心理学两种文化对心理咨询与治疗的影响

心理学领域中存在着两种文化取向——“科学”与“人文”,两种不同的文化对心理咨询与治疗有着深刻的影响,进而影响着高校心理健康教育的定位等问题。

从心理学杂志相关文献看我国心理咨询与治疗方法的现状

对我国近年来已在实践中应用,并在心理学学术刊物上发表的心理咨询与治疗的方法进行了梳理,目的是探寻我国心理咨询与治疗方法的现状及存在问题.结果表明:我国心理咨询与治疗从业者所采用的方法绝大多数来源于国外;也有极少数本土化和本土的方法,但其研究及推广有限;从业者所采用的折衷方法多于单一方法,多数折衷方法是认知疗法和行为疗法的结合,或是将这二种方法结合其他疗法使用.

从心理治疗评价方法的现有理论开始,回顾和探讨效果评价和过程评价两种评价方法的不足,尤其指出现有的以效果评价为主要方法的评价体系,并不能真实反应心理师的自身专业水平。从诠释学视角讨论了心理咨询与心理治疗过程,对心理治疗过程评价体系提出了新的理论构建思路。指出诠释学循环解释的方法等能够借鉴应用于心理咨询与心理治疗的过程评价的意义,可以真实评价心理师水平,并对心理师的培训、督导有重要意义。     

后现代心理学与心理咨询概述

受后现代文化思潮的冲击,后现代心理学作为一种新的心理学思潮在西方心理学界逐渐兴起并传播开来。后现代心理咨询也以其认识论的改变和研究范式的转移成为后现代思潮的表现形式之一。尽管人们对后现代心理学和后现代心理咨询还有诸多争论,但这一思潮却能引发我们推进心理学研究的本土化、扩大心理学的视野、深化心理学的实际应用,从而树立大心理学观。

我国高校对心理咨询与治疗人才的培养现状调查

本研究旨在调查我国高校对心理咨询与治疗人才的培养现状并分析其中存在的问题与需求.在我国华东、华西、华南、华北、华中地区选取22所不同类型,具有临床心理、咨询心理或应用心理学专业的本科、研究生培养计划的高等院校,搜集其课程设置、实践训练方面的资料,分析调查结果并与发达国家进行比较.结果发现存在一些问题,与发达国家相比尚存在着较大的差距.其中本科生的课程设置主要存在少数学校专业必修课和专业选修课的关系处理不合理、部分学校对心理咨询和治疗课程的培训不足,绝大多数学校无伦理课程培训等问题.研究生的课程体系较不完善,尤需加强对科学和道德伦理,行为的生物基础、行为的认知-情感基础、心理师的个人与专业发展、心理评估和诊断,心理咨询与治疗流派等领域的课程培训.本科生和研究生的实习训练方面,均存在实习内容不全面、实习时问短等问题.此外,本科人才的培养模式问题也值得深入研究探讨.     

Systemically-Based Psychotherapeutic Techniques in Genetic Counseling

The uses of systemically-based psychotherapeutic methods in genetic counseling are discussed in the context of the origin of genetic counseling, the definition of genetic counseling, and the adjustments that one must make in order to implement these methods. Selected systemic methods which can be readily incorporated into genetic counseling are presented: use of genograms to explore family attitudes and beliefs about genetic risk, communications skills, and applications of family of origin work in genetic counseling. The need for research regarding the methodology and process of genetic counseling is presented with discussion of the need for theories of practice for genetic counseling.     

Counseling and Guidance in Non-Public Schools

The provision of counseling and guidance services in the secondary schools of one of the nation's largest non-public school systems is examined and compared with services offered in publicly supported schools from the same geographical area. Findings indicate that the non-public school lags far behind the public school in the provision of counseling services for its pupils and that the persons assigned to counsel in non-public schools are not as well qualified as the public school counselors. This lag is traced to a difference in financial support, and a recommendation is made to investigate methods of solving this problem.     

A Study of Religiosity and Psychological Well-being Among African Americans: Implications for Counseling and Psychotherapeutic Processes

This study examined whether a relationship exists between religious orientation as a therapy intervention and the degree of depression, coping behavior and self-esteem among African American adults. In addition, the relationship and predictive power of selected religious and socio-demographic variables and religious orientation as a therapy intervention were studied. African American adults were randomly selected to participate in this empirical study. Age had a significant independent effect on intrinsic religiosity and extrinsic religiosity and a linear relationship was found between extrinsic religiosity and the seven demographic predictor variables at the .05 level of significance.
