科技）战略意识、科技前沿意识,创新意识,市场意识,协作意识。其中尤以发展（科技）战略意识最为重要,其影响深远,意义重大。     

Neural Correlates of Emotional Reactivity in Sensation Seeking

ABSTRACT— High sensation seeking has been linked to increased risk for drug abuse and other negative behavioral outcomes. This study explored the neurobiological basis of this personality trait using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). High sensation seekers (HSSs) and low sensation seekers (LSSs) viewed high- and low-arousal pictures. Comparison of the groups revealed that HSSs showed stronger fMRI responses to high-arousal stimuli in brain regions associated with arousal and reinforcement (right insula, posterior medial orbitofrontal cortex), whereas LSSs showed greater activation and earlier onset of fMRI responses to high-arousal stimuli in regions involved in emotional regulation (anterior medial orbitofrontal cortex, anterior cingulate). Furthermore, fMRI response in anterior medial orbitofrontal cortex and anterior cingulate was negatively correlated with urgency. Finally, LSSs showed greater sensitivity to the valence of the stimuli than did HSSs. These distinct neurobiological profiles suggest that HSSs exhibit neural responses consistent with an overactive approach system, whereas LSSs exhibit responses consistent with a stronger inhibitory system.     

虚无主义问题：从尼采到鲍德里亚

虚无主义是尼采对西方文化的诊断.尼采认为,要摆脱虚无主义就必须进行价值重估,重申权力意志的创造性力量.虽然海德格尔与德鲁兹对尼采的评价大不相同,但在对权力意志的创造性特征的理解上,他们具有相似性.鲍德里亚认为,这种创造性的思想仍然是一种现代性的思想,它以"真实"为条件,创造就是将真实呈现出来.这种创造性的理念仍然是合乎资本逻辑的意识形态.在"超真实"时代,虚无主义遵循的是一种消失的逻辑.只有这种逻辑,才能摆脱现代意识形态的效应,并以此为基础来探索现代文化的替代模式.     

浅谈精神药理学的发展与相关哲学思考

如今精神疾病已成为中国严重的疾病负担,目前,精神障碍的治疗通常采用综合性措施,其中,药物治疗仍然占有重要地位。精神药理学是一门新兴学科,它的发展的确为许多精神、心理障碍的治疗带来了福音。精神药理学的发展史、当代进展与现状以及“个体化治疗”问题中都渗透着丰富的哲学思想,为我们科学地认识事物提供很多有益的启示。     

由新药临床试验中的依从性问题引发的思考

本文就如何看待新药临床试验中的依从性问题提出了自己的看法：应用整体观、认识论的方法辩证地分析、处理依从性问题,以保证临床试验的顺利进行和质量可靠;文中通过实例并结合当前的医改背景,对临床医疗工作中的医患关系提出一些启发和看法,建议医务人员从自身出发重视患者的依从性。     

《管子》的兵学思想简论

《管子》虽非兵学著作,但是其兵学思想丰富而全面。其兵学思想涉及养兵之道、治兵之道、用兵之道等内容。其兵学思想在中国军事思想史上占有很重要的地位,对于当今的军事建设也具有重要的借鉴价值。     

Children's and adults' conceptualization and evaluation of lying and truth‐telling

The present study examined children's and adults' categorization and moral judgment of truthful and untruthful statements. 7‐, 9‐ and 11‐year‐old Chinese children and college students read stories in which story characters made truthful or untruthful statements and were asked to classify and evaluate the statements. The statements varied in terms of whether the speaker intended to help or harm a listener and whether the statement was made in a setting that called for informational accuracy or politeness. Results showed that the communicative intent and setting factors jointly influence children's categorization of lying and truth‐telling, which extends an earlier finding (Lee & Ross, 1997) to childhood. Also, we found that children's and adults' moral judgments of lying and truth‐telling were influenced by the communicative intent but not the setting factor. 民航飞行员、飞行学员动态空间能力加工水平检测

动态空间能力是对运动客体的反应和处理.采用距离判断任务和相对到达时间判断任务探讨了民航飞行员、飞行学员和普通大学生的动态空间能力的加工水平.结果表明:在距离判断任务上,飞行员成绩好于飞行学员,飞行学员好于普通大学生;在到达时间判断任务上,飞行员成绩好于飞行学员和普通大学生,而飞行学员和普通大学生之间无差异.研究提示飞行训练可提高飞行员动态空间能力的加工水平,现有民航招飞选拔还应重视和引入同时权衡了距离和速度的时间判断测试.     

演绎推理的认知和脑机制研究述评

演绎推理是指假设在某些前提成立的条件下推测必然会出现的结论,它是人类重要的思维形式.不同的认知理论对人在推理过程中表现出的逻辑和非逻辑特性作出了相应的解释和预测,而来自认知神经科学的研究也进一步揭示了推理行为的脑机制,对演绎推理的认知理论进行了验证和发展.本文通过对国内外有关演绎推理认知与脑机制研究现状的回顾,以期能促进该领域研究的不断深入.
