汉语儿童英语语音特征内隐与外显学习的比较研究

实验选取64个英文单词为实验材料,以不同的分类方式为自变量．探讨在给予高强度练习和准确反馈的前提下．汉语儿童完成同时具有显著性特征(字母组合)维度和非显著性特征(发音)维度的英语语音分类任务时,内隐学习和外显学习各自的特点,发现(1)在及时分类条件下,有显著的内隐学习效应;(2)外显学习的抗干扰性弱,内隐学习的抗干扰性强．而且内隐学习所获得的知识具有稳固性;(3)及时分类有利于内隐学习,延时分类有利于外显学习。     

Iron in solution with aluminum matrix after non-equilibrium processing: an atom probe tomography study

In this paper, we report on the influence of rapid solidification and severe plastic deformation on the solid solubility of Fe in Al. Atom probe tomography, for the first time, was performed on fine (3–4 μm diameter) and coarse (~100 μm) as-atomised Al-5 at.% Fe powder and cryomilled Al-5 at.% Fe powder. The atomised powders exhibited negligible Fe in solution with Al, whereas the cryomilled powder contained ~2 at.% Fe in solution. Moreover, our results suggest that severe plastic deformation is preferable to atomisation/rapid solidification for increasing the non-equilibrium solid solubility of Fe in Al.     

恩斯特·布洛赫哲学研究状况综述

对中国马克思主义哲学界来说,德国哲学家恩斯特·布洛赫(Ernst Bloch,1885-1977)绝不是一个陌生的名字.早在1982年,徐崇温的<西方马克思主义>中就有专章介绍布洛赫的哲学.布洛赫哲学的关键词是"尚未"(德语是noch nicht,英译为not yet).当人们要求布洛赫用一句话表达自己的哲学时,他说:"S还不是P."[1]这个"还不是"也就是"尚未".在布洛赫眼里,人是"尚未",因为人的真实存在还处于未来.布洛赫哲学堪称关于"尚未存在"(Noch-Nicht-Sein)的本体论.[2]     

男性罪犯人格和抑郁的关系研究

该研究采用问卷法{中国罪犯个性分测验量表（COPA—PI）、自评抑郁量表（SDS）},对在押的200名男性犯人的人格和抑郁的关系进行研究,结果发现：1）人格和抑郁之间存在着显著相关关系。2）混合型罪犯在人格因子“同情”上的得分显著低于暴力型罪犯,在“暴力倾向”上的得分显著高于财产型罪犯,在“变态心理”和抑郁上的得分显著高于财产型和暴力型罪犯。3）有前科罪犯的抑郁分数显著高于无前科罪犯。4）“焦虑”、“聪敏”、“波动”、“同情”四个人格因子对罪犯的抑郁情绪有显著预测力。为罪犯矫治工作提供了科学的理论依据和指导。     

Directing idea generation using brainstorming with specific novelty goals

In a field experiment with students, we show that a specific, difficult novelty goal, whether presented alone or in conjunction with brainstorming rules, improves novelty and creativity in individuals’ idea generation relative to brainstorming rules alone when goal commitment is high. Because creativity is often correlated with idea quantity in brainstorming studies, we controlled for idea quantity in order to demonstrate that the improvement is not due to changes in the number of ideas generated. These findings suggest that specific, difficult goals beyond quantity can improve idea generation. We also separately measured practicality and effectiveness of participants’ ideas. The results of these analyses suggest that goal commitment might be an important determinant of usefulness, and deserves additional attention in studies of idea generation.     

The effects of early socialization experiences on content mastery and outcomes: A mediational approach

This field study examined how early socialization experiences affect new employee mastery of socialization content and socialization outcomes. New employees reported the realism of their preentry knowledge and the helpfulness of socialization agents. A follow-up survey assessed mastery of socialization content along with role clarity, job satisfaction, and affective organizational commitment. The results, based on 194 new employees of a large educational institution and using structural equation modeling, were highly supportive of the hypotheses. Realism of preentry knowledge and agent helpfulness, the two indicators of early socialization experiences, were associated with greater role clarity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, the mastery of specific socialization content dimensions, the often-assumed intervening processes, was explicitly shown to mediate those relationships. The specific patterns of mediation observed further advance our understanding of the relationships between new employee mastery of socialization content and the determinants and consequences of that mastery.     

民国前福建祠庙神明配置的研究

民国以前,福建官方与民间在祠庙神明配置的认识上有着很大差异。官方大多把祠庙的神明配置视为是发挥官方祭祀的教化作用的一个舞台,民间在安排祠庙的神明配置时则更多地考虑到神明的灵验性。不过,官方与民间在对祠庙神明配置的认识上尽管各有侧重,但并非截然对立。官方在充分发挥官方祠庙神明配置的教化作用的同时,也对民间的神明配置规则进行了改造和利用,以此来“补王化之所不及”;当然,民间对祠庙神明配置的认识在受到官方影响的同时,也对之作出积极的回应。     

决策理由、行动和后果对决策后悔的影响

探讨决策理由(合理与不合理)、行动(做与不做)和后果(严重与轻微)对决策后悔的影响,以2×2×2被试内设计,设置8个决策情境进行实验。结果:不合理决策的后悔体验比合理决策更高,严重的后果导致的后悔比轻微的后果更高,行动无主效应,但在后果轻微,理由不正当条件下,行动也就是“做”导致更多的后悔情绪。结论:决策理由的合理性与后果的严重性是影响决策后悔的重要因素; 只有理由不正当且后果轻微时,才存在“做效应”。

Suicidality among high school students in Hong Kong, SAR

Suicide is the leading cause of death in Hong Kong SAR for the youth aged 15-24. This study examined the prevalence of suicidality among secondary school students in Hong Kong using a representative, territory-wide sample of 2,586 students. Suicidal behaviors can be conceptualized as a spectrum of self-destructive behaviors. Cumulative logit model analysis indicated that a range of factors, such as unhappy family life, were associated with increasing levels of suicidality. Use of illicit drugs, inhalants, and tobacco differentiated attempters from ideators. The implications of the research findings are discussed.
