社区暴力暴露与初中生外化问题行为的关系:一个有调节的中介模型

本研究采用问卷法对1041名初一中学生进行调查,考察了结交越轨同伴在社区暴力暴露与青少年外化问题行为关系间的中介作用,以及该过程是否受母子关系和/或父子关系的调节。结果发现：（1）在控制了年龄、性别、亲子关系、父母受教育水平、家庭类型、家庭人均月收入后,社区暴力暴露对初中生外化问题行为仍具有显著的正向预测作用;（2）社区暴力暴露不仅可以直接正向预测青少年外化问题行为,还可以通过结交越轨同伴而间接预测初中生外化问题行为;（3）母子关系显著调节社区暴力暴露对结交越轨同伴的影响,而父子关系显著调节结交越轨同伴对初中生外化问题行为的影响。     

Assortative mating for Dark Triad: Evidence of positive,initial, and active assortment

Hypotheses regarding positive versus negative assortment, initial assortment versus convergence, and active assortment versus social homogamy were tested on a sample of 100 heterosexual dating couples using variable‐ and couple‐centered approaches. A modest to moderate degree of positive assortment was found for all Dark Triad measures, the highest for Machiavellianism, followed by psychopathy and narcissism. Structural modeling also showed a moderate degree of positive assortment for men's and women's latent Dark Triad constructs. Results supported the initial assortment hypothesis, meaning that couples were already similar in the Dark Triad traits at the beginning of the relationship and did not converge over time. Additionally, similarity was not due to background variables such as age and education (i.e., social homogamy), thus supporting the active assortment hypothesis.     

A LONGITUDINAL EXAMINATION OF CONCOMITANT CHANGES IN TEAM LEADERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

For each of three 1‐year time periods, we examined the relationship between changes in the team leadership of branch managers (as measured by employee ratings) and concomitant changes in customer satisfaction for branches of a regional bank. Specifically, for the time period 2001–2002, we examined concomitant changes in team leadership and customer service satisfaction with 68 branch managers; between 2002–2003 and 2003–2004 we examined these relationships for 46 and 40 of the remaining 68 branch managers, respectively. We expected that improvements (declines) in team leadership ratings would be accompanied by concomitant changes (i.e., improvement or decline) in customer satisfaction ratings. We found that, in 2 of the 3 time periods we examined, improvements (declines) in team leadership were related to improvements (declines) in customer satisfaction. We interpret these findings using the service climate literature.

明代独特的道德生活是有其偏执的政治导向、失序的商品经济发展以及无根社会文化综合作用的结果.究其实质乃是在商品经济发展的过程中,传统儒家的价值观念无力为新的社会经济生产方式提供价值支撑,道德生活中的种种失范现象最终都导源于核心价值观的缺失.     

对安徽阜阳地区艾滋儿童社会心理支持问题的思考

艾滋病的快速传播不但直接威胁到人类的健康,而且对艾滋病家庭中儿童的心理产生了较大的伤害。开展对艾滋孤儿的社会心理支持,不仅需要心理咨询的介入,而且是一项社会救助的综合工程。针对安徽阜阳地区艾滋病流行的特点,以及艾滋病对儿童身心的影响,提出了为艾滋儿童提供社会心理支持的内容与措施。     

以患者为中心的现代医学模式与喉癌治疗

随着现代医学模式兴起,人们的健康观念有了新的内容,不再是单纯的躯体健康,还涉及好的心理状态和良好的社会适应。医疗服务也由单纯的技术服务转变为技术与心理和精神相结合。喉癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤,喉癌治疗方式直接影响患者的生活质量,因此喉癌的治疗应与以患者为中心的现代医学模式相结合,以达到良好的治疗效果。     

不同病期肿瘤患者的治疗选择

肿瘤从早期到晚期,需要选择不同的治疗手段来达到不同的治疗目的。从早期的根治性治疗到晚期的支持性治疗,随着肿瘤进展,抗肿瘤治疗强度从弱到强,到晚期又减弱。从能保证病人的生存质量到仅能减轻病人的癌性痛苦。这是肿瘤矛盾转化的必然结果,是抗肿瘤治疗的正确选择。     

SARS危机中以受众为中心的风险沟通分析

采用问卷调查的方法,通过探讨信任和社会心理支持两个主要因素的效应,分析“以受众为中心的风险沟通”方式在SARS危机中的表征。结果发现,SARS期间民众通过大众渠道、专门渠道和人际渠道获得信息,并以风险信息的“焦点渐进知觉模式”知觉信息;民众对政府和专家具备基本的信任;我国民众的社会心理支持体系可区分为情感型和权威型,两种类型对个体有不同的意义。通过整合上述特征,可形成有效的“以受众为中心的风险沟通”方式。
