We studied the heavy ion radiation tolerance of amorphous silicon oxycarbide (SiOC) alloys by in situ Kr ion irradiation within a transmission electron microscopy. The amorphous SiOC thin films were grown via co-sputtering from SiO2 and SiC targets on a surface-oxidized Si (100) substrate. These films were irradiated by 1 MeV Kr ions at both room temperature and 300 °C with damage levels up to 5 displacements per atom (dpa). TEM characterization shows no sign of crystallization, void formation or segregation in all irradiated samples. Our findings suggest that SiOC alloys are a class of promising radiation tolerant materials. 相似文献

采用3200型眼动记录仪,以小学三年级、小学五年级、初中一年级、高中一年级和大学各30名视力正常的学生为被试,记录了他们在有一定阅读任务要求下的眼睛注视方式。结果发现:阅读速度随年级升高而加快,且小学五年级组和初中一年级组、高中一年级组和大学生组之间差异显著;在读课文的过程中,各年级学生使用两种类型的国视和四种注视课文的方式;回视次数随年级升高而减少,且句间回视次数显著多于句内回视次数;各年级学生读课文时以使用直接和往复注视方式为主,以使用问题和不规则方式为辅。 相似文献

Advances in natural language processing provide accessible approaches to analyze psychological open‐ended data. However, comprehensive instruments for text analysis of stereotype content are missing. We developed stereotype content dictionaries using a semi‐automated method based on WordNet and word embeddings. These stereotype content dictionaries covered over 80% of open‐ended stereotypes about salient American social groups, compared to 20% coverage from words extracted directly from the stereotype content literature. The dictionaries showed high levels of internal consistency and validity, predicting stereotype scale ratings and human judgments of online text. We developed the R package Semi‐Automated Dictionary Creation for Analyzing Text (SADCAT; https://github.com/gandalfnicolas/SADCAT ) for access to the stereotype content dictionaries and the creation of novel dictionaries for constructs of interest. Potential applications of the dictionaries range from advancing person perception theories through laboratory studies and analysis of online data to identifying social biases in artificial intelligence, social media, and other ubiquitous text sources. 相似文献

采用EyeLink-Ⅱ眼动记录仪,探讨了大学生阅读句子时的词跳读率.实验采用2(语境预测性:可预测语境、不可预测语境)×2(词语熟悉度:高熟悉度、低熟悉度)的两因素重复测量设计.结果发现:(1)中文阅读中的词跳读率存在着语境效应,在可预测语境下对高熟悉度词的跳读率为45%,对低熟悉度词的为27%;在不可预测语境下对高熟悉度词的跳读率为10%,对低熟悉度词的为8%;(2)中文阅读的词跳读率存在着词汇的主观熟悉度效应,不论在何种语境下,高熟悉度词的跳读率为28%,而低熟悉度词的跳读率为18%;(3)中文阅读中,语境预测性和词汇的主观熟悉度共同作用于词跳读. 相似文献

Predictors of Asian American first‐year college students’ intention to participate in a culturally congruent mentoring program was empirically documented using Ajzen and Fishbein's (1980) theory of reasoned action (TRA). Intention to participate was predicted by the belief that participation eases transition to college. Also, attitude toward participation was positively related to students’ beliefs that participation will strengthen ethnic identity and combat model‐minority myth. With 78% of students who intended to participate, results suggest that Asian American college students need programming that addresses issues as first‐year college students and those related to their cultural experience. The use of the TRA to better understand issues related to peer mentoring is illuminated. Wider implications for implementing culturally congruent mentoring programs in educational settings are discussed. 相似文献

The apparent conflict between some fundamental ideas of Confucianism and of rights seems to render Confucianism incompatible with rights. I will illustrate the general strategies, based upon an insight of the later Rawls, to solve the incompatibility problem. I will then show how these strategies can help us to develop a Confucian account of animal rights, which, by way of example, demonstrates how Confucianism can endorse and develop unique and constructive accounts of most rights that are commonly recognized today. 相似文献
