通过对大学学习情境中的承诺和倦怠的研究,编制了适用于大学生学习心理研究的大学生专业承诺量表和大学生学习倦怠量表。对量表统计分析后表明:专业承诺包括情感承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺和理想承诺四个维度;学习倦怠包括情绪低落、行为不当和成就感低三个维度,量表具有良好的信度和效度。回归分析证明,情感承诺是大学生学习倦怠的重要预测变量。  相似文献

本文运用多元概化理论对情绪智力量表(EIS)的测量信度进行探讨,得到以下研究结论:(1)EIS的整体测量信度较高,它既可用于常模参照测验,也可用于标准参照测验;在它的四个维度中,感知情绪、自我调控情绪和调控他人情绪维度有较好的测量信度,而运用情绪维度的测量信度稍差,需要改善;(2)EIS在决定各因子的分量比例方面不尽完善;(3)要想提高运用情绪因子的测量信度,除了增加运用情绪分量表的题目数外,还得改进题目的质量.  相似文献

查询了1991~2014近24年发表的782篇BFI-44中、英文文献,最终筛选出85篇英文文献,采用信度概化方法对其进行了元分析。分析考察了BFI-44各维度的α系数值的分布与变化范围,并以样本量、国籍、测验语言版本、平均年龄、男女比例作为预测变量,通过回归分析探究了影响BFI-44信度水平的因素。结果显示BFI-44各维度α系数均接近0.8;样本量、国籍、男女比例对各维度的信度水平有不同程度的影响。建议在应用BFI-44测验时,要报告BFI-44当前测试样本的α系数,忌犯"信度引入"错误,同时应注意样本量、文化差异、被试比例对α系数的影响。  相似文献

应用项目反应理论为初中各年级编制了词汇理解能力的测验,其中包含了143个多项选择的词汇项目,经过反复预测和大规模的正式测试,证关了这三个测验的量表拟全于2PL模型,项目特征曲线拟合度良好的项目占全体项目数90%以上,能力的一维性也得以确认,经等值化后,各年级的区分度均值分别为0.61(初一),0.59(初二),0.55(初三)难度均值分别为-1.61,-1.30,-0.56。  相似文献

以华南师范大学及彰化师范大学的大学生为被试,抽取大一至大四共440人为预测样本及1493人为正式施测样本,通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析编制大学生适应性量表,并通过t检验和单因素方差分析考察两岸大学生适应性情况的差异。结果显示:(1)大学生适应性量表由目标规划、学习趋向、人际关系及环境认同4个维度组成,具有良好的信度与效度;(2)两岸大学生在总体适应性、目标规划、学习趋向及环境认同维度上差异显著;(3)不同专业的两岸大学生适应性差异显著,且校园活动对两岸大学生适应影响显著。  相似文献

本文介绍了中国-韦氏幼儿智力量表(C-WYCSI)的编制情况。C-WYCSI是以WPPSI为蓝本编制,包括城市常模(N=2200人)和农村常模(N=1120人)。作者从心理测量学角度对常模的构成、测验项目的筛选及上下限、信度和效度等问题进行了分析与讨论。结果提示:尽管C-WYCSI改变很大,但项目的难度和区分度是较满意的;城市常模的测验下限明显改善,但上限不及原量表;各种信度均达到测量学认可的水平;效度研究结果表明:C-WYCSI较好地保持了WPPSI的功能。  相似文献

对中国7种主要的心理学杂志,于1998-2008年间发表的与EPQ有关的研究报告或论文做信度概化分析,并与Caruso等人对其他国家的EPQ信度概化分析结果作比较。分析结果表明:中外心理量表使用者都存在严重的“信度引入”的状况;分量表的分数的标准差是信度系数最重要的预测变量;但其他预测变量有所不同。提供的启示是:使用心理量表时一定要报告当前样本的信度系数;不符合心理量表特性要求而增加项目,不一定能提高测验结果的信度。  相似文献

随着验证性因子分析模型的应用, 信度研究进入了崭新的发展阶段。新世纪前20年国内有关测验信度的研究有三条发展主线。一是基于验证性因子模型的信度发展, 包括同质性系数、合成信度、最大信度等; 二是数据类型的拓展, 包括两水平和追踪数据的信度; 三是信度用途的拓展, 如评分者信度、编码者信度等。对于通常的测验(题目之间的测量误差不相关), 如果α系数够高, 信度就够高; 否则使用合成信度。如果一个统计模型中所有变量的合成信度都很高(超过0.95), 使用显变量建模与使用潜变量建模的结果差别不大; 否则, 使用潜变量建模较好。  相似文献

诚信度测验是指在招聘和选拔过程中用于评价应聘者的诚实、诚信、可依靠性,从而预测他们的偷盗、违反纪律、反工作行为以及今后工作业绩的以纸笔测验为主的测验工具。文章对西方诚信度测验的发展和应用现状做出了综述,指出诚信度测验具有较好的信度和效度。大五人格模型中的责任感、宜人性和情绪稳定性是诚信度测验潜在的测量内容,但诚信度测验与大五人格模型以外的其它人格维度也存在较高的相关性。诚信度测验对反工作行为和整体工作绩效具有良好的预测效度。文章在总结诚信度测验存在的一些争议和问题的基础上,提出了它在中国企业员工招聘和选拔中应用的若干建议  相似文献

该研究探讨高校教师人格对心理资本与心理健康状况的影响。研究对南昌三所高校270名教师进行了心理资本、症状自评量表和人格测验,分别用SPSSl7.0和LISREL$.71进行了t检验和建构了结构方程模型。结果表明,心理资本、心理健康和人格测验分数的性别差异、职称差异不显著,t值在0.11到1.28之间,均有P〉0.05。大学教师人格的三个维度均对其心理健康与心理资本有中等程度的影响,E维度和P雏度对心理健康的影响系数为-0.39和0.52;E雏度、N维度和P维度对心理资本的影响系数为0.54、-0.43和0.52;人格E、N、P维度经心理资本的部分中介作用,时心理健康的间接效应是-0.23、0.18和O.23,t值分别为-3.25、2.96和3.25,P值均小于O.01。结论:大学教师的人格与其心理资本和心理健康问题具有紧密的关联性。关注大学教师的心理健康问题。必须同时关注他们的人格与心理资本的问题。  相似文献

In this article we investigate relations between general and specific measures of self-rated affect and markers of Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness. Replicating previous research, we found strong and pervasive associations between Neuroticism, its facets, and the various negative affects; and between Extraversion, its facets, and the positive affects. Conscientiousness also had a significant, independent relation with general positive affect, but this effect was entirely due to the specific affect of attentiveness, which was more strongly related to Conscientiousness than Extraversion. Conversely, only the achievement facet of Conscientiousness correlated broadly with the positive affects. Finally, hostility had a strong independent association with (low) Agreeableness. The results for Neuroticism and Extraversion further clarify the temperamental basis of these higher order trait dimensions; whereas those obtained for Agreeableness and Conscientiousness illustrate the importance of examining personality-affect relations at the lower order level.  相似文献

This empirically derived model consists of the major factors of Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness. Currently there is only one commercially available measure of these dimensions: The NEO Personality Inventory (NEO-PI). The NEO-PI measures each of these global domains as well as more specific facets of Neuroticism, Extraversion, and Openness to Experience. The new revision of the NEO-PI (NEO-PIR) now includes facet scales for Agreeableness and Conscientiousness. The purpose of this article is to provide a psychometric evaluation of these new scales using a sample of working adults and relying on both self-report and observer ratings. Although much is known about personality and individuals' job performance, only a few studies have considered the effects of team‐level personality on team performance. Existing research examining the effects of personality on team performance has found that, of the Big Five factors of personality, Conscientiousness is often the most important predictor. Accordingly, we investigated the criterion validity of lower‐level Conscientiousness traits to determine whether any one trait is particularly predictive of team performance. In addition to Conscientiousness, we examined the criterion validity of the other Big Five personality factors. We found that Conscientiousness and its facets predicted team performance. Agreeableness, Extraversion and Neuroticism were not predictive of team performance, whereas Openness had a modest negative relation with team performance. A longitudinal design was used to test theoretically derived interactive effects of traits on adjustment to relocation 1, 8, and 15 months after relocation of elderly women. Openness interacted with Neuroticism and with Extraversion in affecting changes in distress after relocation by amplifying the basic emotional tendencies of Neuroticism and Extraversion. These were delayed effects, occurring only 15 months after relocation. Openness also interacted with Neuroticism in predicting changes in psychological well-being with the effects occurring primarily early in postmove adjustment. In addition, Extraversion interacted with Conscientiousness and with Agreeableness in predicting changes in distress, such that the beneficial effects of Conscientiousness and Agreeableness were evident only for individuals low on Extraversion. These effects were consistent across time, showing long-term effects. Overall, the findings demonstrate the multiplicity of ways in which trait interactions predict dynamic adjustment to a life transition.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to examine the relation of the Big Five personality factors to two self‐concept variables of growing importance in creativity literature: creative self‐efficacy (CSE) and creative personal identity (CPI). The analysis, conducted on a large (N = 2674, 49.6% women) and varied‐in‐age (15–59 years old) nationwide sample of Poles, using the structural equation model, demonstrated that personality factors are responsible for 23% of CSE and 21% of CPI variances. CSE and CPI were associated with all five personality dimensions: positively with Openness to Experience, Extraversion and Conscientiousness, negatively with Neuroticism and Agreeableness. The separate analyses conducted on men and women showed the differences among the predictors of CSE and CPI. Although Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, and Neuroticism predicted CSE among both men and women, Extraversion was positively and Agreeableness negatively related to women's CSE. Conscientiousness was positively related to CPI only among men, and Agreeableness was negatively related to it only among women. Extraversion, Neuroticism, and Openness predicted CPI in the same manner among men and women.  相似文献

Long-term stability in the Big Five personality traits in adulthood   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This study investigated the stability of the Big Five personality traits in adulthood from age 33 to 42. Participants (89 men, 103 women) were drawn from the ongoing Jyväskylä Longitudinal Study of Personality and Social Development. The results showed that the mean‐level of Neuroticism decreased whereas the mean‐level of Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness increased from age 33 to 42. The Structural Equation Modeling analyses revealed both gender differences and similarities in the rank‐order stability of the Big Five: Neuroticism and Extraversion were more stable in men than in women, whereas Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness were as stable in men as in women. Stability coefficients for the Big Five personality traits across 9 years were moderate to high, ranging from 0.73 to 0.97 in men and from 0.65 to 0.95 in women. The highest gender‐equal stability was found for Openness to Experience and the lowest for Conscientiousness.  相似文献

Identifying reliable patterns of age differences in personality can help clarify the nature of adult personality development. Previous studies have been limited because many have relied on convenience samples. In this study, we examined age differences in personality in two nationally representative samples, one from Switzerland and one from the United States. The results indicated that Agreeableness and Conscientiousness were positively associated with age, whereas Extraversion was negatively associated with age. However, the magnitude of age differences for Extraversion was much smaller than for Agreeableness and Conscientiousness. Openness showed a more complex trend such that 30- to 34-year-olds scored lower on Openness than younger age groups, whereas older groups scored somewhere in between. Inconsistent age differences were observed for Neuroticism.  相似文献

This article investigates gender differences in implicit and explicit measures of the Big Five traits of personality. In a high-powered study (N = 14,348), we replicated previous research showing that women report higher levels of Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion and Neuroticism. For implicit measures, gender differences were much smaller for all, and opposite in sign for Extraversion. Somewhat higher levels of implicit Neuroticism and Agreeableness were observed in women, and somewhat higher levels of implicit Extraversion and Openness were observed in men. There was no gender difference in implicit Conscientiousness. A possible explanation is that explicit self-concepts partly reflect social norms and self-expectations about gender roles, while implicit self-concepts may mostly reflect self-related experiences.  相似文献

The present research pursues three major goals. First, we develop scales to measure the Little Six youth personality dimensions: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Openness to Experience, and Activity. Second, we examine mean‐level age and gender differences in the Little Six from early childhood into early adulthood. Third, we examine the development of more specific nuance traits. We analyze parent reports, made using the common‐language California Child Q‐Set (CCQ), for a cross‐sectional sample of 16,000 target children ranging from 3 to 20 years old. We construct CCQ–Little Six scales that reliably measure each Little Six dimension. Using these scales, we find (a) curvilinear, U‐shaped age trends for Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness, with declines followed by subsequent inclines; (b) monotonic, negative age trends for Extraversion and Activity; (c) higher levels of Conscientiousness and Agreeableness among girls than boys, as well as higher levels of Activity among boys than girls; and (d) gender‐specific age trends for Neuroticism, with girls scoring higher than boys by mid‐adolescence. Finally, we find that several nuance traits show distinctive developmental trends that differ from their superordinate Little Six dimension. These results highlight childhood and adolescence as key periods of personality development.  相似文献
