抑郁症的隐喻

抑郁症作为一类精神疾患其隐喻由来已久,精神病学与心理学对该病认识的不断深入,相互运作并将抑郁症置于异化之中,社会文化等诸因素强化了病患扭曲的认同感.从社会、文化功能的角度探讨隐喻对抑郁症病患心理的消极影响,旨在丰富我国抑郁症研究的医学社会学内容.     

活性蛋白C:想说爱你不容易

重组人类活性蛋白C(rhAPC)为治疗重症脓毒症的药物,目前有证据表明rhAPC的市场策略有可能已经影响到专业机构诊治指南的制定与执行;rhAPC的临床疗效亦未能被大型临床试验继续证实,因此目前rhAPC的临床应用以及疗效评价要慎重进行.同时,有必要深入反思药品生产商与专业组织的利益关系,并制订对策以加强监管.     

Contextualized personality: traditional and new assessment procedures

We describe our ongoing program of research related to the assessment of contextualized personality, focusing on social roles and cultural cues as contextual factors. First, we present our research employing the traditional assessment approach, wherein participants are asked to rate explicitly their personality across several different roles. We argue that this hypothetical approach is potentially susceptible to the influence of stereotypes, social desirability, and demand characteristics. We therefore describe the development of three novel and subtle assessment procedures that are based on obtaining online self-representations that are activated while occupying a specific context. Finally, the strengths and limitations of all four approaches, as well as directions for future research in the study of contextualized personality, are discussed.

Abusive supervision, intentions to quit, and employees’ workplace deviance: A power/dependence analysis

We conducted a two-study examination of relationships between abusive supervision and subordinates’ workplace deviance. Consistent with predictions derived from power/dependence theory, the results of a cross-sectional study with employees from three organizations suggest that abusive supervision is more strongly associated with subordinates’ organization deviance and supervisor-directed deviance when subordinates’ intention to quit is higher. The results also support the prediction that when intention to quit is higher, abusive supervision is more strongly associated with supervisor-directed deviance than with organization-directed deviance. These results were replicated in a second study, a two-wave investigation of people employed in a variety of industries and occupations.     

盐酸戊乙奎醚对心脏瓣膜置换术患者NF-κB表达的影响

为研究盐酸戊乙奎醚对心脏瓣膜置换术患者心肌NF-κB转录活性的影响,选取择期瓣膜置换术患者60例,随机分为对照组（C）、盐酸戊乙奎醚组1（P1）、盐酸戊乙奎醚组2（P2）,每组20例。结果心肌缺血再灌注后,P1、P2组NF-κB的转录活性明显下降,可见盐酸戊乙奎醚可以抑制心肌NF-κB的激活,在一定程度上具有心肌保护作用。     

细菌耐药性的产生及预防对策

细菌耐药性的产生是当今医学界所普遍面临的严重问题,危害着人类的健康和生存.通过透析细菌耐药的根源和机制,使人们认清细菌耐药性问题的实质,为制定出合理使用抗菌药物的原则和预防细菌耐药性的措施提供一些理论依据.     

Optimum sample size allocation to minimize cost or maximize power for the two‐sample trimmed mean test

When planning a study, sample size determination is one of the most important tasks facing the researcher. The size will depend on the purpose of the study, the cost limitations, and the nature of the data. By specifying the standard deviation ratio and/or the sample size ratio, the present study considers the problem of heterogeneous variances and non‐normality for Yuen's two‐group test and develops sample size formulas to minimize the total cost or maximize the power of the test. For a given power, the sample size allocation ratio can be manipulated so that the proposed formulas can minimize the total cost, the total sample size, or the sum of total sample size and total cost. On the other hand, for a given total cost, the optimum sample size allocation ratio can maximize the statistical power of the test. After the sample size is determined, the present simulation applies Yuen's test to the sample generated, and then the procedure is validated in terms of Type I errors and power. Simulation results show that the proposed formulas can control Type I errors and achieve the desired power under the various conditions specified. Finally, the implications for determining sample sizes in experimental studies and future research are discussed.     

浅谈大学生思想政治教育与心理健康教育的结合

在全面推进素质教育的新时期,对大学生进行心理健康教育,增强他们的,心理素质,促进其全面发展是目前高等教育的重要任务之一。而高校的思想政治教育与大学生的心理健康教育有着密切的联系,因此怎样把思想政治教育与大学生心理健康教育有机结合起来,提高思想政治教育工作的实效性,成为思想政治工作者的重要任务。
