该研究选取30名被试,采用任务分离实验研究范式探讨不同表面特征图片对内隐记忆和外显记忆的影响。以32张动物图片为实验材料,其中鱼类和鸟类图片各半。两类图片中一半为黑白图片,另一半为彩色图片,所有实验材料用E—Prime软件呈现在电脑上。结果表明:(1)不同表面特征图片的再认成绩(外显记忆)显著好于偏好再认成绩(内隐记忆),即外显记忆成绩好于内隐记忆;(2)在再认测验和偏好判断测验中,再认成绩和偏好再认成绩在图片表面特征的两个水平上存在显著差异;(3)控制组的偏好再认成绩显著好于实验组的偏好再认成绩,即控制组的内隐记忆好于实验组。结论:刺激材料的表面特征既是外显记忆的内容,也是影响外显记忆的重要因素;内隐记忆的作业成绩高度依赖于刺激材料的表面特征,刺激材料的表面特征是影响两种记忆的重要因素。  相似文献

采用刺激分类范式,要求被试判断呈现刺激的性质(实验一和实验三)或颜色(实验二),旨在考察随机呈现不同类型刺激材料对数字和字母SNARC效应的影响以及不同类型刺激材料加工中是否存在刺激—反应相容性效应。结果发现:(1)数字和字母性质和颜色分类任务中均未出现数字SNARC效应和字母SNARC效应。(2)数字和字母的性质和颜色分类任务中,左手对字母的反应更快,右手对数字的反应更快。数字和汉字性质分类时,左手对汉字反应更快,右手对数字反应更快,不同类型刺激分类时出现刺激—反应相客性效应。(3)本研究发现不同类型刺激分类加工中存在刺激—反应相容性效应,这种效应可以被自动激活,并具有一定的普遍性。不同类型刺激分类中的刺激—反应相容性效应对SNARC效应具有抑制作用。  相似文献

采用任务分离范式考察汉字学习的三种方式—只学习汉字、结合图画学习汉字、结合东巴文学习汉字对幼儿汉字字形记忆的影响。实验1采用再认任务考察学习方式对汉字字形外显记忆的影响, 分为学习、干扰、即时测试和延迟测试4个阶段。80名幼儿被分配进汉字组、东巴文组、东巴文-汉字组和图画-汉字组, 并接受统一的教学指导语。结果表明, 无论是即时测试还是延迟测试, 东巴文-汉字组的再认成绩均显著好于图画-汉字组和汉字组; 即时测试的再认成绩均好于延迟测试; 名词的再认成绩均好于动词。实验2采用偏好判断任务考察学习方式对汉字字形内隐记忆的影响。结果表明, 无论是即时测试 还是延时测试, 东巴文-汉字组的内隐启动量均显著大于其他各组; 即时测试与延迟测试的内隐启动量无显著差异; 名词的内隐启动量显著大于动词。整个研究表明, 东巴文对幼儿的汉字字形记忆具有明显的促进作用。所以如此, 既与东巴文的象形和表意性质有关, 也与东巴文与汉字的结构相似有关, 还与幼儿的认知特点有关。  相似文献

成人和小学生在速示条件下再认汉字和双字词,结果表明,成人和小学生再认不同结构类型的汉字有共同的规律:结构上属于两边对称的字较易再认,半包围型的字较难再认。成人和小学生在再认过程中抽取汉字的特征也有共同之点:对左右结构型的字往往抽取字的右下角的笔划,对半包围型的字则往往抽取字的左上角的笔划。不同再认的方式(读出和指认)对再认的成绩有明显的差别。在指认条件下由于有视觉反馈,再认成绩大为提高。本实验的结果对识字教学和机器自动识到汉字装置的设计,可能有某些参考意义。  相似文献

实验用实字、虚字、与被试自身相关字三类汉字作刺激材料,将直接测量(再认任务)和间接测量(喜好判断任务)进行匹配,考察了被试对不同类别汉字在两种测量方式中的反应。结果发现:实字和虚字间在各种不同的实验处理中均未表现出明显的差异;中性汉字和自我关联汉字都在直接测量的两种注意水平间产生了显著差异,而在间接测量时未产生显著差异;“拥有效应”的作用不是单向的,当自我关联汉字处于注意焦点以外的位置时,直接测量出现了反转的结果。  相似文献

该实验考察了在“知道感”(FOK)任务中的字词和图片的感受性和判断标准的差异。实验运用Hart的“回忆—FOK判断—再认”(RJR)范式,用字词和图片作为刺激材料,采用两种不同的加工水平,并根据信号检测论中的评价法对结果进行分析,结果表明:在知道感任务中,只有在线索回忆正确百分率和FOK判断等级上表现出了图片优势效应,而再认正确率和FOK准确性则没有图片优势;而且,不论是深加工还是浅加工,被试对字词和图片的感受性都没有显著性差异,但判断标准的变化较为复杂,且受加工水平的影响较大,显示出图片优势效应的产生与被试的反应偏向有关。  相似文献

内隐序列学习到底能习得何种知识呢?已有研究从任务分离范式发展到加工分离程序试图来捕获习得的知识。本研究根据信号检测论原理把三元素再认测验的成绩离析成击中率和虚报率, 再试图运用加工分离程序的思想来分离习得的意识知识和无意识知识, 为示区别将这种测验命名为片段再认任务, 并以序列生成任务为效标, 通过两个实验来检验片段再认任务的效度和敏感性。实验1以反应–刺激间隔(RSI)为自变量来检验片段再认任务和序列生成任务在测量习得知识上的效度, 结果显示前者的效度高于后者; 实验2进行测验的敏感性分析, 以参与度为自变量, 结果表明前者更为灵敏所以测量效度高。总之, 与序列生成任务相比, 片段再认任务是一种高效而灵敏的测量工具。  相似文献

研究采用实验法,以288名中小学生为被试,考察了不同情绪状态、不同情绪调节策略与不同类型情绪材料记忆的关系。结果表明:(1)快乐情绪的再认反应时短于悲伤情绪,快乐情绪的再认正确率高于悲伤情绪。(2)表达抑制策略下,词汇与图片的再认反应时无显著差异;认知重评策略下,词汇的再认反应时短于图片;对词汇和图片的再认反应时,认知重评组短于表达抑制组;认知重评组的再认正确率高于表达抑制组。(3)快乐材料再认反应时短于悲伤材料;快乐情绪下快乐材料的再认正确率高于悲伤材料,悲伤情绪下悲伤材料的再认正确率高于快乐材料。  相似文献

交通警示是指用文字或符号传递引导、限制、警告或指示信息的道路设施,其呈现方式主要为文字类、图片类和图文结合类。研究以120名青年人为被试,探讨了民众对三种交通警示标识的记忆效果。结果发现,民众对不同类型交通警示标识的记忆效果存在显著差异,具体表现为:(1)自由回忆成绩上,图片类交通警示的成绩最好,图文结合类次之,文字类的成绩最差;(2)再认反应时上,图片类交通警示标识的再认时间最短,图文结合类警示标识的再认时间最长;(3)再认正确率上,图片类交通警示标识的再认正确率最高,文字类警示标识的再认正确率最低。结果表明,民众对图片类交通警示标识的记忆效果优于图文结合类和文字类。  相似文献

旨在探究网络成瘾者和非成瘾者在言语工作记忆任务和视觉工作记忆任务中,面对网络相关刺激与网络无关刺激的ERP成分差异。利用词汇和图片材料,招募网络成瘾者以及非成瘾者各30名参加了N-back(N=2)工作记忆任务的ERP实验,同时记录行为数据及EEG,离线处理数据。结果发现:(1)在视觉工作记忆任务中,与网络无关图片相比,两组被试对网络相关图片的反应时显著更长,正确率也显著更低,而在言语工作记忆中无此显著差异;(2)非成瘾者面对网络相关图片产生的N2波幅显著高于网络无关图片,网络成瘾者对网络相关图片产生的P3波幅显著高于网络无关图片。两组差异表明网络成瘾者在言语工作记忆和视觉工作记忆上对网络相关刺激的早期加工存在差异,网络成瘾者对网络相关图片的视觉工作记忆水平较低。  相似文献

Thirty-nine young adult participants performing the visual and tactile n-back working memory task were compared. In the visual task, letters were presented on a computer screen and in the tactile task, plastic letters embedded on a board were explored tactually. The amount of incorrect responses increased with increasing memory load in both tasks, but was significantly lower in the visual task. Subgrouping the participants with extreme performances into "skilled" and "poor" performers showed that the best performance was found among "skilled" visual performers, and the worst one among "poor" tactile performers. There was more interindividual variation among tactile than visual performance. We conclude that tactile working memory capacity, measured here by letter recognition and letter memory, is generally more limited and shows more variability than visual memory in normal sighted participants.  相似文献

控制感剥夺会阻碍工作记忆中的转换功能,但对工作记忆中刷新功能的影响机制尚不清楚。据此,本文通过两个实验来探究控制感剥夺对工作记忆刷新功能的影响。结果发现,相较于基线水平,无论是通过行为无助任务(实验1)还是通过信息无助任务(实验2)操纵的稳定控制感剥夺均未阻碍随后的刷新任务;但在不稳定控制感剥夺的条件下(实验2),刷新任务的成绩显著降低。这表明,控制感剥夺对工作记忆刷新功能的影响依赖于对其操纵的稳定性。  相似文献

Research on working memory has suggested domain-specific components for visual, verbal, and spatial information, and more recently for emotion. Affective working memory has been proposed as the set of processes involved in the maintenance of emotions to guide behaviour. The current study examined the reliability of an emotion maintenance/affective working memory task over two experimental sessions separated by one week. Subjective accuracy based on individual ratings was found to correlate over time and was highest for negatively valenced pictures. Results suggest that this paradigm is a reliable measure of emotion maintenance, underscoring the utility of this measure as an assessment tool for normative and clinical populations.  相似文献

Several authors have hypothesized that visuo-spatial working memory is functionally analogous to verbal working memory. Irrelevant background speech impairs verbal short-term memory. We investigated whether irrelevant visual information has an analogous effect on visual short-term memory, using a dynamic visual noise (DVN) technique known to disrupt visual imagery (Quinn & McConnell, 1996b). Experiment 1 replicated the effect of DVN on pegword imagery. Experiments 2 and 3 showed no effect of DVN on recall of static matrix patterns, despite a significant effect of a concurrent spatial tapping task. Experiment 4 showed no effect of DVN on encoding or maintenance of arrays of matrix patterns, despite testing memory by a recognition procedure to encourage visual rather than spatial processing. Serial position curves showed a one-item recency effect typical of visual short-term memory. Experiment 5 showed no effect of DVN on short-term recognition of Chinese characters, despite effects of visual similarity and a concurrent colour memory task that confirmed visual processing of the characters. We conclude that irrelevant visual noise does not impair visual short-term memory. Visual working memory may not be functionally analogous to verbal working memory, and different cognitive processes may underlie visual short-term memory and visual imagery.  相似文献

To improve maintenance of task-relevant information in visual working memory (VWM), previously encoded, but no longer relevant, information can be suppressed or forgotten. However, it is unclear whether a cue directing attention to a subset of stimuli leads to complete forgetting for non-cued stimuli. The current study utilized a novel method of testing to-be forgotten information to determine if the effectiveness of forgetting differs depending on the type of encoded stimuli. Participants performed a directed forgetting change detection task, and importantly, the changed stimulus could be a novel stimulus or a to-be-forgotten stimulus. Stimulus type (colors, objects, or shapes) was manipulated across two experiments. Results suggest that a cue benefits memory for to-be-remembered information, but performance is not equivalent to never encoding to-be-forgotten information. Furthermore, the type of encoded information impacts the extent of forgetting.  相似文献

Visual search behaviour is guided by mental representations of targets that direct attention toward relevant features in the environment. Electrophysiological data suggests these target templates are maintained by visual working memory during search for novel targets and rapidly transfer to long term memory with target repetition. If this account is correct, an individual’s working memory capacity should be more predictive of search performance for novel targets than repeated targets. Across six experiments, we tested this hypothesis using both single (Experiments 5 and 6) and multiple (Experiments 1–4) target search tasks with three different types of stimuli (real world objects, letters, and triple conjunction shapes). Each target set was repeated for six consecutive trials. In addition, we estimated visual working memory capacity using a change detection working memory task. Overall, working memory capacity did not predict response time or efficiency in the visual search task. However, working memory capacity was equally predictive of search accuracy for both novel and repeated targets. These results suggest that working memory requirements do not substantially differ between novel and repeated target search, and working memory capacity may continue to play an important role in the encoding or maintenance of target representations after they are presumed to be in long term memory.  相似文献

Dual-process accounts of working memory have suggested distinct encoding processes for verbal and visual information in working memory, but encoding for nonspeech sounds (e.g., tones) is not well understood. This experiment modified the sentence–picture verification task to include nonspeech sounds with a complete factorial examination of all possible stimulus pairings. Participants studied simple stimuli–pictures, sentences, or sounds–and encoded the stimuli verbally, as visual images, or as auditory images. Participants then compared their encoded representations to verification stimuli–again pictures, sentences, or sounds–in a two-choice reaction time task. With some caveats, the encoding strategy appeared to be as important or more important than the external format of the initial stimulus in determining the speed of verification decisions. Findings suggested that: (1) auditory imagery may be distinct from verbal and visuospatial processing in working memory; (2) visual perception but not visual imagery may automatically activate concurrent verbal codes; and (3) the effects of hearing a sound may linger for some time despite recoding in working memory. We discuss the role of auditory imagery in dual-process theories of working memory.  相似文献

Three experiments examined the cognitive costs of item switching within working memory with a novel word updating task, thereby extending previous research to the field of linguistic stimuli and linguistic-graphemic updating operations. In Experiments 1 and 2 costs for switching between working memory items were evident on the word level, and they increased with an increasing word set size (Experiment 2). In contrast, a surprisingly similar switch effect on the level of letters was not affected by word set size (Experiment 2). Experiment 3 showed that this effect is not simply based on the need for re-orienting visual spatial attention. To account for the overall picture of results, a recursive model of attentional foci is proposed. Moreover, individual working memory span appears to be associated with the accuracy of item switching, but not with its speed.  相似文献
