A microcomputer-controlled laboratory designed to incorporate the Motorola 6800 microprocessor unit is described. The microcomputer system is reliable, flexible, and expandable, as well as adaptable to the next generation of Motorola microprocessor components. A modular system design utilizes multiprocessing with separate microprocessor units dedicated to specific functions. This computer, when used with powerful, high-level software, provides a general-purpose psychology laboratory computer system that is easy to use.  相似文献

This is a tutorial in the application of digital integrated circuits to laboratory experimental design. For appropriate experiments, a hardware controller may be the most economical as well as the most enjoyable approach. By and large, the hardware profession has done a poor job of providing clear, straightforward principles of hardware design; therefore, the design process is often viewed as a “black art” accessible only to specialists. The computer software profession has begun to realize the vital need for systematic approaches to problem solving. In the 1960s when evaluation research came into fashion in the US, the assumption was that it would be used by public policymakers in an instrumental way for purposes of problem solving. This entailed a linear, knowledge-driven model for research utilization in which a direct relationship exists between knowing and doing (i.e., knowledge leads to action). The model combined the “rational” paradigm of organizational theory and the “scientific” paradigm of positivist philosophy of science into a consistent model of how evaluation research should be conducted and would be utilized. Both with respect to its normative and its empirical dimensions, original evaluation research model failed. Today evaluation research and its utilization are seen in quite a different perspective. However, though a parallel paradigm revolution or shift has taken place both with respect to the organization theory of evaluation research and its methodological basis, no new comprehensive and coherent evaluation research model has emerged to replace the original linear one. Erik Albaek is an associate professor of public administration at the University of Aarhus, Denmark. The hardware configuration of a psychopathology research and clinical laboratory is described. Design prerequisites that guided hardware selection include: flexibility in experimental control, ease of data handling, system mobility, operational simplicity, and a method of providing clinical feedback. 基于141篇文献的149项独立研究, 研究样本总人数达46261人的数据, 对挑战性-阻碍性二元压力及其亚组与员工创新的关系进行了元分析, 并检验了文化差异(权力距离、长-短期导向、个人-集体主义)、数据来源以及数据收集时间点的调节作用。结果表明: (1)挑战性压力及其亚组工作复杂性、任务冲突对员工创新存在显著正向影响, 阻碍性压力对员工创新存在显著负向影响。(2)文化差异性(个人-集体主义)对挑战性压力与员工创新的关系有调节作用, 文化差异性(权力距离高低、长-短期导向、个人-集体主义)对阻碍性压力与员工创新的关系有调节作用。(3)数据来源对二元工作压力与员工创新的关系有调节作用, 当员工创新数据来自自我评价时, 挑战性压力、阻碍性压力与员工创新关系的强度更强。(4)数据收集时间点仅对挑战性压力与员工创新的关系有调节作用, 横截面研究设计下, 挑战性压力与员工创新的关系更强。  相似文献

Psychotic and nonpsychotic psychiatric inpatients were tested on the Rorschach. "Reality-testing" was measured by four form-level scoring systems designed by Beck, Mayman, Becket, and Wilensky, The psychotic subjects were dichotomized on three diagnostic dimensions: schizophrenia, paranoia, and premorbid social adjustment. No significant differences were found for the Beck system. With the other systems, psychotics showed significantly poorer reality testing than nonpsychotics. No differenced were found for the schizophrenic and paranoid dimensions. The Phillips premorbid adjustment score was negatively correlated with all four measures of "reality-testing." The conclusion drawn was that Rorschach measures of "reality-testing" are associated with psychotic and poor premorbid functioning, but do not differentiate schizophrenic from nonschizophrenic psychotics or paranoid schizophrenics from nonparanoid schizophrenics.  相似文献
