中小学教师组织公民行为调查研究

采用曹科岩、龙君伟等人编制的《教师组织公民行为问卷》对296名中小学教师进行调查。结果表明:(1)专科学历教师在组织公民行为上的得分高于本科学历教师。(2)高级教师在组织公民行为上得分最高,一级教师次之,二级教师最低。(3)30～39岁和10～19年教龄的教师表现出最多的组织公民行为。

现在,中国有学者在讨论大学理念,这是重要的问题.从晚清办京师大学堂至今,中国现代教育已有百余年的历史,这期间,所谓"大学理念"的问题一直混乱不堪,中国的大学教育走过的是不堪回首的曲折历程,有很多值得认真总结的经验教训.     

Impact of a Faith-Based Social Justice Course on Pre-Service Teachers

Rapid demographic shifts are occurring around the country. United States’ public schools are more diverse than any time in history. To help prepare pre-service teachers for these shifts, this small-scale qualitative case study explored the impact of a required social justice course for pre-service educators at a large private Christian university in the Southwest United States. Findings suggest that social justice courses for pre-service teachers can have an impact on students’ conceptualizations of social justice and teaching as advocacy, a relationship between students’ Christian perspectives and social justice, and an enhanced role of social justice in students’ personal lives.     

Stereotypical Attitudes Toward Gender-Based Grade-Level Assignment of Japanese Elementary School Teachers

In Japanese elementary schools, principals and vice-principals determine the assignment of teachers to lower, upper, or middle grades. In this study, we examined principals' and vice-principals' attitudes toward gender in grade placement of teachers. The results showed that an overwhelming majority of principals and vice-principals held the stereotypical attitude that women are best suited to teach lower grades and men are best suited to teach upper grades. Moreover, we assumed that this attitude was related to perceptual distortions or stereotyping by principals and vice-principals regarding women's teaching preferences and women teachers' leadership ability.     

Designing for Online Distance Education: Putting Pedagogy Before Technology

Theological schools are increasingly exploring online distance education as a mode of course delivery. Yet while online course delivery has the potential for effective, deep learning it can also have a number of pitfalls. This article introduces online distance education and examines in detail the pedagogical possibilities for online learning by providing a number of examples drawn from online courses. While championing the use of online course delivery for theological schools, it also sounds a note of caution by advocating that the use of technology should be driven by sound pedagogical principles. Putting pedagogy before technology will insure quality education no matter what the content or mode of delivery.     

中小学教师心理授权的测量

本研究旨在编制适合我国实际教育情境的中小学教师心理授权问卷。在文献分析的基础上,结合开放式和半开放式问卷调查、教师访谈、专家访谈,采用分问卷开发技术,对1272份有效问卷进行了分析,结果表明中小学教师心理授权由心理授权体验、心理授权技能和心理授权行为三个分问卷构成。其中,心理授权体验包括自我效能、影响力、地位和自主性4个因素;心理授权技能包括决策参与技能和沟通交流技能2个因素;心理授权行为包括影响教学行为和决策参与行为2个因素。本研究编制的心理授权问卷共44个题项,信效度均达到了心理测量学要求,可以用作教师心理授权的测量。     

小学生心理健康教育探索

在现代社会身与心健康的人才能称之为一个健康的人．小学教育须重视对小学生的心理健康教育。最近几年．华东师范大学附属小学非常重视开展对全体学生的心理健康教育。在华东师范大学心理学教授的直接指导下。成立了心理健康辅导室．选择了两个班进行心理健康教育的试点,课题组有关教师共同探讨研究。进行了一系列的探索。     

The Impact of a Christian Liberal Arts Education on Faith Maturity

For four years, graduates of The King's University College (TKUC) three-year Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science programs were polled as to their perception of TKUC's success in attaining its missionstatement claims. The questionnaire results suggest that the claims, which pertain to “gaining a deeper understanding of God's creation, maturing and growing as Christians, contributing to an advancement of knowledge, and being of service to the community,” have been met for a substantial number of students. However, because the numbers are small, i.e., 132 students out of a possible population of 226, follow-up research will be necessary to determine whether perceived changes in students' faith and understanding are specifically attributable to the college's influence.     

Willed Forgetfulness: The Arts, Education and the Case for Unlearning

Established scholarship in arts education is invariably related to theories of development founded on notions of multiple intelligence and experiential learning. Yet when contemporary arts practice is retraced on a philosophical horizon, one begins to engage with other cases for learning. This state of affairs reveals art’s inherent paradox where the expectation of learning is substituted by forms of unlearning. This paper begins to approach unlearning through the tension between art and education, and more specifically through the dialectical relationship between education’s dialogic agonism and art’s negative antagonism. What is here being proposed as unlearning reflects a critique of the moral-pedagogical outlooks that are imposed on art where artworks are expected to tell stories of truth through their propensity towards the beautiful and the good. In re-reading experiential anticipation as a form of anamnesis (recollection) through a process of negation and contradiction, unlearning is also located in forms of mimetic scoping by which art’s assumed pedagogical trajectory turns into the opposite of recollection: as an act of willed forgetfulness. This peculiar ‘movement’ from a state of learning to that of unlearning constitutes the basis for a special kind of pedagogical aesthetics where the challenges of criticality and laterality articulate a special ‘world’ where learning may well work backwards.     

Examining Career Readiness in a Liberal Arts Undergraduate Career Planning Course

This study explored a career planning course at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities’ College of Liberal Arts. The course aimed to improve students’ career readiness through reflections about their liberal arts education. Individual interviews explored how the course affected students’ ability to articulate the value of their education to potential employers. The authors found that students learned how to articulate career competencies and developed an understanding of what a liberal arts education entails and how it aligns with career readiness. Implications for career development practice are highlighted.     

特殊教育教师职业人格量表的编制

本研究基于人–职匹配理论,结合中国特殊教育行业特征,编制了特殊教育教师职业人格量表,初步揭示了特殊教育教师的职业人格现状。以特殊教育教师为被试,采用调查、专家访谈方法,经项目分析与修改,最终确定包含7个维度36个项目的特殊教育教师职业人格量表。进一步分析发现,特殊教育教师职业人格量表具备较好的信效度,能够作为特殊教育教师职业人格的测量工具;我国特殊教育教师职业人格总体发展较好,在不同性别、年龄、教龄与职称方面存在差异。     

中小学师生的校园暴力内隐观研究

本研究用自编问卷对2386名中小学生和504名中小学教师进行了调查,结果表明,中小学师生普遍认可比较严重的身体攻击和性骚扰为校园暴力,不太认可言语攻击为校园暴力。学生的内隐观存在性别、城乡和年级差异,教师的内隐观基本不受性别、城乡、年级和学历影响。教师比学生更认可身体攻击为校园暴力,而学生比教师更认可言语攻击、财产破坏和一般性的体罚为校园暴力。

Using Expressive Arts in Online Education to Identify Feelings

The authors of this article present two creative teaching activities to illustrate how online counselor education can use expressive arts to promote awareness of how one feels. Included is a discussion of this awareness of feelings, the downside of expressing feelings, creative arts in counselor education, and how counselor education can promote feeling experiences. Two examples of expressive arts are offered with a brief discussion.     

Metaphorical Mapping: The Arts in Graduate Theological Education

Doctoral students in Bible, theology, ethics, history, preaching, worship, pastoral care, and Christian education come together for a required seminar in teaching. Assignments include reading and discussion, student‐led teaching demonstrations, and the ‘metaphorical mapping’ of each student's field of study. In developing their ‘metaphorical maps’ students use artistic and expressive media to demonstrate their understanding of their field. The assignment has been successful in establishing an open and mutually respectful climate in the classroom, in fostering a pattern of critical reflection on teaching, and in demonstrating appropriate inclusion of personal experience in the academic classroom.
