基于培养医学创新能力的医学方法学课程体系构建

医学知识发现、医学认识能力的形成须有医学方法学的有效支撑,由此,形成了致力于医学知识获取、利用与产出的医学方法学课程.遵从结构决定功能的理念,将医学信息检索、流行病学、临床流行病学、循证医学、医学科研导论等课程构建起医学方法学课程群,形成模块化集成优势,有助于创新能力培养.     

Examining the Relationship between Work Attitudes and Propensity to Leave among Expatriate Salespeople

The study employs literatures addressing turnover of employees in general, turnover of salespeople, and variables specific to expatriate managers to examine turnover of expatriate salespeople. Individual, job, and organizational variables are used as predictors of propensity to leave. The research suggests that several variables influence propensity to leave of expatriates: met expectations, participation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The research also suggests that organizations need to establish clear expectations concerning the demands of the overseas sales job and allow salespeople to understand the parameters of employment.     

Divine intimacy and the problem of horrendous evil

The problem of horrendous evil is the problem of reconciling the existence of horrendous evils with the existence of a God that is nevertheless good to individuals. A solution to the problem along the lines of that proposed by Morilyn McCord Adams resolves the problem by appeal to various sorts of intimacy with God on the part of the participants in horrendous evils. One half of the problem concerns the victims of horrendous evils. A second half of the problem of horrendous evil is the same problem for those perpetrators of horrendous evils who also potentially have their lives defeated. The present paper argues not only that the intimacy such an overall strategy appeals to fails to solve the first half of the problem, but also that it makes no progress at all on the second half.     

肝病性糖尿病的发病机制及治疗进展

肝源性糖尿病为继发性糖尿病,因肝实质损害而导致,患者以餐后高血糖和葡萄糖耐量减低为特征.发病机制与肝病时肝糖原合成能力降低,胰岛素抵抗有关.治疗原则是改善和保护肝功能,降低高血糖,缓解症状.所以该病在诊治方面与2型糖尿病有很大区别,本文在此综述如下.     

动机冲突影响混合跨期决策：趋近-回避动机理论视角

组织与个人面临的许多决策,既无纯粹获益,也无纯粹损失,往往需要同时对未来不同时间点的损益加以权衡,这类损益兼具的决策称为混合跨期决策。过往研究通常沿用纯粹获益或损失跨期决策的理论框架,缺乏与混合跨期决策相匹配的理论建构和决策过程探索。基于此,本研究从趋近-回避动机理论出发,探索动机冲突影响混合跨期决策的过程机制。研究1拟探讨混合跨期决策中动机冲突特点,及其与决策行为之间的关系。研究2则计划分别操纵影响动机冲突程度的内源性因素(得失金额的相对差异程度)和外源性因素(资源有限程度),试图揭示动机冲突程度与混合跨期决策之间的因果链条。研究3拟采用鼠标追踪技术,基于决策过程指标进一步探索动机冲突影响混合跨期决策的过程机制。我们预期该研究结果有利于从动机冲突视角揭示并建构混合跨期决策的作用机制,同时也将为涉及混合跨期情境的企业管理和个体消费决策提供科学依据。     

一段不寻常的岁月

在我写作五台山现代僧侣系列的时候，我又一次迈入寺庙山门，与僧家去作坦诚的交流。所到之处，都为他们恬淡平和的心态与慈悲为怀的胸襟所折服。在文殊祖庭殊像寺，75岁高龄的圣忠和尚侃佩而谈，我跟着这位爱国爱教的“革命和尚”走进了一段不寻常的岁月。     

悲心孤月度众生

五台山佛母洞，是一个极富传奇色彩的地方。那么多传说故事留在这高山岩洞里，千百年间令人梦魂萦绕。“脱胎换骨”、“佛母重生”等充满理想主义情怀和一切归善的希冀，招徕的游客信众纷至沓来，使这里不仅成为一处僧尼居士朝拜的圣地，也成了一个旅游览胜的一大去处。
