基于自我调节学习模型的视角,探究正念对高中生学习倦怠的影响,采用正念注意觉知量表、生命意义感量表、津巴多时间洞察力问卷和青少年学习倦怠量表调查863名高中生。结果表明:(1)正念对高中生学习倦怠具有负向预测作用;(2)正念通过未来时间洞察力与生命意义感的独立中介作用及未来时间洞察力与生命意义感的链式中介作用间接影响学习倦怠。因此,正念可以负向预测高中生学习倦怠,提升未来时间洞察力与生命意义感可以缓解高中生学习倦怠,促进高中生身心健康。  相似文献

为考察述情障碍对大学生手机成瘾倾向的影响机制,以1224名大学生为被试,采用多伦多述情障碍量表、大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、孤独感量表和正念注意觉知量表进行测量。结果显示:(1)大学生述情障碍、手机成瘾倾向及孤独感彼此具有显著的相关性;(2)孤独感在述情障碍和手机成瘾倾向之间起到部分中介作用;(3)正念可以显著调节孤独感对大学生手机成瘾倾向的影响,正念和孤独感在述情障碍与大学生手机成瘾倾向之间形成了有调节的中介模型。  相似文献

基于自我决定理论,采用问卷法对广州市2所初中(初一和初二)和2所高中(高一和高二)共562名学生进行调查,考察了父母自主支持与青少年未来规划的关系,以及基本心理需要和个人成长主动性在其中的链式中介作用。结果发现:(1)父母自主支持显著正向预测青少年未来教育规划,但对未来职业规划的预测作用不显著;(2)基本心理需要和个人成长主动性在父母自主支持和青少年未来教育、职业规划之间均起着显著的链式中介作用;(3)纳入基本心理需要和个人成长主动性的中介作用后,父母自主支持对未来职业规划具有显著的负向残余效应,但对未来教育规划的残余效应不显著,这表明父母自主支持对青少年未来规划的影响可能存在坏的一面。因此,基本心理需要和个人成长主动性是影响父母自主支持与青少年未来规划之间关系的重要内因。  相似文献

基于正念的去自我中心机制,提出正念可通过观点采择与社会善念的链式中介对智慧产生正向效应的假设,运用问卷横断自评、正念干预和社会善念的操纵等多种方法从特质与状态层面进行验证(总样本量为909)。研究表明,特质层面的正念与社会善念、智慧两两正相关,可正向预测社会善念与智慧,并验证了社会善念的中介作用(研究1);从状态层面发现正念干预能在短期内有效提升个体的状态社会善念与智慧推理水平,再次验证社会善念的中介效应(研究2);受到操纵的社会善念也能够提升正念对智慧的正向预测效应,不仅验证了社会善念中介作用的稳健性,也验证了社会善念与智慧的因果关联,同时,观点采择与社会善念的链式中介作用也得到了研究结果的支持(研究3),即具备特质正念或进行正念练习时体验状态正念的个体,更易运用观点采择能力,在人际互动中表现出善意关注,由此作出考量他人的智慧决策。  相似文献

采用问卷法对2436名四至九年级留守儿童进行调查,以考察歧视知觉与行为适应(亲社会行为、不良行为)的关系以及个人成长主动性在其中的作用。结果发现,歧视知觉负向预测亲社会行为、正向预测不良行为;在此关系中,个人成长主动性有中介作用,歧视知觉部分通过削弱个人成长主动性进而影响行为适应;个人成长主动性也有调节作用,随着个人成长主动性水平的提升,歧视知觉对亲社会行为的抑制作用加强、对不良行为的消极效应减弱。  相似文献

为探讨网络社会排斥对抑郁的影响以及自尊和正念在二者关系中的作用机制,采用网络社会排斥问卷、自尊量表、正念注意觉知量表和流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)对644名大学生进行调查,结果发现:(1)网络社会排斥不仅能直接影响抑郁,还能通过自尊的中介作用对抑郁产生影响。(2)正念能够调节网络社会排斥对抑郁的直接效应及自尊的中介效应的前半路径。具体而言,网络社会排斥对抑郁的预测作用以及自尊的中介作用在低正念个体中更加显著。研究结果表明,作为一种消极的人际关系体验,网络社会排斥会增加个体抑郁的风险,而正念能够弱化网络社会排斥的消极影响。  相似文献

该研究探讨了主动性人格与小学教师工作满意度的关系,并提出一个有调节的中介模型,考察个人-工作匹配的中介效应和工作-家庭冲突对该效应的调节效应。研究采用主动性人格量表、个人-工作匹配量表、工作-家庭冲突量表和工作满意度量表对8所小学420名教师进行测查,结果表明:(1)主动性人格对个人-工作匹配和工作满意度均有显著的正向预测作用;(2)个人-工作匹配在主动性人格与工作满意度之间起着中介作用;(3)个人-工作匹配与工作满意度的关系(中介效应的后半段路径)受到工作-家庭冲突的调节,即工作-家庭冲突可以降低个人-工作匹配对工作满意度的正向影响。因此,主动性人格和工作满意度之间存在有调节的中介效应。  相似文献

采用道德认同量表、人际反应指针量表、亲社会行为倾向量表和五因素正念度量表对533名大学生进行调查,探讨道德认同对大学生亲社会行为倾向的影响机制。结果表明:(1)道德认同的两个维度—道德认同内化和道德认同符号化均能正向预测大学生亲社会行为倾向;(2)共情在道德认同内化和符号化对大学生亲社会行为倾向的影响过程中起部分中介作用;(3)正念在道德认同内化和符号化通过共情对大学生亲社会行为倾向的影响过程中起调节作用,正念减弱了道德认同符号化对亲社会行为倾向的正向影响,增强了共情对亲社会行为倾向的正向影响。  相似文献

为了探讨母亲正念与幼儿问题行为的关系以及正念养育和亲子关系在其中的作用,本研究对480名4-6岁幼儿的母亲进行问卷调查,由母亲填写正念注意知觉量表、正念养育量表、亲子关系量表和幼儿困难与长处问卷。结果发现:(1)母亲正念可以显著负向预测幼儿问题行为;(2)正念养育在母亲正念和幼儿问题行为之间起独立中介作用;(3)亲子冲突在母亲正念和幼儿问题行为之间起独立中介作用;(4)正念养育、亲子关系(亲子冲突和亲子亲密)在母亲正念和幼儿问题行为之间起链式中介作用。研究结果进一步揭示了母亲正念对幼儿问题行为影响的内在机制。  相似文献

探讨社会比较对大学生抑郁的影响机制,采用社会比较倾向量表、物质主义价值观量表、正念注意觉知量表和抑郁问卷,对980名大学生进行了调查研究。结果表明:1.社会比较和物质主义价值观都显著正向预测了大学生抑郁; 2.物质主义价值观在社会比较对大学生抑郁的影响中起部分中介作用; 3.正念在社会比较通过物质主义价值观对大学生抑郁产生影响的中介过程中起调节作用,正念调节了中介过程的后半路径。因此,在社会比较对大学生抑郁的影响过程中,物质主义价值观起到了部分中介作用,正念起到了调节作用。  相似文献

Mindfulness meditation has gained a great deal of attention in recent years due to the variety of physical and psychological benefits, including improved working memory, decreased mind wandering and reduced impact of stress on working memory. The current study examined a 1-week at home mindfulness meditation intervention compared to an active control intervention. Results suggest that mindfulness meditation does not increase working memory or decrease mind wandering but does prevent stress related working memory impairments. Mindfulness meditation appears to alter the factors that impair working memory such that the negative impact of mind wandering on working memory was only evident at higher levels of negative affect. The use of cognitive mechanism words in narratives of stressful events did not differ by condition but predicted poorer working memory in the control condition. The results support the use of an at home mindfulness meditation intervention for reducing stress-related impairments.  相似文献

越来越多的研究表明,正念冥想训练影响情绪加工。本文从正念冥想训练水平(包括临时训练、短时训练和长期训练)角度出发,系统回顾了不同水平的正念冥想训练对情绪加工的调节效应。综述发现,不同水平正念冥想训练都能够提高个体情绪调节能力,临时正念冥想训练作为一种有效的情绪调节方法影响情绪加工,而短期正念冥想训练和长期禅修训练通过增加个体正念意识,增强个体情绪接受力影响情绪加工。未来的研究需进一步在区分正念冥想训练时间和正念冥想训练类别基础上,探讨正念冥想训练影响情绪加工的认知神经机制。  相似文献

This paper interprets Buddhist meditation from perspectives of Western psychology and explores the common grounds shared by the two disciplines. Cognitive operations in Buddhist meditation are mainly characterized by mindfulness and concentration in relation to attention. Mindfulness in particular plays a pivotal role in regulating attention. My study based on Buddhist literature corroborates significant correspondence between mindfulness and metacognition as propounded by some psychologists. In vipassanā meditation, mindfulness regulates attention in such a way that attention is directed to monitor the ever-changing experiences from moment to moment so that the practitioner attains the ‘metacognitive insight’ into the nature of things. In samatha meditation, mindfulness picks an object as the focus of ‘selective attention' and monitors whether attention is concentrated on the chosen object so as to attain the state of ‘concentration’. Nimitta that appears in a deep state of concentration resembles ‘imagery’ in psychology. Mindfulness consists in the wholesome functioning of saññā. A finding by psychologists supports my view that saññā can act as perception on the one hand and, on the other hand, it can produce nimitta ‘imagery’ in deep meditation where perception is suspended.  相似文献

Mindfulness training has well-documented effects on psychological health. Recent findings suggest that increases in both mindfulness and self-compassion may mediate these outcomes; however, their separate and combined effects are rarely examined in the same participants. This study investigated cross-sectional relationships between self-reported mindfulness, self-compassion, meditation experience, and psychological wellbeing in 77 experienced meditators and 75 demographically matched nonmeditators. Most mindfulness and self-compassion scores were significantly correlated with meditation experience and psychological wellbeing. Mindfulness and self-compassion accounted for significant independent variance in wellbeing. A significant relationship between meditation experience and wellbeing was completely accounted for by a combination of mindfulness and self-compassion scores. Findings suggest that both mindfulness and self-compassion skills may play important roles in the improved wellbeing associated with mindfulness training; however, longitudinal studies are needed to confirm these findings.  相似文献

Research has increasingly focussed on the benefits of meditation in everyday life and performance. Mindfulness in particular improves attention, working memory capacity, and reading comprehension. Given its emphasis on moment-to-moment awareness, we hypothesised that mindfulness meditation would alter time perception. Using a within-subjects design, participants carried out a temporal bisection task, where several probe durations are compared to “short” and “long” standards. Following this, participants either listened to an audiobook or a meditation that focussed on the movement of breath in the body. Finally, participants completed the temporal bisection task for a second time. The control group showed no change after the listening task. However, meditation led to a relative overestimation of durations. Within an internal clock framework, a change in attentional resources can produce longer perceived durations. This meditative effect has wider implications for the use of mindfulness as an everyday practice and a basis for clinical treatment.  相似文献

正念冥想是有意识、非评判地将注意集中于当下经验的方法。近年来,正念冥想作为一种潜在的方法被引进到ADHD儿童干预领域。因为ADHD儿童的特异性,为了增加正念冥想方案对ADHD儿童的适切性,研究者从练习设置、奖励系统、解释方式和家长纳入几个方面对标准的正念减压训练方案做了改编。越来越多的研究证据表明,正念冥想训练能有效地减轻ADHD儿童的核心缺陷、改善其内外化症状和亲子关系。本文通过对已有相关实证研究的分析认为这些积极的影响可能与ADHD儿童的执行功能与去中心化等心理功能的改善有关,而大脑相关区域激活模式的变化和结构的积极改变可能是正念冥想影响ADHD儿童的神经基础。文章也提出已有研究在内容和方法学上的不足及其以后的探究方向。  相似文献

Mindfulness meditation describes a set of different mental techniques to train attention and awareness. Trait mindfulness and extended mindfulness interventions can benefit self-control. The present study investigated the short-term consequences of mindfulness meditation under conditions of limited self-control resources. Specifically, we hypothesized that a brief period of mindfulness meditation would counteract the deleterious effect that the exertion of self-control has on subsequent self-control performance. Participants who had been depleted of self-control resources by an emotion suppression task showed decrements in self-control performance as compared to participants who had not suppressed emotions. However, participants who had meditated after emotion suppression performed equally well on the subsequent self-control task as participants who had not exerted self-control previously. This finding suggests that a brief period of mindfulness meditation may serve as a quick and efficient strategy to foster self-control under conditions of low resources.  相似文献

The current study is a pilot trial to examine the effects of a nonelective, classroom-based, teacher-implemented, mindfulness meditation intervention on standard clinical measures of mental health and affect in middle school children. A total of 101 healthy sixth-grade students (55 boys, 46 girls) were randomized to either an Asian history course with daily mindfulness meditation practice (intervention group) or an African history course with a matched experiential activity (active control group). Self-reported measures included the Youth Self Report (YSR), a modified Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and the Cognitive and Affective Mindfulness Measure –Revised. Both groups decreased significantly on clinical syndrome subscales and affect but did not differ in the extent of their improvements. Meditators were significantly less likely to develop suicidal ideation or thoughts of self-harm than controls. These results suggest that mindfulness training may yield both unique and non-specific benefits that are shared by other novel activities.  相似文献

The authors examine the facet structure of mindfulness using five recently developed mindfulness questionnaires. Two large samples of undergraduate students completed mindfulness questionnaires and measures of other constructs. Psychometric properties of the mindfulness questionnaires were examined, including internal consistency and convergent and discriminant relationships with other variables. Factor analyses of the combined pool of items from the mindfulness questionnaires suggested that collectively they contain five clear, interpretable facets of mindfulness. Hierarchical confirmatory factor analyses suggested that at least four of the identified factors are components of an overall mindfulness construct and that the factor structure of mindfulness may vary with meditation experience. Mindfulness facets were shown to be differentially correlated in expected ways with several other constructs and to have incremental validity in the prediction of psychological symptoms. Findings suggest that conceptualizing mindfulness as a multifaceted construct is helpful in understanding its components and its relationships with other variables.  相似文献
